Looking for a little hypothetical guidance on the chart. I can't debate, as I have no single tiny company stock experience. My gains have mostly been SPY, QQQ, etc, buying when the whole market is(was) on sale. A little SSO, QLD to make it more fun.
Just make one assumption: CYDY remains a going concern.
Big down day (big down week) on large-ish volume. How to see the near term bottom? Washout capitulation with big down day? Then flat on low volume (no more sellers)? Does the bottom need to be re-tested to be valid? Thanks.
Thanks, 3X!
Great deep dive analysis on 'market maker'. Now do one on the word 'generally' in your post.
Or, maybe someone can just post the date of sale, since the SEC requires that documentation for sales by insiders and their families. Thanks.
It would be helpful if anyone can post the date of Kelly's sale. It's just me whining; why do I have to go (try to) look it up?
1.) Form 144: Early in that distant one week run up to $10.01, I asked my very large Valley Forge broker if they would hold my shares. They said no. I called again during that week after a close at $4.99. They said no. The next day, with a close above $5, they called me and said they would hold my shares.
Now, they call me every 90 days, to help me fill out my Form 144, keeping it current and keeping me ready to sell.
2.) Funding: Paulson involved again. I invested through them, all below $1. The science has advanced so far since my direct investment in the company and its molecule. Ohm-my-god, so many shots on goal. Compared to today's $0.98ish, my purchase was way dumber/riskier/more speculative. I think it's going to turn out well. GLTA, including all those humans (plus Sheen) receiving leronlimab.
JPG77, Only posting this short note of appreciation for your efforts here!!
I bet some days you felt like you were typing solo against an icy current of negativity. Well, maybe mudslide, not icy current. Yeah, that's better.
Hey Smiley! You type what I think, but when I type what I think, my post goes way.
Thanks for the link to the conference line up. Weak! Gave me a good chuckle, though. Best!
Mother, Why did you switch from "particulate formation" to "contamination"? Two different issues, as you know. Got info we don't know about?
Oh man, Evil, as a slow reader, my spidey senses were going wild at the beginning of your post. I was sure you were heading toward an Epic mom-Paul R motel suggestion!
Look at Jim Allison MD's CV. I'm not saying BruceP should be compared to a Nobel laureate-immunologist, but you can see the typical pattern of time at several fine institutions as one's career advances. BP didn't do that, and didn't climb the ladder in private industry, either.
I'm not making a BP - NP comparison. FWIW, my email and I can communicate with the FDA too.
That is why I asked you the question, in case you have time to ask the big dogs.
Always trying to learn: Is the market action today "unkind", "brutal"?
Is there a word for the pivot to 'yeah, but look at the X month chart'? Thanks.
You know big dogs, you run with big dogs, and you are a big dog, as an expert witness and as head of all those partnerships, etc.
After all these years, and all that research success, why is BruceP still such a small fish? Running a small testing company, in a world that has lots of big dog testing companies. Somehow didn't fit in academia (no tenure, no professorship), didn't fit in with bigger pharm/testing/research outfits in the private sector? Why didn't all that RANTES jumping and shouting get traction? Held back by his old nemesis Fauci, but the FDA loves him?
Lots of big dogs were a hit in big pharma, and then go give it a try in small firm biotech, to prove they can do it on their own. BruceP's CV doesn't look like that.
Yikes, new integrity lows, jumping on that fake healing story. Wow.
Post an example of a perfect English/grammar post by the foreign doctor.
Biotech fundraising version of Jazz Hands, Shadow Puppets: Hint at future topical anti-inflammatory treatment, or even better, anti-aging cream! That means he has nothing new to add to the company's value. If you've heard any biotech road shows, that was an old tune; not a good look for BruceP.
Old guys responding to social media posts/rumors like teen girls. That's what I saw and heard when I watched. Open your own mind and listen again. BP is bitter 'cause people don't treat him like a GOAT. MJ? no. Brady? nope. Full professor? no. Tenure? no. High level CEO? no.
