The company has 10 billion (AS) Authorized Shares not 10 billion (OS) Outstanding Shares. That said, IMO most of the few hundred million shares that have sold recently were not necessarily shareholders dumping but the company turning Authorized Shares into Outstanding Shares or as some would say massive dilution to line someone's pockets with share holder money. Lets hope that's not the case and they've put the funds to good use for the companies benefit.
Maybe we'll find out if we ever hear from L.B. or get current with the financials.
It sure would be nice to hear from the L.B. about the status of the company. Something of substance that has WILL generate hope that he really knows what he's doing. Don't buy the claim that government regulations may be holding things back as there are plenty of companies in the cannabis/hemp sector that are doing business and generating revenue. A person can buy hemp cigarettes and recreational weed pretty much anywhere these days. Living in a small town of around 10,000 in New Mexico we have 11 pot stores were I can buy pretty much any cannabis/hemp product I desire. These are mostly small single store operations that along with a couple larger regional operators appear to be doing a relative robust business.
It's about time for this company to focus on a product or service and bring it to fruition. Are we a video production company, a hemp cigarette manufacture, a hemp grower, a metabiogenix distributor or a tokenization based finance company. It seems we are making all kinds of agreements and entering into letters of intent that go nowhere. Remember the video of L.B. standing in a field and saying imagine hemp as far as the eye can see, or something to that effect.
After all these years you think we would have generated a little bit of revenue from one of these ventures but it seems we can't even generate an honest response from the head of the company as to the status of these ventures.
It's getting harder to stay bullish. Thank God I'm freeriding my shares.
Yep. But folks to have to understand you don't marry any stinky pinky you play with them. Most of them never go anywhere. They sometimes pop big on the initial hype and you have to take your money back and some profit then leave some shares to ride. They almost always drift down and into oblivion and never recover. On the rare occasion they make a comeback, which I'm hoping happens here, but most of the time they don't. I've playing with penny stocks since the early 80's and have made the mistake of holding a few bags myself so I know how it feels. I've learned a few lessons over the years and don't make too many of those mistakes anymore.
I've been contemplating buying more since it dropped below trip 7 but have been gun shy about pulling the trigger. I'd like to see some positive news about REAL progress before I commit any more money.
With the lawsuit filed against WDLF and Ken for allegedly lying about certain specifics concerning WDLF and it's holdings I'm concerned about the honesty in the recent podcasts with L.B. Are there really 75 or more companies waiting in the wings to sign up for our tokenization program. What about the companies that we've bought over the last year or so. What about the production of the "INKED" program the we're supposed to be producing videos for. We've heard a lot about a wonderful future coming "SOON" for INQD and the protection of shareholder value over the last couple of years but it doesn't seem to panning out. Where are the filings that are due.
Glad I was smart enough to take good profits in the beginning on the first run to .04 and am freeriding the shares I'm currently holding.
Time to man up L.B. and let your shareholders know what's going on.
Looks like my prediction may not pan out after all. I might have to stop fishing down stream
for some more 7's and just grab some of these 8's or 9's instead. I'll give it a few more days
but pps seems to be holding strong in the 8's and 9's.
Just speculation but they could be some of the companies that Ken and Leslie said they are working with to secure financing for through tokenization. Again that's just speculation on my part but it makes sense to me that if we are talking about assisting companies get financing through this process that we might be exploring the same options for our own acquisitions.
Some will cry dilution but we all know there only a couple of ways for a public company to raise money.
1) Sell shares
2) Create debt through loans
3) Generate profits through product or service sales.
Selling shares is, IMO, is better than creating toxic debt. Since we aren't generating any profits from revenue, at this time, it seems we don't have any better options at this time.
Hopefully the funds raised are being put to good use.
Thanks. I know what a business incubator is I just didn't recognize the abbreviated form.
What are TBI's?
We've got a bit of time without any news or podcasts so I'm willing to wait for the trip 7's to come around again. You know the games that get played with pps that here in pennyland.
I think there's a very good chance for that to happen; we may even get into the trip 6's before the next run into the sub's.
Either way I've built a pretty good core so I won't feel bad if doesn't happen.
Absolutely, after so long I even block the people that argue with them.
Nice HOD close
Unfortunately that's the way it seems to be in the penny market.
You probably know the saying "Buy the hype, sell the news".
You'll know we're on a run if it doesn't sell on or rebounds quickly after the news.
Nice to see the sells aren't driving the pps down. Hopefully that will remain the trend.
It wouldn't surprise me to see some 30% profit taking from traders who picked up sub 7's last week.
I see nothing wrong with taking a 30% gain over the course of a few days.
According to the trades screen it's all buys, 0 sells.
I hope the trend continues and they drag it down this afternoon.
Your view makes a lot of sense. IMO, the plan to offer up financing and consulting services thru the FinnCann venture was tied to Safe banking and rescheduling of cannabis laws passing. The problem then and now is still the same. Both have become political tools of both parties the right won't pass it because the left want's to include it in ridiculously expensive omnibus spending packages. The left won't present a free standing bill because if it passes they lose a major bargaining chip the use to get votes from their base every election cycle. This may be a way around the banking side of things. We'll see.
Either way for some to claim this is a scam and everyone invested here is a bag holder I would say they don't know how to trade in the penny markets. Personally I have made thousands trading this ticker over the last few years and am still holding a couple million shares in my core.
BUY, SELL or HOLD
My Money My Decision!
Do you think that the reason we've heard nothing about our previous acquisitions is because they may be part of the initial rollout for tokenization?
Looks like it's time to use the ignore option again.
Yep, it's funny how the biggest bashers have either no post history on an alias created years ago or their history shows no positive comments on any board the post on.
