He is burying you guys. He did this to me on PTN. He's such a dirtbag, the SEC needs to investigate him.
With that said, immunotherapy as Multikine has been proposed is bogus. ADCs will replace traditional chemo and there won't be time for immunotherapy unless the SOC allows it to be taken in conjunction with the ADC.
All the experts on here say the company's cash position is fine, why an offering?
Perhaps, the early word on their failure is out.
Or these could be Geert's antics.
That's good, quash all differing opinions. Groupthink baby!
My observation is based on long time observations of the spikes in this stock and what typically follows.
If you don't know what I'm talking about you probably shouldn't be investing in cancer biotechs.
Hopefully you meant bought to cover.
It's always the same flavor of kool-aid with you all. ETFs, Russell this, Russell that. Immunotherapy is like pagers, a short lived idea that has been overtaken before it peaked by ABCs. Doctors aren't going to mess with this stuff when chemo becomes far less harmful. This stock is great for the daytraders who have figured Geert's modus operandi out but don't plan on a new blockbuster drug.
Beware of the post close Geert press release.
It's done, Wall Street has figured out that Geert is a fake. ADCs are the future of cancer treatment, this immunotherapy stuff is bogus. Oncologists are focused on blasting the cancer out of your body not hoping there is a chance your immune system can fight it. Perhaps, LEAPs will cover some of your losses.
So basically, it's all Geert, sitting in his ratty little class B office in Tysons Corner. Playing you all like fools.

Hello Everyone, It's been a while. How's the stock doing today.....I haven't checked yet. :)
Geert's shareholder letters always scare me. Too much salesmanship in them. This is cancer research and healthcare, not used cars.
5 people sitting in a 2800sf office in VA and you all are probably betting your kids' college funds. Say hello to Community College!
Oh lookie here...a double pump, before the dump!!!!
Weeeeeeeeeeeeee, look Ma, no hands!
This the insider sell off before the shoe drops.
This isn't "down". This is the lull before Geert's torpedo hits. Then it will sink, not all the way to the bottom, but it will sink.
I'm a believer in the long-term prospects of CVM as we wait for people to die. The longer they live, the better the outcome for all. I just realize there is a lot of gaming, most of it coming from Geert. This is very routine, a big run over a couple weeks, then level out, then a press release regarding financing, warrants, or some notice from FDA. The stock is routinely pumped before this information is released.
Yes, I am the Harbinger of Sorrow.
When Geert speaks, people lose.
Wait for it, wait for it...
When is the bottom going to drop out. Place your bets.
This all reeks of the typical CVM pump and dump. Now we linger at or just under $6 for awhile. But wait! The company needs to pay salaries. We need more operating capital. Dilute Dilute Dilute!!
I'm waiting to buy at sub $4 again.
Jan 14th Delisting Deadline
Is Cel Sci out of the woods for this? They exceeded the $50M market cap hurdle, any other requirements that still need to be met?
From my personal experience (spouse), breast cancer has so many variations. For most of the positive type breast cancers, the oncologists favor the targeted therapy meds that are out there and even think they are better than the classic chemo drugs. I don"t see them wasting time with immunotherapy, and they certainly aren't going to wait to give someone an immunotherapy like Multikine when they can blast the heck out of it immediately with herceptin or projeta. Multikine is likely to be more useful to the negative type breast cancers.
OMG IT'S GOING THROUGH THE ROOF!!!!!
Look at it go, all because they were accepted into a commercial accelerator program!
This is how Geert works. He uses press releases like this to create a short-lived frenzy. During that frenzy he and his cronies will sell off some shares.
You should too!
There is no substance to this release.
It's a big Geert-style NothingBurger.
Geert goes on Fox and this turns into a circus...he's a good ringleader.
This will drop again, DILUTION. Remember, that ARB award fell way short.
Another 48,000 shares? Not sure if it is the same block at $2.50.
Classic Pump and Dump
A stock taking off for no reason after a useless shareholder letter. This is the pump...get off before the dump. He may know something but it ain't going to be pretty.
Geert? Is this you???
I passed out when drinking my sorrows away last night. I dreamt that the gag order in the arbitration award was actually some contingent payout that would go into effect when the "legal" roadblocks were removed.
This latest news killed that dream.
"...general corporate purposes", yeah I don't think they'll be cutting salaries anytime soon.
Not Geert, I'm pretty sure his wife must be shorting the stock...the hits just keep coming.
It is wrong, you forgot to net out Inventiv's $400k counterclaim award.
It could happen...once the pie-in-the-sky-ers cut their losses the company will still have an additional $2.5M of cash on hand to operate with depending on how long it takes to get the award.
hahaha Shyster Geert is still trying to spin an effective loss.
$2.5M is a long way from $50M or the $400M some of you hacks dreamed up, too many delusional people investing in this stock. You all may want to rethink your timeline on the PIII!!!!! 5 to 10 more years for a good outcome, anything less is a loss.
Since you are so worried about the terminology of award vs. decision, you may want to note that it said "Final Award" as opposed to "final award" indicating the legal definition of Final Award, which is an arbitrator's decision regardless of the actual outcome.
If there's a PIII result coming, it's years off. If it comes too soon, it is likely bad news.
People die, drug doesn't work.
People live, drug works.
No approval until enough people die.
The week extension is likely due to consideration being given to the counter claim now that the arbitrator has decided against CVM.
Geert's BS is up. CVM, stick a fork in it, it's done.
Syneos never even flinched on this, they know the case has no merit, would be next to impossible to prove, and, as several have stated, would set a precedent in CRO contracts. No one is looking to shake up the industry here...except Geert. Fighting an uphill battle now he is dumping.
$3.1M sale???
The one thing I have a tough time grappling with is why hasn't Syneos settled, has Geert ever reported an offer to settle? The most reasonable path for any corporate entity is to reach some sort of settlement before risking arbitration.
I'm definitely not organized and definitely a bull on CVM long term. This could be a nice little pop but let's face it we all know the real payday is a couple years out.
I worry about Geert's misleading statements.
Good Morning All,
Long time CVM investor and long time reader of this board; first time poster.
I suppose we'll be watching the stock drop quite a bit this morning barring any last minute prs.
I'm surprised by a lot of the pie in the sky talk and wondered if anyone considered how Syneos is handling this case as a non-event. Sure they are much bigger and $50M is a drop in the bucket but at $100M or $400M they'll take it more seriously. Also, as a bigger company they can afford a bigger legal defense fund and better lawyers. Their lack of concern speaks volumes about their expected outcome.
Which leaves us with Geert who is somewhere between lying through his teeth and, manipulating and misleading. The case sounds plausible but when you consider the legal standards they'll have to meet to prove the CRO was responsible for their damages and devaluation it seems like a long shot.