Want a management change? Cool! These guys ---> RTRT: 'rong time, 'rong team.
ERabbit: "open to new mgmt. But not now and not the 13D crew"
Getting my Rabbit shirt ready----> RTRT -- 'rong time, 'rong team
Nice, Evil! I think you have several rough draft or near final versions, ready for perfectly timed mic drop publishing at our moment of success.
Can't wait... "competent stewardship". Like Drs. Errico and Staats have done with their electroCore ECOR company? Was $20. Closed $1.05ish today.
And Paul R: definitely puts the ewwww in stewardship, hotel room or not.
Chapter 7 or 11: Leaving your predictions quite a bit of wiggle room, for a business type. Which is it? It's obvious, right?
After hours trading on the pink sheets? Cool!
You say that you post only facts, but you also frequently type this chant-mantra:"only the voices of Vancouver support him"
What's up with that? Got supporting facts?
Thank you, dawson. Yes, I was kidding. Nevertheless, your response increased my knowledge of usable and beautiful surfaces! There's such a deep and broad talent pool on the long side. Science will win. Who will benefit financially? Remains to be seen. Best!
great try, but you must provide links which document the granite quarry location, dates of harvesting and polishing, current counter top location, and install date/cost/installer name. Otherwise, it's all a hoax. 'I got a guy' or 'some guy' won't count. Waiting for authentication... Thanks.
Are you easily stoked/super stoked?
Are you fired up to have 13d nominees Drs Errico and Staats on our BOD?
Will they lean in full force, noses to the grindstone?
Their baby electroCore ECOR was trading at $1.02 today. Woohoo! Was $20. Their product was FDA approved during that whole price drop. Stoked?
Please post the link that shows scientific advisory board members get paid.
Of course, you know they're don't. May get travel expenses covered. Is that "paid"?
But continue on, typing about whether "triumphant" is the wrong adjective. Petty?
Very exciting to know that so many patients with a horrible diagnosis and terrible prognosis will be helped. You're helping us get there, right?
Q: Why does a company run a clinical trial (you know, clinical, like real patients) with its product?
A: To look at the efficacy of the drug (does it help, you know, clinically, in real patients?).
Q: How does a company find out if their drug is efficacious (you know, that it works, like helping patients get better)?
A: Run a clinical trial (you know, with real patients and stuff).
Thanks for this. So excited that Anvisa has approved the study for Evaluation of the Efficacy of Leronlimab!!
Oh man, I read too fast. When you talked about your "twins", I totally thought you were trying to get leronlimab for Compassionate Use in mTNBC.
I'll change up my prayers pronto. Best!
Is this the kind of 'better' you're referring to?
The 13d BOD nominees include Drs. Errico and Staats. Here's part of an Ihub post from the ECOR message board, that electroCore company they run:
"Listened to August quarterly investors'presentation and was saddened. gammCore received 510(k) in November 2018. Revenues limp along, and ECOR continues to operate below break-even years after market introductions. CEO says that he's satisfied with 5% sales growth for next quarter, while CFO hints at flat revenues"
"Lots of talk about growth opporutnities, but no concrete revenue targets and dates for target achievement. Management team gets paid while company lives off of shareholder dilution. ECOR may be a play for penny stock traders, but as an investment case looks mighty thin. What is management proposing to do with recent proceeds from investment raise? Please tell us."
ECOR closed at $0.95 yesterday. It was $20. with them in charge.
Stockorus, Glad you referred to Melon Toy's recovery. I thought of Dr. Recknor's experience as a patient with Covid and leronlimab treatment.
Yes, anecdotes. For those who know the science and mechanism of action, including the MOA as explained by guru Patterson himself, the drug works as we thought it would.
Show it in a proper trial, and we'll be set.
Even though NP won't be able to pronounce it, this Leronsaline word is starting to grow on me (accent on the second syllable Ron: luh-RON-suh-leen, rolls off the tongue).
