Looking forward to hearing of RUNE's progress from the NYC fashion show which ended yesterday.
It's up to Angelo and company to deliver. If they do going forward, our SP will reflect that and we win.
Question for long shareholders. Are you concerned with OS at present levels seeing the latest massive jump and is that going to cripple our ability to rise without a RS in near future?
Peace.
CF
Amen brother! Enjoy the day.
Peace.
CF
Abba, gave you a follow for all your efforts and fine DD regarding SECI.
I'm still here with 249 at a much, much higher price than today. Your faith helps my faith that we will come out the other side with SECI having victory for fraud perpetuated upon them by corrupt, evil folks.
Until that day, thanks for your efforts!
Peace.

VRUS is taking a break today to eat some grass and get some vitamin D from the sun. Tomorrow and the rest of this week it will continue it's trek north.
This is my one OTC holding I don't worry about at all. Therefore, I rarely post after being with you all for 10 months.
VRUS and this board are way to strong not to see this get to $.10+ this year. I will be here in the background and we'll see who is here come December.
Peace.
CF
Spot on grizz! Go cannabis and TRTC!
Peace.
CF
I believe your misinterpreting what Pierre was communicating. He was confirming this stock is of silver value which can be anything from $.05 to $1 from a true sense of the word.
We all have a choice. Buy, sell or hold but constant whining and negativity is a choice and doesn't look good.
Go INND!
Peace.
CF
Nice 8k! Not sure how they will accomplish, but at least they are thinking big!
Go CANB!
888 lonely nest builder shares. My Fidelity account says n/a which I assume must mean never/appreciating unlike my VRUS shares!!
Please no one sell until we get above at least $.05. I've been in an OTC large hole for the past year and that price will make up a big dent in that shortfall. Much appreciated and now back to your regular programming.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for sharing your DD with the INND board, sillylung. Appreciate your posts and being a voice of reason.
Peace.
CF
They use shares to help fund operations until cannabis rules change. So, I expect them to continue this method although they are being pragmatic after the RS.
You can always reach out to Nello with specific questions (nello@diego-pellicer.com).
I'm not a board moderator and not able to spend the time as such.
Peace.
CF
Your welcome BDIY. I am not leaving until cannabis rules change and DPWW is allowed to purchase the dispensaries and put that revenue on their books.
As soon as that happens, we move north and hold our gains. That is the big event I've waited 18 months so far to occur and it will happen either this year or next.
Too much pressure on congress now not to act. Jamaica is now involved as they utilize the US banking system and are having issues due to DEA's stance which eliminates banking and all it's benefits.
Until that major event takes place, we will move up and down based on news or no news.
Peace.
CF
I sent a separate message to Nello regarding the quarterly newsletter. He said it has been held until the new Denver store is approved by the city.
At $.02, this is a great loading zone.
Peace.
CF
Agreed. Not sure why anyone's selling now. We are on a building path all week. Folks should be loading and holding. It's obvious the news will be good just watching how the stock has been gaining strength.
My shares are locked and I've revised from not selling until $.05 to not selling any until $.10+ or a cataclysmic event happens which is unforeseen at this point.
I'm down so far in OTC world ($200k) and this is my best chance to get back to break even. I don't post often, but my little bucket of shares is going to ride with you big whales all the way to the end.
This is a great board with a lot of strong investor/traders and solid folks.
Go VRUS! Buy, buy, buy and hold.
Peace.
CF
GM INND shareholders. Looking forward to a productive week with INND.
I like that we are just holding around $.04 with low volume.
We just need Matt to focus and deliver. If he makes progress the market will reward us.
We have a low OS, float and with buying pressure on solid news we move north in a hurry.
Enjoy the day all.
Peace.
CF
Nice to see you at RDGL Chaka! We're running a few races together with CEL* and VRU*.
Peace brother and Go RDGL!
CF
Welcome IGXT GLEN! Please join us as you can. All suggestions or news is always appreciated.
Thanks for sharing the tally of INND you've collected. 500k more, we are indeed assisting with the family in getting a decent chunk locked.
Enjoy the weekend.
CF
Thanks for all your DD and efforts on the CANB board. I've been holding for months awaiting strong developments and it's clear we are heading the right direction.
For any of the negative folks, you can reach out to Marco Alfonsi with the "concerns" you pose on this board. He's very approachable and may get a good laugh out of some of the comments.
Peace.
CF
In small companies, especially with such strong family ties outside investor views can be helpful.
None of us know everything nor see everything, especially when you are running 50 miles an hour in a tiny growing company, trying to juggle many balls and things coming from all directions.
He's under rapid fire so things can fall through the cracks. I know accomplished CEO's of sizeable companies with 3000+ employees who appreciate good feedback from outside their advisory squad.
That's why I suggested to you to contact him as it's clear things are frustrating you. The only way that gets solved is either sell or get answers. The sooner the better.
Look at CEO's and HJ. They have a sense of peace and I believe part of that comes from their communication with Matt.
