Got a tip on this one last summer and couldn't get in before the run. Have some wells off of Galveston, TX and supposed to start 3d seismic survey off of Newfoundland this month. Goldenstar - Diluting with what? The volume is near non-existant as is the SP. On the other hand, lights are still on, doors are open. What this means is they are still a business entity. How much is the question. If the company goes bankrupt we all get the tax write off that we are expecting. If the company somehow survives, who knows what will happen. I have not seen one person saying this stock will rebound and lead us to prosperity, but have read of many who say there is a modicum of hope while others who have been saying for 10 months now that this company will disappear at any moment. If it happens it happens. It's expected, so what's wrong with hoping otherwise?

I just don't understand the amount of effort to slam a near worthless, out of business stock. Can you explain?

Dickmo - Is there a regime change coming or is the company going under? You don't seem capable of maintaining a straight line and combined with the relatively, recently revealed information concerning your relationship with Plant and a convicted felon, Hank Z., it does lead me to question your integrity to say the least. You had inside knowledge and were incapable or unwilling to make judgement calls on the moral failings of one or both men. If you knew they were crooked, you didn't let on until long after the fact and many people lost lots of money. Despite this, you now feel that you are capable of disparaging those who are hopeful for or supportive of this company. Your line seems to be blurred at all times.

As for me, I have never expressed a belief in the innocence of Jim Plant, only the belief that until this stock is buried once and for all, there remains the most miniscule possibilities of better days. I take umbrage with people like you who enjoy pissing on the hopes of others.

I am also looking forward to the trial. If he is guilty, and let's be honest, he will probably not be acquitted of all charges, then I hope justice is truly served. If, in the chance that a snowball doesn't melt in Hell and he is acquitted, then some people might recoup a small portion of the money they invested in this stock. Until then, I'll continue to drop in here, and support those who remain optimistic. I'll also call bullshit on those, like yourself, who are in desperate need of a reminder that they were somewhat complicit in the happenings of last year. Sometimes old, corny adages are so correct. "Birds of a feather, flock together." What does that say for you?
