Can any body tell me why on the last audited print that was published on the INTV page the number of rigs up that was up and running was not documented on the page presented to shareholders ! That would be one of the the most important things to verify to shareholders and to the SEC in audited documentation and as the different articles that has be published say to be in the cross hairs of the IRS. Scanned the last two quarterly reports filed with the SEC did not see any loans from Individual's or company's in the reports of lending money to INTV to keep the lights on.I know our reporting is not audited but if this is the case I hate to see the times money, shares are trading hands. Using your words As Steve wears many hats who approves if the above was not reported which it should have been. There are sec rules regarding this. How was this money paid back.At what type of interest. Why would he report selling any shares .This would be a good question to ask others. As you say no selling of shares for the last two years that the biggest part of his compenstation. SCREEN SHOT !!!! All for the record I doubt any CEO's are hanging out on ihub boards. First question I have after BACKING out of The Erie Power deal what was the cost of it.Contracts are drawn up where one has to forfeit any earnest money put down and every contracts has a clause.Really I thought it was pump all along for INTV to buy a power plant !! Wait till the other shoe drops as they do they been sitting on this and they brag that everything is transparent. Showing boxes of machines or was someone moving or did they have the real deal in them having them in some ones garage. You be the judge but have an auditor that has a past we should have been made aware and stayed clear. Does the person the one and only have a c.p.a license ?