I won't bring this up again. But if you won't go to him and get answers, please don't harp on the board.
Unless you have followed through with your pledge to flip INND instead of hold. Then I understand what is happening.
Peace.
CF
Great HJ! Appreciate all the solid DD you bring to the board.
Peace.
CF
You do what works best for you. I support you amigo.
At the same time, I think you would feel better as you've invested money in this company, so why not reach out to the folks that can help provide some clarity.
I don't see any reason INND with it's low float, low OS, new stores being added regularly along with Hearing Health and Nexus around the corner why it can't break $.10 and then go to $.20.
If Matt delivers, then we win. That's why I think it would be helpful for you to communicate with them.
CEO's helps keep Matt in check and HJ has communicated with him multiple times.
We need to think as a team. When we do that and really bond this board with the company, there is no reason we can't achieve great things.
Enjoy.
CF
Correct. They have notes. All OTC stocks I've been involved in do. The key is the terms and if the lender supports the company rather than converting to sell at any price.
When looking at INND, it doesn't feel like the lenders want to dump as we've not gotten hit with a lot of dilution.
Unfortunately there are games being played all the time with OTC stocks so it's hard to have the price go up and hold. However, if we as a group hold our shares and lock them up at $.20 in a brokerage/cash account, the MM's don't have access to more shares to play with. My shares are locked at $.20 and $.30 with 50% sell at each target.
I know you don't like this suggestion my friend, but I do think it would benefit you to reach out to Matthew, his dad or someone at INND to discuss your concerns. You are pragmatic and have good thoughts which I think they could use. Why not go on Twitter or call them or email them and have a dialogue.
At that point, you will then have some answers which will hopefully help. It's worth a shot. CEO's is feeling good as well as HJ and I think it's because they have communicated with Matt. Direct knowledge is power.
Enjoy the weekend amigo. I'm anticipating you and I will be here together until the end of the year and do believe you have a lot to offer.
Peace.
CF
Wow! Go VRUS! I rarely post but have been with you all since last year. Not a large holder with 3.5M but feeling confident everything is coming together for VRUS.
The reason I rarely post is the board is so solid and strong with a great group of investors, that I don't have anything important to add. I'm also down a lot on some other OTC holdings so I try and focus on those boards when I post.
I'll be with you all every step of the way and don't plan to see any VRUS until it hits $.05 so I can make back some of my 6 figure losses.
Just want to let the VRUS team know how much I appreciate this board.
Have a good weekend all.
Peace.
CF
Hey Monte- Even though I'm very disappointed in how CELZ has managed the past 9 months which I've pointed out prior in posts, I'm hopeful they are turning the corner before we end up in the trips.
Just want you to know I appreciate your efforts on the CELZ board. You are a good egg and that's crystal clear!
My one allowed post for the day.
CF
GM INND shareholders. I've been buying shares most recently at $.076 for 25k and 25k at $.069 on the last run to try and help push us over that $.10 hump. We can utilize team effort as there is not a lot of float.
The board can work together as has happened with other OTC stocks I own. When you have a board in sync, it does help make the whole effort so much more rewarding and cohesive. Just go look at VRU* for example. Great board with lots of unwavering smart folks, who work together, support the company as it went down to $.002 only to now be at $.016 and going north.
I don't know anyone on this board personally. I believe truth is very important to any board as trust is key. That's why I've been honest about my holdings since I started acquiring INND at $.05 last September. At present, I'm at just over 1M shares at $.038 so I'm in heavy. I'm also down a lot (over $200k) on other OTC stocks which some were corrupt so I'm being a bit cautious now and have stopped with any OTC purchases until I start recouping losses.
If everyone on this board commits to supporting INND for the next 90 days, I believe we will be in a stronger place than today. If we work together, we stand a better chance of success.
I appreciate all those who bring solid DD and are keeping in contact with Matt and sharing their news so we can discuss.
Hope everyone has a good weekend.
Peace.
CF
Look forward to hearing your comments after the visit tsg.
At $.02 with a low float, MC of $1M and dispensaries doing $4M (Seattle) and $8M (Denver) with a new dispensary to come online, it's way undervalued. We just need rules to change to really get the party started.
Enjoy the weekend.
I heard back from Nello G. First off, he is very professional and promptly replied to my email. I asked the following:
1. Status of new CO store. He would only confirm it's still awaiting city of Denver approval and then they are a go. It will come.
2. Can DPWW acquire the dispensaries and transfer the revenue to the company balance sheet. He responded that both states (CO and WA) currently don't allow publicly traded companies to operate dispensaries. Sounds like CO could change this year so that could be very positive and may open the door to get the dispensaries revenue on DPWW's balance sheet.
3. I asked about how they plan to increase revenue while awaiting changes to cannabis rules. He responded they are continuing to look at opportunities that make sense but, didn't elaborate further.
He's invested in DPWW and has family/friends invested so he appears to be all in and wants DPWW to succeed. I actually think Nello may be better suited to run the company than Ron but that's just my thoughts.
