People will still pay outrageous prices (imo) for cigs. A $5 can of CBD coffee is out of reach for many and as you said these tough times make it out of reach for more.

I have never had Starbucks in my life but a lot of people line up every day to spend $3 or more on a drink there.

VATE does not need 100% market coverage and be the biggest company around. They need loyal customers (like me) that buy and appreciate what their products do for them. CBD has benefits worth paying for.

I'd like VATE to sell either the tea business or the coffee business - does not matter to me which one. Take the proceeds to excel in the remaining business. Also get rid of the small side businesses if they haven't already.

Anyone know SEC turnaround time for Form 10? Certainly clout within RFMK will get them moved towards the top of the paper stack.

Maybe some large, rich company on the hook will buy out PTSC (for a large sum of course) and then fully stick it to their competitors that did not comply earlier.

I initiated this a couple days ago so I'll respond. All IMO.....

. Saw medical marijuana (18 mo. ago) as a potential rapid emerging industry. The acceptance among people was increasing at a rapid pace. I'd compare it to casinos - went from taboo to towns fighting each other to get one built locally.

. Living in Indiana my opportunity to participate in this industry consists of buying stock. Still can't buy Sunday liquor in Indiana - med. mmj probably 15 years away.

. Bought RFMK along with 2 of the other mmj plays. Sold the one currently at 2 cents within a week. Still have 25% of the one currently around .14. Bought RFMK 15 or more times over past 18 mo. and have never sold a share. My average just over .001

. I've always trusted CS and respect what she is doing. Even if she is not formally under contract with RFMK at this time, I'm sure any vaporizer RFMK/Haute comes out with will get exposure via her groups.

. Like so many other longs, I wonder what the deal is with MA. As a shareholder, I don't need to know what they are doing every day, but some general info would be nice. Especially when deadlines are missed and large payments go to strange places.

. I continue to believe a vaporizer line is being developed and will be available for purchase. Anybody's guess when. I refuse to believe the initial drawings/ Haute relationship/ update with minor modifications made/independent sales force would have taken place if there was no intent to ever produce and sell units.

This would be like spending the whole summer training for a marathon and skipping the race. I just can't believe it is the case.

. Finally I've said before and will repeat: my confidence is buoyed by negative posters that are constantly here. I don't know what the reason is, but there must be one. This has to be about the smallest fish to fry - but for some reason gets a lot of attention.

My shares were bought on many occasions between CS initial involvement and Ironridge $50,000/month. Added more when price dropped well below .001. Have never sold any.

Of course I would not initiate a position now, but I certainly have no plans to sell any.

Whatever CS current situation with RFMK is, I am 100% confident that a top notch vaporizer at a fair selling price will get plenty of exposure and have a high probability of success.

I also believed from the time I bought my first share that RFMK would not succeed unless/until they had a steady volume of business - and I do not mean $13,000/quarter.

Of course we have the mmj legalization issues to work through. That seems to be going well.

We all wait and see what happens. Still don't believe for a minute that TA would risk his career (and possibly freedom) by taking $50,000/month for 18 months and not bringing vaporizer to market.

Do you think RFMK actually has a vaporizer in the development/mfg. process? Something that will be offered for sale by end of September? How about end of 2013??

I'm quick to admit RFMK stock is doomed for good if these vaporizers do not show up. I'm not as worried about shorter term timelines as internal/external issues are numerous.

Where would RFMK really be now if they were hitting on all cylinders in 2012 and 2013? Legal medical mj industry seems it will be much more developed in 2014 and 2015 as it is now.

Some companies are really going to do well in this field over the next couple of years. I hope RFMK gets their act together and prospers these next 18 months.

This is a great place for speculation stock $$ in my opinion. Holding tight for the next 18 months unless sooner success entices me to sell. (and I don't mean for something like .0012)

Without giving away what you don't wish to disclose at this time, may I ask if you are excited about the pending developments? Will it prove that a significant amount of work has been done these past 2 years by folks that many of us thought were doing nothing?

For the life of me, I don't understand why so much would appear to go into this if RFMK management really has no intention of selling product.

By any reasonable definition, Levs last post was certainly on topic. Of course we will see what will happen with the vaporizers and if a CS/TA/RFMK combination is still valid.

Past PRs have Haute and RFMK together. Maybe CS will show up with her own vaporizers within the next month and RFMK is bypassed in the deal. I certainly hope that is not the case.

But the stock is .0006 a share. The threat of success is there IMO.

Obviously RFMK is taking a long time getting going. I would note Colorado and Washington voters agreed to mmj last Nov. Those state governments are just getting around to writing the rules. Lots of big and small details involved. Final rules/law specifics probably won't be around for some time.

Maybe the height of this new legal medical mmja and recreational mjna push is 3-4 (or more) years away. Maybe RFMK will be washed out by the time the real money gets made with mjna accessories. But maybe not. Heck - at .0014 it is a gamble worth taking imo.

My average is .0021 for a lot (again imo) of shares. If I lose out - I accept it. My time frame is a long ways out.

I will close by saying the likelyhood of RFMK stock success will be based on the threat of a big market for their products - not necessarily eventual, actual sales to customers.

May 11, 2013 - I'm happy Cheryl's current agreement is coming to an end. IMO one thing is she won't sign for another year with similar conditions to the first year. If she signs again, the new conditions will be beneficial to RFMK as a stock as well as RFMK as a company. I'm sure she will have much better access to the RFMK workings behind the curtain. That can only help us longs.

If she does not return, details of the separation will soon trickle out and TA will be exposed if he is not doing the company right.I feel TA is doing the right thing, but has struggled with time estimates. That is not too surprising as this is a new industry and has obvious legal issues.

My strong, strong hope is she returns for a second year. GLTA

My confidence remains high as the mmj industry continues to emerge - perhaps a little slower than anticipated. What really keeps me interested and fully invested here is the persistant existance and posts of the negative side of holding RFMK stock.

It would be helpful to me if those that "insist" for my own good to divest of RFMK give me an alternative investment option for my spectulative investment $$. Risks are certainly here, but also anywhere else (imo) where a 10-15 bagger from here is (again imo) a possibility.
