BIOAMBER won? And shareholders got Jack shit
BLF is no where near their best producing division, the GCC business is. They haven’t made any sort of money worth getting excited about with BLF...if they do lose it, not a lot of people would be upset...
OTC is brutal, this company is brutal...I still am shocked at the actions of this company and how far we’ve fallen from last years highs.
Clearly the market and the angel investor are fed up, gonna need real change to save this one.
Agreed
Why would he sell at a loss then?
Why sell stock to do that? Why not pay them off with existing cash in exchange for more stock? Your theory has holes
That’s one way of looking at it
No way to read it differently, this is not good.
Uh, he unloaded 20% of his holdings in this company...100 million shares
We gotta get through this note first, going to be tough to get any meaningful PPS move with shares entering the market
Someone needs to knock it down!
Someone just did a market sell!
Keep in mind they aren’t doing the adjustment for stock holders. I bet banks and investment firms won’t look too fondly
on the agreement, they would need to make the adjustment for future funding and to move the business forward.
Those are some rose colored glasses your wearing...revenue has been increasing for quarters and the PPS declines.
Not sure I follow your logic
Page 16, NOTE 7 (Debt)
Agreed better call, but don’t forget the note that was converted to shares, add that to the bad list...
No, maybe Q3
This is going to go down tomorrow, look at the history
True, PPS is disappointing.
Today is no different, buyers are waiting due to the anticipated drop tomorrow and sellers are waiting in hopes something awesome is revealed on the call and subsequent filings to start a run...
This is nothing new, they do this every time they drop the Q, why are you surprised?
Can you blame them? It drops every time after the conference call...
I would disagree, I’ve been a shareholder for many years and have enjoyed the ride up (as many others.). I’m fully aware of the DD and am holding many shares.
We’ve been stuck in the “gate” for quite some time. PPS erosion is real, show me another OTC that did what VRUS did? (Increases quickly and retraces an incredible amount.). The OTC is full of them. The difference is we have a real company that the market isn’t giving any love. What’s it going to take to get some real movement? IMO it’s going to take institution or another angel investor, retail won’t take us there. I’d like to be proven wrong like everyone else.
If you have enjoyed watching the PPS fall from .03 my hats off to you. Every investor should be asking the questions I’m asking, or at least I think so.
I think each person needs to decide if VRUS can get out of the infancy stage. We’ve been in this stage for a while, so you have to ask yourself two questions:
1) do you believe in mgmt ability to get us out of this stage based on what you’ve seen so far.
2) how long are you willing to wait, time is money
Depends on what you find as wrong? They’ve been increasingly less candid recently (Nutribrand,) they’ve paid themselves a massive bonus and our PPS is struggling.
I’m a long since RBIZ and I’m frustrated, for a company that cares about shareholder value as much as they say they do, our PPS sure sucks.
IMO Management communication and execution (timing of huge stock payout) has been a bit rocky recently. The market is discounting the PPS right now, hopefully we’ll be out of the penalty box soon.
I don’t think retail will get us back to those highs, I think we need another investor to buy a block of shares or an institution. That will push us over previous highs IMO
Happy to be proven wrong though
IMO, I think the net loss is going to drive us down, we’ll hover between .015-.0219 until 10Q
Agreed, unfortunately the lack of operating income is going to stifle PPS
Let’s get above .022! Go VRUS!
I find your input valuable, I think we all get impatient sometimes and frustrated with PPS, thanks for the reminder today.
It’s definitely going to be an interesting few weeks here
I don’t think your underlying concerns are bashing, however the way in which you present your comments doesn’t help your cause.
Speaking about too many twitter posts and spending money on them isn’t relevant and distracts from your (IMO) valid questions.
I disagree, the purpose is also to attract investment from firms that are looking to invest in high growth companies.
The company touted a successful conference at the time, would love to understand what that meant. Hopefully we hear about it on Monday.
Using that logic doesn’t bode well for NutriBrands, that was also missing from the investor presentation.
I also noticed that the banks were missing, however my thought was maybe we got feedback that discouraged us from continuing to pursue banks during the last meetings.
I’m excited for the call Monday so these questions can be asked.
I’m not sure, just assuming since we’ve been trading in the same channel since the conference and we’ve taken out multiple notes to fund our business
I don’t disagree, but I just can’t see us keep climbing after showing a net loss and so many notes. IMO, We need a buy from another large investor.
I was disappointed that we didn’t get any traction from the micro cap conference earlier this year.
*uplist* flipping auto-correct
I don’t believe retail can take us to the uplift price target. We will need institutional level investment or another large investor to bring the PPS up to the next level.
My price target for retail is .04, I am
hoping the back to back fins will bring us to this level and we can see someone make a “large” investment to propel us higher.
I disagree, this is the climb that we see before each earnings report. We will come back down like we always do after the call on Monday, Tuesday will be red.
I’d like to be proven wrong but I am a realist. Been in the stock since RBIZ and we’ve seen this type of action each time.
I agree on revenue, however I don’t think we see a profit, too many expenses for the M&A’s completed and too many notes taken out (we shouldn’t have a need for notes if we were turning a profit.)
