I just can't get my head around this situation. Is this company dead or not?
If it is dead, why are people trading shares everyday? If it isn't dead, when is the ax of debt going to fall and why hasn't it fallen yet? If it isn't dead, what are PN and SO being paid with? If it is dead, why are PN and SO behaving as if it is alive? And how are they being paid? If it is dead, why haven't the shareholders been notified?

Meanwhile it would seem Cepsa is happy to wait and eventually--soon-- ERHE has to go belly up and its Kenyan assets revert to Cepsa. Meanwhile doing nothing is OK for PN and SO because their game is keeping their paychecks coming as long as possible. The only thing they care about at this time is keeping the game going. IMHO.

ERHE is rebounding? Really?

Maybe so. But maybe the only way to hold on ourselves is to keep the dilution insurance going over and over and over. You can buy 25 or 50 million shrs now for a pittance. But where's the bottom? If PN has another 1 or 2 billion shrs to float, maybe the time is not yet, but how low can the price go? Maybe there is a price below which the stock will not be traded but people can buy it privately. That's where the small grp of insiders could load up and current shareholders would be out of luck. . . . Are we enhancing shareholder value yet?

Whatever is the truth about Tarach-1 and Cepsa's and ERHE's intentions regarding that drill, one thing I am sure of is that if it is actually worth something, PN is not going to let go of it unless he absolutely has to.
