Nice!!
I think I like it!
That would be lying to potential investors.
They haven't bought it yet.
I like the way you think biowin!
Such ineptitude!
How long can this madness continue?
An oldie but a goodie, biowin!
Nah, it isn't over yet.
I'm sure someone will let you know when it is though. Heck, the class action suit isn't even over yet.
It is good that you have something to believe in. I do too but my beliefs are different.
Embarrassment?
To you or him?
I don't see him blushing.
He obviously feels that he is right no matter what you or anyone else thinks. Remind you of anyone you know? He's a man of conviction and you have to admire that.
They're not convinced yet biowin.
Flog em' some more!
biowin for the win!
Keep em' coming biowin!
I think you've beaten them into submission.
Nah, there is no time limit on updates.
Is there a time limit?
I wasn't aware of that. When was past due date?
I think I'll just keep waiting. It'll come when it comes.
Damn autocorrect!
LOL
Very impressive!
Great work Eagle!!
There appears to be a bit of a paper trail so, hopefully, justice will catch up with some folks who desperately need it.
Great posts biowin!
Keep up the good work.
biowin for the win!
I figured that you would have everything.
You might get in touch with them and see if maybe their hard drive crashed or something. They might need copies. LOL
I'm sure there are LOTS of people who sold or wrote off their shares based on what PWC released to the media. Cha-ching!
Our shares are golden!
Biowin for the win!
Probably burying everything they can before the chit hits the fan. I see legal problems in their future.
You might be on to something there!
" Former BioAmber shareholders will never receive anything for their safe intact worthless shares."
BUT, CURRENT shareholders definitely will.
In my mind it makes sense to think that the class action folks will be paid very near to or at the same time that we will be paid for our shares.
Just a guess.
KKR should have some cash available if that is the plan.

What is ridiculous is that you find your opinion MUST be believed over all others.
I enjoy a good dialogue but the dialogue ends when it ceases to be just that. You can say you disagree but to tell me that my opinion is ridiculous is going a bit far.
I'll just sit here on my hard head and wait until it's over. If things turn out your way I'll be happy to tell you exactly that.
Thing is....it ain't over yet.
My opinion is ridiculous?
It works for me and that's all that matters to me.
I believe the research/DD that biowin is doing. After all, he provides the source for his information.
As far as "fake" documents go I think that he should be using the term "misleading". The documents from the monitor are obviously not "fake" and I think biowin will admit that.
As I've said before, it not just about what is stated. It's also about what is NOT stated and I believe that is what biowin is talking about.
I could be wrong by assuming what his thinking may be but that is my interpretation and if my interpretation is correct then I have to agree.
My beliefs haven't changed.
I stated that I sent an email to FINRA. I did.
I stated that I would be happy to post the reply. I did.
The reply that I received didn't convince me of squat.
Well, you can make of it what you will.
If they said that that was all of the info that they had then I would think that you are correct but that's not the case.
The person said "That's all I can tell you" which means to me that that they know more but are not allowed to divulge it.
Either way, they revealed pretty much nothing. Curious.....
I'll give you my next to last post for the day.
I called FINRA today. The person I spoke to knew absolutely nothing about anything termed "terminal suspension". She also said that she was unaware of any extended term suspensions and she also went on to say that FINRA usually leaves it up to the SEC to suspend a stock. She did open a case and promised me that she would dig deeper and get back to me with whatever she finds.
I also sent an email to FINRA and got back a canned response that they'll get back to me. It included another case number. I'm waiting for follow up on that.
At this point I'm going to have to say that there's nothing whatsoever that has been postulated by anyone that's going to change my mind unless someone from FINRA tells me that what you say is the case.
I've also put in a call to the SEC to see what they may have to say. I doubt I'll hear anything earth shattering from them either.
So far, biowin for the win.
It's not working for me either biowin.
I think you're spot on.
Keep up the GREAT work.
It shows the date of suspension. Nowhere does it state terminal.
The 00/00/0000 date signifies nothing to me as that can mean anything such as unknown.
You are correct in that I misread the statement about termination. It was relative to a firm and not a stock. My bad. I have nothing to hide.
Got an email out to FINRA concerning "terminal suspension". When/if they reply I'll be happy to post it.
I've just about hit my post limit for the day so I'll save a few.
My broker tells me that the CUSIP is neither dead nor worthless.
I think I'll just continue to believe what I believe for the time being.
Can you show me where FINRA has terminally suspended the shares?
From what I read, they suspend THEN terminate them. Terminally suspended seems to be a bit of a misnomer.
I believe that the SEC just implemented a new regulation related to naked shorting.
Why would they do something like that? Maybe because of systemic abuse?
What MMs do is sanctioned ( whether right or wrong ). What others do....not so much.
Nice try but that doesn't prove it to me yet.
I'm kind of hard headed.
Documents are great but what they don't say is just as important as what they do say. Show me where it says that my shares are cancelled.
I understand.
That, in and of itself, tells me that naked shorts aren't exactly on the legitimate side of the market. Funny things can happen when things aren't done "legally". Do you disagree with me on that?
Actually you didn't prove to me that I have no vested interest.
I believe the "fact" that I own shares proves to me that I do have a vested interest. You'll have to take my word on it that I own shares but I think you'll understand when I say that I wouldn't be here if I didn't.
I'll call it a gut feeling.
The "fact" that there is so much noise by people who have "no vested interest" just sends a red flag to me. Call me silly.
Pretty much all of it.
Once again, I disagree.
Oh, I get it.
You're speaking of the legal market.
How many naked shorts?
I don't think you can give that number. Don't say that they don't exist.
You may eventually be proven 100% correct.
There seem to be a few loose strings that need resolution yet before I make up my mind as to whether it's over. It may take me a while to decide.
