I guess US launch today did not go well?
Hope so!
So many will see Q2 as disappointing as there was no growth from Q1 but with MLM company many times reps get started with packages so they might not have need to reorder same amount for a few months, we might see stair step increase in revenue instead of straight line up depending on success of product sales and recruitment of new reps. It’s wait and see, I’m looking forward to launch of US so I can sign up and try products first hand to see quality, how well priced, efficiency of back office, etc
I know first hand experience with MLM companies from 30 years strictly part time experience with ones I used and enjoyed their products. From your posts it appears you are hanging out and spending a lot more of your time than me on ihub so congrats to you.
Good info, thanks. Interested in seeing when this launches in US which will give all of us first hand opportunity to try products and see how well company’s back end support systems work.
Do you know what type of MLM comp plan it is , ie: binary, tri-level, etc ? I’ve been in a couple different network marketing companies and find the tri-levels with fixed % up to 5-6 levels tend to be easiest for people to understand. maybe have some additional bonuses based on performance. The key is to make it simple and easy to duplicate for the masses. Also, better ones tend to comp more for the little guys just starting to keep them engaged so they don’t get discouraged and quit. Product prices will need to be competitive as well. Company will need to balance comp for reps vs product prices. I find most MLMs try to comp reps too much which makes product prices too high for most customers willing to pay for them.
Their revenues and margins are what will drive it higher, doesn’t feel like they are executing on their plans so far. Europe only generating $400K per quarter. But cut them slack as they only been live biz since beginning of year. Europe unit will need to get traction and US launch should benefit from them getting business kinks out with other countries. Lots of potential but they will need to execute. One thing that bothers me is I heard their comp plan for sales reps is complicated. Everything for mlm company needs to be simple and easy to understand so it duplicates easily from rep to rep.
The only thing that fixes everything is growing profitable revenue driving pps organically. Build it and they will come. $VITX
RS would never work with this one, too low of volume. They need to grow PPS organically just like their products. $VITX
Ugh!!
Dam, bottom falling out, flat revenue #s contributing. Just means longer term hold until They launch US market.
Yeah, a lot of good things in works, let’s see if revenue #s ramp up next couple quarters. US launch should help, curious to try the products myself and might even sign up as rep depending on startup fee, a lot of MLM companies have low or zero cost to sign up.
Q1 was $413K, Q2 $433K , little disappointing with 5% growth but I do like no dilution which signals they will wait to raise revenue when PPS is higher. MLM sales typically are down in summer months and I’m not expecting any growth next Q report with this one as Europeans are usually off for holiday in summer.
And it’s flat revenues compared to Q1 , no growth.
But doesn’t the quarterly one filed only show $400K revenue for Feb, March, April 2021?
Latest filing for period ending April 30, what’s revenue? I thought I saw $400K, not even $1M? What happened to $10M annual run rate CEO mentioned ?
The revenue numbers on page 17 have same figures for both 3 months and 6 months ending jan 31. Definitely looks like a mistake in numbers somewhere.
Gotcha, I see it now. Wonder why conflict with the $413K revenue number posted earlier in report. Either way we should see some ramping up next filing.
Wasn’t it $413K revenues for 3 months ending Jan 2021? I’m looking at page 3 of the financial statement, page 17 of pdf. I heard others mention $1.5M, where do you see that on filing? http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=VITX&id=295242
I don’t know what people are complaining about regarding revenues, they didn’t officially launch til end of QTR reported. The next report should show a ramping up of revenue but at same time we need to be realistic. it’s brand new company being launched and will take a couple QTRs to see substantial revenue.
The dip before the rip? Have a bid to pick up a few more.
Typically network marketing companies give a bonus to be used for leased car, makes it easier for insurance purposes and a lot less up front for company.
K, just not sure if the 1.3B can change with updated Q1 and Q4 filings. If it was update the company did specifically for SS 3/31 I’m with you should still be 1.3B.
Yeah, I get all the reasons for being here, just know 1.3B as of oct and who knows today could limit future and is what’s been keeping it down last couple weeks. Let’s see when Q4 and Q1 come out for both SS and revenues. I’ve been in it 2+ years not the type to dump now.
Or sorry if I missed them, Send me link for Q4-2020 and Q1-2021, I didn’t see those.
It Still 1.3B ,and we won’t know what it is current until filings are made.
Hope you optimistic view is accurate but We’ll soon see if we are over 1.3B and even if we’re not , we’ll be limited by realistic market cap.
It’s in black and white 1.3B shares as of October 2020. https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/282240/content
1.3B shares and that is of oct 2020.
Dilution killing us, went from 435M in July to 1.3B in Oct, could be close to 3B at this point. Sucking the life out of stock price which we’ve seen in recent market action. This sucks!!
Same here, let’s go guys. get current and let’s start to see great qtr to qtr growth #’s.
Silicon review
Great info. I like making Silicon Valley most trusted company list, very cool to be up there with companies like Five9.
I think we might see buying pressure this week, lots of distributors will want to buy to get in after seeing presentations on Saturday.
Ok understood.
We hit high $.038 recently so we’re down about 70%, hasn’t been pretty.
I think you’re putting too much importance on FDA approval. They don’t need FDA approval to open in the US and sell the majority of their nutrition products. Certain ones, their DNA test kit possibly yes or products they want to make medical claims. Not getting FDA approval just limits what they can put on their labels for the majority of their products.
Do we know when US is opening up?
$BCLI Need!! Meets with FDA!!
Progress! https://t.co/lqanZY8rmC
