Anybody read this Judgement yet?
https://www.law360.com/articles/1300031
As part of the consent judgement in the SEC's suit against digital marketing company Turbo Global Partners and CEO Robert W. Singerman... the CEO did not admit or deny the allegations.
Says "The company reached a separate agreement in which it vowed among other things not to employ any device, scheme or artifice to defraud"... duh.
The consent judgement states that Singerman may not challenge the validity of the final judgment, and that he "will not make or permit to be made any public statement to the effect that defendant does not admit the allegations of the complaint, or that this consent contains no admission of the allegations without also stating that defendant does not deny the allegations."

So he can't publicly challenge the allegation or claim he didn't do it without also saying that he didn't deny it. Am i reading that right?
Kinda difficult for price to go up with what's going on.

Plus, OTC has changed status to Caveat Emptor (buyer beware).

Turbo looked so promising, but we all got taken. A new Chairman or head could take this to great places. Read the related links and make your own opinions. For this to be back at .0004 after a RS of 3000/1...
Here's a post from 2018:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=143558706
Or talk with goinpostalmarcus on this message board, seems to be the GP Brands guy, but I'm not positive, it's who he claims to be.
I figured it was dead after GP Brands sued Turbo Global Partners, Turbo Global Retail Management, and Robert Singerman on May 31, 2018. Someone on this page mentioned that it was settled.
Yes, please share!
Same thing happened in Sept of last year. Was down for a few days.
gpsflorida, wow. Thanks for the unsolicited advice all the while making assumptions about us, "Amateurs...Bottom feeders...speculators." (wait, if we were a business that would be considered...). Consider this: TRBO stock in one year, when taking the reverse split into account, would have gone from around $5 a share to $.27.
We as holders of TRBO are, of course, unhappy by this and some may gripe about it, but we're not out to destroy a company that we have a stake in. While it's true that most here hold for a few weeks or months, there are some here that purchased stock when it was higher than .0015 (pre-RS). We all see the briefs on OTC and share them here when they're updated.

No luck here, but I would like to ask him why he lost the Duck Dynasty deal, why INDICA failed, if TRBO still has a stake in Fat Dog Spirits, what happened with Millisecond Tech deal, Goin' Postal deal... and finally, why is he still in charge of TRBO if he's the one running it into the ground?
went to .0003?

Nope, don't think so. It's their way of trying to find more of other people's money to "borrow". So, press release to give us a heads up that this will probably go back to .0005 . I lost about 85% on this pick.
So much potential. IMO, they need someone to advise or replace Bob if Turbo is to survive and thrive.
So, R/S happens tomorrow?
I think so, too. Same happened when someone mentioned that the Turbo website was down. It was down for 3 days before someone mentioned it and then it was back up.
It's sad to see that TRBO once had a lot of potential and that poor direction (late filings, dropped deals, etc.) have brought it down this far.
Goin' Postal deal went bust, but they also haven't had the number of stores as they had projected/promised by this point. Not sure if the suit was settled or dropped.
Did TRBO close or retain the 2 Goin' Postal franchises they put in Walmart stores?
I was hoping for good things from Millisecond Tech Corp, yet we haven't heard anything. It was a letter of Intent to form Joint Marketing Company.
DEX Imaging agreement? What happened with that?
Must be a recent change. Melisa S. Jones was the Pres. Turbo Retail Management, and was responsible for the management and administration of the postal, ship and pack stores within Walmarts, but that project was scrapped. Maureen A. Daly has a new title, Pres. Turbo Retail Group.
Also, Sander Scwartz as on Board of Directors in April as Independent Lead Director of Media & Entertainment.
The OTC info posted has 1 discrepancy, it's not Andre Balkcom, it's Andrew Balkcom, according to the 12 Entities with his name on them, including ooYoe, inc. OOYOE! NETWORK, INC. on record had him with a CA address in 2010, a Miramar address in 2012 as ooYoe, inc. and Miami as ooYoe, inc, in 2017.
ooYoe has had no annual reports filed that I can find since starting in 2012.
Additionally, Balkcom has had True Truckers LLC, in 2012, True Truckers Lifestyle Brand LLC in 2017 (with William Balkcom in CA), My Credit Cafe Inc in 2013 with (with Juan Jose and Arleen Betancourt), My Print Vibe, inc in 2016, Andrews Rubber Stain Remover, inc in 2016, Dolphin Motorsports, inc in 2017 (with Tony Coxum and Juan Avila), Brickell Red Partners, inc with 2017 (with Tony Coxum).
None of the above except for True Truckers Lifestyle had annual reports filed (2015 & 2016).
I'm not liking the direction Bob's taking TRBO and have absolutely no idea why he would purchase a search engine, a google copy that no one has heard of unless it was just to put out PR.
Their domain was down and, like Ricky mentioned, it had gone up for sale by GoDaddy. Good to see that they're back up, though nothing new has come out. Wondering if the reverse split has been cancelled since it didn't happen.
Anyone want to buy the website domain?
It was filed in March of this year! Strange that the Final Judgement was scheduled for 5/22/18, but the Case Status is OPEN. It does look like no one from Turbo Global, Turbo Retail, or Singerman showed up.
Thanks for the info, IWT. I'd like to read that brief summary and will search for it later today.
Board Member changes. Since April:
• Maureen A. Daly has replaced Melisa S. Jones as President of Turbo Retail Management.
• Sander Schwartz is no longer the Independent Lead Director of Media & Entertainment. That spot on the website is blank now, so not sure if they plan on replacing him.
Run off or sell off? Who pays the fee, the issuing company or the stock holders?
Some1 got 16M shares for .0006 today. Not me, btw.
TRBO is R/S on Aug 24, 3000 to 1. So won't be a Triple Zero next week.
3000 to 1 reverse split on Aug 24.
TRBO
1,922,524,856 outstanding shares as of 03/12/2018 and the next quarterly report is due out this week.
I wonder if CryptoWeed1 kept getting taken down for mentioning PlutusX too much. His recent tweets mention PX, but don't tag them. I do understand CW1's point of view on this, though. No one likes to be cheated out of their hard earned money. Something to be said about being held accountable for your actions.
CW1 twitter down again, who'd he PO this time?
Also looks like Cryptoweed closed account. His posts and member directory are gone.
My guess is that either he got a cease&desist or his lawyers told him to take it down.
Cryptoweed1 twitter page is gone...
so... 8 days 'til next Q filing...
With her added, maybe Goin' Postal purchase is a go? From what I've been able to gather, GP Brands bring in almost 1M a year from franchise fees, not including ad fees. That's with 170 stores. Their site lists 167 stores with 8 coming soon.
Hoping good news comes in the next filing. Goin' Postal currently has 175 stores listed on it's site with 8 of those Coming Soon. 45 of those are in Florida and it's expanding quickly there. I've been keeping tabs on the number of stores listed since March. March showed 170 stores with 4-6 of those Coming Soon.
Goin' Postal Franchise company also has a second franchise that's a clothing type store, but they only have 4 of those and I haven't seen anything new there since March.
Thinking of picking up a few more shares in anticipation of the financial report.
Good luck to all!
Took a dip to .0006
Anyone hear anything new?
Yes, if I have my info right, the next quarterly filings are due on Thursday, August 9. I'm expecting some good news from it.
Hoping for some great news to come from their August quarterly report filing!
Las, where did you find the info about the 2000 GP stores in Walmart locations? I've searched but can't find mention of it.
