Any idea when those changes were made? Haven’t been following too closely. They must be promoting the stock somewhere. I really don’t see any other reason for the sudden interest. Wonder if they made the changes just before volume picked up.
Yeah, it's crazy. I sold everything last week (at a lose). Sucks to miss the additional $.15, but didn't want to lose the chance to jump out with something. Really didn't think it would keep pushing upwards.
Will jump back in if it falls again, but if not, good luck to all!
Umm..more like wtf. Who would be dropping this kind of cash on a stock that's basically hibernating? Best case, I was thinking maybe middle of next year this company could start picking things back up. Not understanding this activity.
Yes, I saw that report. Right now, I would call that bad testing. I haven't seen any other reports from any other countries that would verify people get sick twice. But who knows... Maybe this is how the common cold started out. Maybe at first, it killed a bunch of people. Maybe Corona virus is a new part of our reality and it's just going to take a while for it to settle in. I don't think anybody knows this point.
But, I would just remind you, majority of the people don't get very sick. It's a very small minority of people with underlying conditions, for the most part that could hit hard.
I think it'll all be more clear in the next few weeks. This is still fairly early.
No, it means a slow exposure rate that won't overwhelm the medical system. It means those that are susceptible to severe reactions to the virus (1-2%) may die. Have to remember, 50% of the people show no signs of the virus at all. Another 25% have mild symptoms. This is nothing like AIDS. One way or another, we go back to some normalcy after this year. It may even be if you get it once, that's it. You don't get it again. We just don't know yet.
There will be crowds again.
Would love to think this pandemic is almost over, but can't see how that's possible. Until there's a vaccine, we have to stay in lockdown. They may relax the recommendations a little, but for the most part we're in a holding pattern until there's a vaccine (or at least an effective treatment for those who have serious reactions). That could be 18 months.
It'll be a few more weeks before it's even under control. If there's sufficient capacity to test by then, maybe they let us out. But I guarantee you no politician wants to be responsible for starting this thing back up. This thing spreads too easily, and half the people don't even show any symptoms. They're just carriers! I would say we have weeks, maybe months.
Sad to see all these small businesses getting hurt. Many won't make it through to the other side of this. We'll see what it does to the unemployment numbers the next few months.
I would be interested to know what the process is. I would think that everything needed to execute the RS would be required up front. Once you file, it's out of your hands, right? Can't imagine there would be need for much back and forth.
Agree with you on how slow EVERYTHING is with GZ. Painful.
When the "D" is removed is obviously not something GZ controls. There was no lying related to the "D". "On average, the symbol remains for about 20 business days" is from this site:
https://budgeting.thenest.com/d-stand-added-stock-symbol-30408.html.
I'm just being impatient. Has to drop soon.
When is the flipping "D" going to drop? Thought it was just supposed to be 20 days...
Can you throw some links up to what you found? Would be interested to read it.
Thanks!
Anyone have a guess as to how much longer the "d" will be attached to the ticker? Coleman said 20 days, but we're over that.
It's already showing at 500,000,000 AS:

Yeah, that's why I think short term, we'll hurt. Those in it now will jump out. But if there's news, and GZ holds its shares for a while, we could see new investors come in. As long as the OS doesn't creep up, I think people will buy if there's real revenue. With the current OS, that could push the price up to a nice level. But the minute OS changes, bets are off.
It's just so quiet. I would think with all the Twitter activity yesterday, and the super high AS we have now, we would have more commentary here.
Hoping that AS isn't the death nail. Certainly going to hurt short term. Will send current investors running. Hope there's lots of good news in February. Could be stuck here a while if not.
Test...test...test. Is this thing on???
...as Long as they don't authorize a buttload more shares. I'm sure they'll increase the AS just a bit, but anything big is going to scare people off.
Doubt it's the last bump, but as long as it keeps moving forward, I can handle the bumps. I'm not even worried about how fast anymore. It just needs to keep moving.
Not a PR, but tweet says audits complete. Hopefully they're filed on time...

I did see Coleman and Green Zebra started following @positivestocks this weekend...a San Diego, smallcap, investor relations company. Hoping it's a sign they're getting ready to get serious.

