Death by a thousand cuts!!! Every single day down by 1.75% Completely demoralizing for all shareholders!!! Lower highs and lower lows!!! Soon we'll be in the teens which will convince anyone taking a second look at Northwest that the products don't work!!!
There vase virtually no buyers of this stock. NO matter what there bid, it eventually gets hit!!!
It is not my interpretation. It is a statement from the company.
Hankman is TOTALLY WRONG on Warrant expiration! A statement from the company ".the expiration is two years from date of approval of increase in authorized shares and that was April 27, 2018....so it is April 27 2020" !!!! Aside from the normal chit chat on this board which is harmless, making a statement regarding warrant expiration is potentially very damaging ! So don't take any of our statements on face value, call the company on your own!!!!!
Tooo many willing sellers hitting the bid!!! Unbelievable. Doesn't anyone wasn't to own this stock??
VERY ASTUTE!! YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!
How bout a time payment plan from the company???
Now that most questions were answered at ASM and the SAP is well underway , the SP will slowly climb to the $.6 to $.7 range.
I asked my CFO to attend yesterday's ASM. HIs report stated that the general mood was upbeat. Management answered most questions thoroughly. Management seemed to be very excited about the finish line being in sight hinting at positive results. He said that Alton Boynton's concluding remark via telephone was "A classic"!!! and when combined with LP's "tongue in cheek" comment that it was a "forward looking"statement caused the room to erupt in cheers and laughter!!!
That's the positive energy that drives life forward!!! For all the naysayers, all I can say is "You've been watching too much CNBC!!!
Right on!!! Good Guy Bill !!!!
Hard to believe that today's very informative and positive release reflecting 100 patients alive after 6 years didn't help the PPS. I'm wondering if FDA approval would make any difference??
WOW !!! That certainly warrants a press release. That's huge news!! That would seemingly guarantee FDA approval !!
DR. Liau honored Dec. 21st, 2018 for DcVax-L link: https://cancer.ucla.edu/Home/Components/News/News/1236/1631
Brilliant!!! You must have been or are involved in tech and the world of Quantum Computing supported by AI. Your knowledge and grasp of the high stakes game you’re referring to is very profound!!
My hunch is that AstraZeneca is the partner!! They’ve always been close to NWBO as evidenced by their associations at last May’s ASCO!!!
The press release stated that the company had greed to sell. The deal is not closed. The money is not in the bank. Before the price reflects a "done deal" value, the deal has to be completed/closed !!!
Check out the tweet by CBS Golf Commentator, Peter Kostis !!!!

Dr. Linda Liau is the Principal Investigator for #DCVax not $NWBO. As you may know, she is Chair of Neurosurgery at UCLA School of Medicine & was recently elected to the National Academy of Medicine. She knows what she is doing:
Regarding Adam Feuerstein ,if your life is on the line and you have 2 opinions to consider on the merits of DcVax-L, the opinion of Adam Feuerstien or the opinion of Dr. Linda Liau, which one would you choose??? Your answer should define the importance of Adam Feurstien's opinions on DcVax-L or any other life saving cancer compound or process!!!!

So Liau's speech is over!! Anything new???
When does Dr. Liau speak at SNO?
You are so right!!! The smart money's stepping up, like me!!! What an incredible opportunity and it would never have been possible without the help of "THE SHORTS" !!!!
Why hasn't anyone mentioned that Northwest was an Exhibitor(Booth #517) at the SITC conference in Wash. DC from Nov. 7th through yesterday, Nov. 11th. Not a peep from this board. I thought this group was the most informed of any chat rooms?????
Thank you for your very articulate and knowledgeable response to my comment. I'm now very comfortable with Northwest's position and planning opportunities in the UK.
Thinking toward NICE approval and logistics involved with DcVax-L, Northwest has to be able to demonstrate not only affordability in the UK but viable production and delivery mechanisms. AS you know, from the time that a diagnosed GBM patient provides a sample, the sample must be delivered to a plant within 48 hours to make the personalized vaccine. Without a nearby plant like Sawston, the entire process becomes problematic.
Thanks a mil !!! I look forward to the Q
Does Northwest still own the Sawston plant?
Of course it does, as a merger/sale constitutes a" material change in condition". However, the public announcement does not and often times companies that are struggling with a decision will announce a proposed merger to "test public opinion" , "to test the waters" among shareholders and investment bankers.
In a merger or takeover, shareholders surrender their shares for Newco shares. All positions, long or short are closed out. If you've shorted a stock without borrowing the shares to sell, your position cannot close until you step into the market a buy those shares for delivery!!! Remember, the other side of a short trade is a buyer that will deliver those shares to the acquiring company and his broker or clearing firm is responsible to that buyer for delivery.
If the company has any real assets, property etc. etc. and I'm not going to take the time to read the financials to find out, and if they could raise a significant amount of operating capital through the sale, that would be a great non-dilutive move and the company's share price would move on up. These continual "nickel-dime" offerings are not only dilutive by undermine management's credibility, if they have any left!!!! $30, $40 or $50 million would go a long way toward carrying the company across the finish line with Phase III DcVax-L and DcVax Direct.
Did you ever consider the fact that no news is good news??? They have to announce bad news!!Odds are that next announcement is great news!!!!!
Les Goldman is the P.T. Barnum of biopharma !!!!!
Whatever happened to Northwest's UK manufacturing facility. Did the company sell the property??
Inexperience in managing clinical trials!!! A large part of approval depends on the company's ability to manufacture the vaccine and informational support for large numbers of users that will sign up after DA approval. I'm guessing Northwest is pretty light on all counts. Why unblind if you're not ready to apply for approval and as above you can't do that until your ready to manufacture and on and on!!! Again, the company needs experienced BP guys that have been there!!!
As a follow on, Alton Boynton is a genius. He just never had the financial skill set to finance his wonder vaccine. We all know what happens when you rely on some else to pay your bills!!!!!
Dendron never had it right from the start. Their process is upside down starting with the IV delivery of Provenge. It totally misses all the lymph nodes !!! DcVax is sub Q. Goes straight to the lymph nodes and dispatches all the "smart Helper and Killer T cells after their Dendritic schooling!!! Additionally the scientists at Dendron don't have a clue about the proper percentage of Dendritic cells in the vaccine. DcVax is batting a thousand on all of the above. That's why Dendron and Provenge are not and never will be a serious vaccine!!!!! Northwest has the only process that works and Big Pharma is slowing down all approvals until they determine what that process is. Also, BP is preparing a "patent" war knowing how difficult it is to patent all moving parts of any process!!!!!So far Northwest is winning but they need the help of seriously experienced BP guys to take it across the finish line!!!!
The perfect way to ignite a short squeeze is to announce a special shareholders meeting to vote on a corporate name change. If approved , legitimate shareholders would then surrender their shares for new shares with a new cusip number ! Guess what, shares shorted without a box or borrowed would be forced to cover. Very simple, surgical procedure to remove the cancer of naked short selling!!!!