Some health people think metformin, lisinopril, and a statin should all be in our drinking water. (Diabetes, hypertension and lipid/cholesterol treatments)
Someday, we'll add in Leronsaline. We'll call it that because it'll be as ubiquitous as tap or salt water.
Compromise: Paid position for NP? Senior VP in charge of getting Leronsaline to patients who need it.
KndDDir said, "What are the odds that Nada will announce distribution agreements with Botswana, St. Kitts, and Malta?"
Answer: The odds are extremely low, but I hope your helpful post will stay up for all to see. Insightful!
misiu143, Praying for your son and family.
Real life crashes in. All the non-science rants look trivial. The 'leronsaline' comments look worse than that. What are your goals?
('Gee, Grandpa, why did you type all those nasty things about Vyrologix back then?'
Hey listen kids, I was trying build up your inheritance, and besides, the ceo was from the Middle East. Don't you get it?)
Yes, yours is a reasonable post. Looking back, a novice like me sees shoestring 'tight ship' budget decisions by highly compensated management. Pennywise, as they say. Maybe we're righting the ship with the Sidley Austin higher tier firm, haha.
I called to book my Vegas suite and said I was coming for the CYDY party. She laughed out loud and asked what year I'm booking for. I think my phone laughed at me, too.
Lil, Here's what you said about my post: "Your claim that LL helps many many people..."
What my post says: "a drug that might help many, many people...". I didn't make a claim.
My attempts to answer your questions:
1. How many people are brainwashed about LL that they forgo approved drugs? Answer: Zero, IMO.
2. How many people send to sick individuals all the PR and try to get them to use it? Answer: Some people, not many. (My suggestion for your sick loved one: Add it to your current standard therapy. It is safe, won't harm. (I hope none of your loved ones is sick))
3. How many go against medical advice and want LL because of conference calls? Few or Zero, like answer #1, IMO.
Thank you Blane!
Lil, Thanks for responding. So are you interested in helping patients? Or not? Not clear from your response.
IMO, we're not talking about a company which makes a New Coke or a better doohickey, just a drug that might help many, many people, some with incredibly horrible diseases and dismal prognoses. Are you helping with any of that? Do you want to help? Thanks again.
JPG77,
Don't go around challenging an 'expert witness' <---> mercenary <---> hired gun <---> lady of the evening.
Thanks so much, Northstar. Yes, I'll do my own DD, due diligence.
Just logging in, checking my my holdings.
Whoa, what happened to my electroCore? (their mix of Caps and smalls- those shrewd marketers!) Ticker: ECOR. $0.9665 near today's close. Was $19. That is some wealth destruction right there. But oh boy, I can get in with more, and cheaper than the recent $1 raise. Where's my shades?
All while their headache device was approved. All under the intelligent, thoughtful, and very caring direction of Errico and Staats, fancy docs to boot!
Is that a thorough and fair assessment?? Maybe I should get the assessment of my investing better half? Or get my better half's opinion on big Paul?
Northstar, Thanks for pointing out that the Gang of 5 is not noobs. Since you're on a roll, can you tout their past successes which you think should prompt me to vote for them? Thanks.
Humble, Glad to see Cytodyn/ Dr. Kelly may be able to help. That's like the stories we've read about before.
3X, Doesn't take much imagination to type "Case Closed"---> Hands over ears, eyes tightly closed, say it: I win, you lose.
I know you're not Tony C, but why not ask your 13d contacts, 'Why did you guys put up such a sad sack bunch of BOD nominees?' Would the 'well, anyone is better, including any 12th grader' reasoning have been a good answer during your companies' meetings?
Your opinion of NP is clear. Paraphrasing your previous posts about not choosing NP off a pile of potential CEOs, would you 'hire' these schmoes? (No offense to actual schmoes or schmoe relatives, who probably have strong ethics, character and peformance records)
