I think you stated that DPBM will be selling shares for about a year. This doesn't give much hope to an advance in the share price. It looks like new shares are entering the float daily, do you think there is any hope here?
Does anybody know when the 144 Restricted 312,772093 shares become unrestricted??
Oh, do you have any idea when they may release it?
I think if something big doesn't happen soon, the stock will be under a penny.
What's the name of the ship?
What's on there???
You really think this could go to .20 cents? Do you mind if I ask: based on what?
I guess they could find a treasure ship as I think I've read somewhere that's there is still quite a bit of sunken treasured in the Atlantic and a few uboats ect.
That's history, bottom line were a .03 to .04 cent stock because of his non performance.
The thing about Jay and his deals is, look where all of them have taken us, to about .04 cents a share.
Where is the next one going to take us.... .005 with a RS???
Got to be one of worst CEO's for shareholder valve.
Try to bring out some facts on the bear side so you can see both views, or is there one side to the market?
Issue some stock at these prices to shore up the balance sheet so you have money to continue. Whats wrong with that?
Or should you wait until it's under a dollar and issue more shares?
Their cash situation is bad.
I'd like to see them sell a million shares at around 1.50 (instead of a PIPE or lower stock price) to help liquidity.
The quarterly filings tell what is really going on with a company. SWRI is probably years (if ever) away from becoming profitable. It looks like there're closer to bankruptcy then anything else. They should sell some stock at these prices to help their liquidity. One million at 1.50 would help things.
They basically have no revs and are still a experimental company. There're so little stock, that a fairly small group of people can control it.
SCLL has a TON of insiders selling, PLRS has NONE. PLRS will have A TON of stock coming, but in about a year.
For some reason, a lot of people are supporting PLRS (I hear a lot of doctors are buying the stock). Looks at the chart of PLRS, it looks great.
PLRS looks the best now, but with these penny play, this can change very quickly.
PLRS.OB is the best type of these stocks. They have a ton of shares but they have the attention of a lot of people. No insiders selling either.
SWRI.OB ....Be careful look at the run it's had! It's on the SHO list and only 8M in the float. 20M Aur.
Depends on what the next filing brings.
I may reenter if they have a profitable report AND some life comes into the stock.
Hopefully, they can show a decent profit next quarter, so as to restore some confidents.
I've already answered that.....just watch in the coming months.
That's an interesting point, I'll do some more study into this.
To study low priced stocks.
How else can you study them, except pros and cons. Why people buy them, ect. To have a meaningful dialog about pros and cons.
And you'll find out what the word DILUTION is when they do there next financing pal, to stay alive.
They've been diluting since .20, what make you think there 're going to stop here.
Boy, what a gem:

I hope it turns around for the retail here. I'll keep an eye on it.
There 're always that possibility that speculation could get into the stock and spike up.
It just so many times I see the management sell their practically free stock, and CD holders shorting and the retail get left holding the bag.
"Your stupid bashing not gonna stop it..." I present to you this evidents: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=CLBE.OB&t=1y
and rest my case.
Yes, I see potential, but in light of this quarter losses, it would be better to wait until they show some EPS and some life comes into the stock. Plus, wait and see how they will raise capital.
Yes, I'll keep it in the watch list. But it's enormously risky here. Try to catch a falling knife and it may get stuck in your hand.

Because you mostly only hear one side of the story here. You need to heard the pros and the cons to get the full picture.
Then when someone points out some negatives:....basher...he wants to reenter at a lower price.
Just trying to objectively study this stock.
From 11-14-06 filing, remember, plus the current losses this quarter:
That's why I bailed.

I sold at a small loss. This looks like a good play on the surface, but like most OTCBB, there're out of money and have diluted the shareholders. You need to wait to see if they become profitable again. The guys running this company, probably don't have the business ability to success in the shark infested corporate world.
Longs here can best hope for a speculation spike so they can get out.
Being negative, if you have good reasons, can save, and make you a lot of money. Almost all the people that held this stock are under water big time.
This is NOT good: "(See Security Ownership of Certain Beneficial Owners and Management) Audit's Opinion Expresses Doubt About The Company's Ability To Continue As a "Going Concern".

It's bankruptcy, more shares or death financing.
That's very generous of you shareholders to support them in light of the fact that the stock price, which is close to zero: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=clbe.ob&t=5y

Just contemplating the facts and reality here. After about four years, ninety some percent of these small companies are gone. I don't like those odds and a lot of them had good stories.
Most of these boards are so positive, without considering the negatives that are right along with the positives.
Liabilities are much greater then assets. This is why it's trading around .03. Plus the losses reported today and DECREASE in revenues. You get what you pay for.
Will the financing dilute out the common shareholder?...probably...they have already done this once.

Their balance sheet is terrible. Their out of money. You need money to expand. More stock and/or death financing is coming. Why do you think the stock is close to a all time low??
Bulls tend not to look at things objectively and will lose a lot of money.
We'll see, I think were going down before we go back up.
Will probably go back to .07 where warrents were exercised and test support here.
Getting close to: "sell in May and go away".
Pump N dump scam, I almost purchased @ .10 last year. Stay far away from these people.
Looks like it's ready to tank...... need NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!...good I hope, not more shares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Forgot one important fact: last Dec. they didn't have all the extra shares. I think it's going much lower unless they have some news.