From what I remember, the Restone chip used block chain technology on a network layer, to create a secure network. I think it was a unique use of block chain tech at the time.
These devices they've had pictured in the last few Tweets I haven't seen before. The FiBox and VenuTrax are new to me...or I've missed something I've the last few months. The "closed loop" comment made me think of Redstone. If these devices are new, made me wonder if they've incorporated the Restone tech.
Was just a thought. Not saying they've done that. If they have, you would think they'd announce it, but this has been a strange one, so who knows.
Interesting line in the latest Tweet:
Green Zebra wireless Innovative Technology Products & services for #stadiums, #airports #universities and #SmartCity Projects
Private secure closed loop security hardware user engagement wifi tech software all in one solution.
"Secure closed loop" networks is what the Restone chip did. VWDS was the embedded standard that Restone developed and GZ bought the license rights to...per the PR at least.
Description from the newswire (Oct 4th, 2018):
"Unlike today's wireless, which broadcast microwave, signal everywhere constantly, signal is now captured in a closed loop between devices on demand."
Take it for what it is worth, but it caught my attention.
There is no minimum for a class action lawsuit by law. Can be a few as 20-30.
Who's your lawyer? Maybe I would like to to contact him about joining your class action.
My two cents - most of these types of sites are generated by algorithms, not people. My bet is that was generated because of the jump in price caused by the RS. Probably didn't take into account the change in the SS.
Don't know for sure of course. But that's my guess.
Curious if anyone thinks the next step would be to increase the A/S. Can't imagine they leave the float so thin.
This can't be a surprise to you. He's been late every time. The fins will be filed. You don't file an extension when you have no intention on filing. The guy just can't get anything done on time. They will show up, I lay money on it.
I believe that is word for word the language in the August extension. I hope there is good news in the filing, but don't think we can read anything into the language in this extension.
They're consistent if nothing else. Five more days...
GZIC isn't a Telecom company, it's a digital marketing company that offers advertising space within the WiFi networks it has contracts to manage. They us proprietary software to hook into these large venue WiFi networks and inject the ads (or other app services, like venue maps) into the end user's connected device. I believe most of the equipment is off-the-shelf except the media server used to insert their content.
So, it's more of a digital media company which I think evaluates to 2-7x forward looking revenue... although I think 25 million in revenue is pushing it. Most the contracts pay out over 3-5 years and will vary depending on how many ads they can sell. The numbers Coleman has thrown out there are over the life of the contracts.
There actually is a partial Green Zebra logo on the center screen if you zoom in. It's blurry, but it sure looks like the logo to me. Was able to zoom in on it using me phone.
I'm with you, Freeblazer. I read the PRs as you did, that there were a lot of dependencies (finding sponsors for instance) and that the revenue was over many years. I think two things happened, investors saw what they want to see and Coleman misjudged the timeframe on these contracts. Probably even counted a few eggs before they hatched. He definitely presented the best case scenarios when he should have under promised. I think we have silence now because everyone and their moms jumped on his butt...which he had coming. I said early on that he was a bit too verbose. Now he's gone in the other direction. But, he was a CEO of a private company (where being overly optimistic is okay), then of a public company (where every word/timeline is scrutinized) overnight. It's not too unexpected that there'd be some miss steps.
My recollection of Redstone was that it was an exclusive licensing agreement. Not a merger or acquisition. It very well may be they have exclusive licensing for the Redstone technology, but haven't found a way to apply it yet. Doesn't make it a lie, just hasn't come to fruition yet. But, he shouldn't have mentioned it until they had something ready to go.
For me, still waiting and still okay with waiting. Obviously a bit disappointed this didn't move as quickly as I had thought, and scratching my head over the last financials (really thought we'd see some decent revenue). But, that's not enough for me to call this done. Would like to see audited fins this quarter, but would be okay with unaudited fins that were on-time. You don't go through the effort of staying current if you don't have a plan for the public company. If even a fraction of what was mentioned is realized, I would think we'd see this at multiple pennies very quickly.
How much are you holding? Probably time to let that stash go and try you luck elsewhere.
Boy, iHub is such a wonderful place. So many good samaritans! So many here willing to take the time to warn us all...with nothing to gain for themselves. Makes me feel all warm inside.
Me too, but even at .0055, that's like $165,000. I'll be happy if I can get to 6 million.
I think it's going to be similar to the last financials. Coleman has said in a few of his most recent tweets thay "it's about the 3rd and 4th quarters". I would say revenues are on the lower side, but we learn more about the contracts...hopefully. If so, the end of this year and the beginning of next should be interesting.
Thank you Freeblazer for setting Oterby straight, but anyone that says "I'm an electrician, so I understand GZ tech" probably is going to get it. This guy's has proven he's a little out there with his over the top claims that GZ was going to rule the 5G technology space a and be a billion dollar company a few weeks ago, and now saying it's an empty company and nothing but a scam. From one extreme to the other, both opinions without any hard facts. This guy is pure emotion.
...and it's not an acquisition, it's an exclusive licensing agreement. Big difference.
I have to say, that was a more mature response than I thought I would get, ORCA. Thank you.
So ORCA, you're not going to post Blazing Penny Stock's reply to your reposting of his/hers accusation that Coleman didn't pay for the merger? Let me help you out:
"Misunderstanding on my part."
Check out @jbs_pennystocks’s Tweet:
Misunderstanding on my part.

And I agree with you. Like I said, I think GZ is going to crush it this year...and I'm putting my money where my mouth is.
Point being he communicates them too early. I think that announcements would be more impactful if he waited until both parties were ready to communicate the deal. There no need to rush the announcements imho.