You may want to reach out to Nello with specific questions (nello@diego-pellicer.com).
Peace.

What makes you think with our OS at over a billion, dilution rampant as we head to zero, that we will ever get back to $.02 let alone $.20 from your message?
I have been here with you for a long time and bought with you all the way; however, since I never sold or flipped, I'm down $90k.
I don't post anymore as no one seems to communicate with CELZ leadership to get answers direct from them. I suggested a shareholder call to Don twice in our communications last year and he never addressed. We need them to communicate NSX as the dilution hasn't stopped.
I used to love this board and being a part of something good. It's gone from much optimism and communication from leadership to a cesspool just like the SP.
Can any long tell me they've communicated with either Warbington or Dickerson lately? I made Don aware of my displeasure multiple times so he's very familiar with my concerns. I'd like to hear that some other longs are in communication direct with them and can respond to the board.
If you're a long and you haven't communicated with Warbington or Dickerson as we've melted over the past 9 months, then I don't think DD is truly being done. They have the answers.
At this point, if I make it back to breakeven by end of year before losing the rest, I'll take that as success.
Peace.
CF
Thanks BDIY. I sent him a note to ask for clarification on a few things.
Does anyone have Nello's direct email address? I tried sending a note this morning to what I thought was his email address and it came back not delivered.
Thanks,
CF
Wishing all INND shareholders a good day!
Peace.
CF
Agreed tp1. We've been holding this 3 range for awhile so I believe that's bottom. I'm still accumulating at these low prices as my gut is telling me we are going to have a strong back half to this year.
I do believe Dr. Korenko is doing everything he can to move things forward in WA state to get IsoPet to market. Lot's of regulatory hurdles, especially with a product of IsoPet's nature.
I do like that Moose has had such a strong recovery with IsoPet. That bodes well and shows effectiveness of the treatment.
Peace.
CF
Go RETC! I picked up more this week. My AWP is 3X our SP so I have a ways to go to breakeven as I've been here awhile in the background.
But, I like that we have some solid investors/traders on the board who support the efforts of Angelo and team.
I also find it interesting that the same negative posters have been here longer than myself. Obviously they are either shorting or working for someone. To each their own.
I hope our board grows stronger over the next month and other shareholders join so we can have good discussions and drown out the noise for a bit.
Peace.
CF
So true. Go TRTC!
Great Pennystock! Good to have more million shareholders in addition to the many with hundreds of k's invested in INND.
GLTA.
CF
Agreed caryPT. I've been watching MedMen for 9 months and finally started acquiring recently and lowering my AWP with this drop.
To me, MedMen is well positioned to succeed when the federal government finally steps out of the way and reschedules cannabis and hopefully legalizes at the federal level. Revenue is growing. The amount of licenses they own in key states along with strong branding, bodes well for future expansion once rules change.
If the feds won't adjust, the states will and it's only a matter of when, not if federal changes occur.
I plan to hold this stock for years. Won't post often but read the board.
Peace.
CF
Excellent news! Go INND!
I just dropped in after being gone for the weekend and catching up on the board. For those shareholders who are voicing displeasure, have you reached out to the CEO to have that individual address your concerns.
We know he's on Twitter and other shareholders have communicated directly with Matthew. If you're not willing to reach out to the individual who can answer your questions/concerns as a vested shareholders, then I don't know how you ever get comfortable with the stock.
Everyone has a right to post what they want, invest what they want and where they want. But to say you're doing DD and yet have never communicated directly with the CEO of a company you've got a decent amount of money invested in and yet complain repeatedly about said individual on the board is to me, confusing.
Matthew has made mistakes. We all agree. But he has done positive things that have gained INND some revenue opportunities to exploit. He should not have made revenue projections that could not be met; however, INND still had a decent Q'1 ($175k) when comparing against Q'4 and Q'1 of 2018 which are benchmarks. We have a low OS and float for OTC and dilution has been minimal.
My concerns lie in all family occupying all c-suite positions which is not allowing an outside presence to balance the family view. Coupled with inexperience leading a company (especially a public one with shareholders and scrutiny) requires solid decision-making from someone whom is accountable to shareholders.
Can Matthew grow into the role. We've debated this and know he's stubbed his toes. Jury is out. However, Matthew has passion and drive which are two things you can't teach.
I support the company and believe $.04 is cheap and have buy orders in for tomorrow to add to my bucket. We need to see how the next Q's financials unfold, along with developments and then should make decisions accordingly. Or anyone can sell and move on anytime they chose.
If the company makes solid progress in June/July, followed by a strong Q in August then I believe the market will reward us.
GLTA.

Nice pickups 29YI! Enjoy the weekend.

Preach Griz! Go TRTC!
Article for all to read. This is another positive step in this glacial pace move to reschedule cannabis and allow it to operate legally in the US.
With cannabis reclassification and DPWW getting the 3rd retail dispensary approved by CO, we are ready for a huge move north as we did in December.
Shares are dirt cheap at $.03 on only 50M OS.
At some point, things will line up for us.
Peace.