2 posts from alias created 12 years ago and we're supposed to care about your opinion. LOL
Looks like this may be the actual scam.
1,562,532 shares traded
Absolutely. Keeping current is an important sign that there is still forward progress. Hopefully podcast will cast more light on the future.
It's now the first of Dec. will we see a filing anytime soon. I watched the call last week and they said they would be back, I think, this week with another conversation. To be honest, I don't care to hear LB say anything, to anyone unless the conversation is directly linked to Indoor Harvest. Frankly I'm tired of hearing about all the wonderful things he's done in the past and how he's the Warren Buffet of the cannabis industry. I want to here our CEO talk about how things are going with OUR company. I, for one, have been here going on 4 years now and would like some honest and concise answers as to the status of Indoor Harvest. Like when will the 10 Q be filed or when will one of these projects, that we know very little about, start producing some kind of revenue. Just simple questions any shareholder might ask. Still bullish but getting very tired of of the silence.
Consider this for a moment. We have signed an agreement to produce video programs featuring L.B. and the team doing some kind of turnaround consulting with upstart business ventures. These videos are supposed to be broadcast over the next year or so. Could these recent acquisitions and joint ventures be the companies that will be featured in these upcoming programs. If so, this could be a reasonable explanation for the vagueness and secrecies concerning any progress on these deals that have been signed.
It takes time to put a program together and producers try to keep the programs content and progress secret as possible.
Still doesn't answer 10-Q concerns.
Maybe we are getting close to the 5 year overnight success story L.B. mentioned.
Right, that's exactly what I said. We were 5 days late when extension was filed.
The filing due is for 3rd qtr.. Wouldn't anything happening in October be considered a 4th qtr. event and not reported in 3rd qtr. filing?
I'm not expecting any significant changes to be reported or any thing to come out that we don't already know.
If there are no significant changes why the delay in filing?
I'd forgotten the the news conference.
10-Q NT posted yesterday 5 days late and now today 2 hours into trading and not a single share has changed hands. What is going on?
I tend to agree and by no means am I an expert on SEC filing regulations but isn't the company still obligated to file for an extension if they are unable to file a timely report?
Something must be going on behind the scenes. To come this far with getting the company squared away and current with filings, including making a joint venture commitment just 30+ days ago, it doesn't make any sense that they would not file on time or at least file for an extension.
It's a good start but it only passed committee. It still goes has to go to full senate and house for debate and if it passes BOTH then Brandon will have to be reminded to sign it. It's still a good thing and like L. B. tweeted I'm cautiously optimistic.
Nice little run up today. Hopefully it's because something is about to be released specifically pertaining to INQD and not just on what the senate is doing with SAFE.
If it's all SAFE prepare for another let down and pps slipping back IF the bill dies again.
I was just putting out my perspective of the current state of the over all industry and one potential reason for the slow development of the hemp industry as a whole.. Not knowing what is going on behind the scenes with any of the businesses involved in in the INQD/Electrum transaction is what is frustrating for many of us.
I too would like to hear a more direct and to the point answer as to current status of everything we are involved in.
L.B. does need to do a better job of communicating to shareholders. In his private business he had every right to be tight lipped about his activity, but as ceo of a public company he needs to keep shareholders a little more up to date with his activities that have a direct impact on our investment.
Either way investing in the hemp/pot industry is risky business and not for the weak of heart or those who can't afford the loss.
If I was only interested in stability and profit I'd buy into the military industrial complex and most of them companies pay dividends.
With the whole world ready to go to war with each other plane, tank and bomb makers might just be on the verge of a boom.
As always only my opinions. Good Luck to All
There are all kinds of great ideas for hemp based businesses but before anyone can build a sustainable business there has to be enough acreage committed to hemp production to to make all these ideas become a reality. IMO, the challenge for the hemp for grower is will they have someone to buy their crop. That means companies have to be established and in place ready to receive the raw hemp and begin production of their products.
With all the products that are in the hemp dream it is going to take a lot of farmers to commit the necessary acreage to hemp production. Acreage that they're probably growing other crops that the know there is a market for.
It's a big challenge to create a new industry. A lot of infrastructure work still has to be implemented before anything real happens in this fledgling industry.
IMO, the reality is there is probably still a long way to go.
Patience is absolutely necessary when you put your money in this industry.
Absolutely.
Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't there a deadline, for August, that came and went for the financial transaction
and transfer of assets to be completed. IMO, until this deal is completed, this company dead in the water.
L.B needs to come clean and give an honest assessment as to where the company stands.
I'm getting tired of saying " oh well maybe next quarter."
Maybe it's because of the holiday weekend but I'm surprised that there hasn't been more chatter about this tweet.
Followed the links and am wondering what the " PROJECT " is that we are working on concerning cannabis.
I think the company name VEUIT _ TV is probably pronounced " view it tv".
Wish he would quit using the word " SOON "
Maybe a they're making changes or major updates?
Hopefully we get a word from L.B. He's been a little more vocal lately.
Almost all cannabis stocks are way off their highs from 5 years ago. TLRY was at $300 now it's under 2.50. Marimed, MRMD, a company L.B. was involved with went from around .25 to almost $6 now it's also back to where it started, full disclosure I sold at $4 on it's way back down.
Keep in mind 5 years ago a premature boom occurred when several states went legal at almost the same time. I'm willing to bet that most companies involved in the cannabis market, at that time, and had a nice pps run are either back to where they started or out of business.
Q-2 will get here at some point within the extension time or not.
I'm wanting to hear the current status of the Electrum / INQD deal. Has it finally
been completed? I'm thinking that info should be coming real soon also.
Wasn't there some kind of clause that company has to come up with 5 million
dollars, with a deadline of this month, to close the deal. If that didn't happen
by close of Q-2 it probably won't be mentioned in the filing.
