.198. And every day, especially lately, those funds are missing opportunities to make real gains.
Exactly the philosophy of many small cap CEOs. Yes.
alleged? Don't you mean, illegal? But they do it, unabated.
Snagged .19 on Friday's dip. Avg. .245, or so. Looking for .23, and parks there for a decade or so. How it's been working for me.
I'm getting off this train after three years and going down almost an immediate 76% after buying. Missing opportunities all over the place. Hope is officially lost. If this goes up 500% soon, you're welcome.
agree
r u high?
The markets are never fair to individuals....but Gensler's on it. lol
G 4 u. I’m pretty sure I’ve made more from holding the $4.75s I got last week and the $5.75s I got this morning pre-open, than you made on your flips. I’m supposing "we" is you and your puppy dog? Enjoy your newfound wealth, puppy chow, and Happy Meal.
Sorry to hear that. IMO, the markets are more than ever manipulated to where the house wins 99.99%. If individuals win by some small chance by truly investing, holding onto what they own, and wait for long term gains, someone on WS is going to lose their job. Their job is to extract 100% from retail and drop it into their pockets.
'might' and 'if'. I 'could' be a millionaire 'if' all my stocks acted like they 'should'.
Wow, what a really bad call. I see why you went into hibernation mode for 10 weeks.
That's our inglorious First Son, Hunter, of course. So yours is a generic pic off the 'net?
.....as it continues to do the rock-drop. And, who is us/we? I'm looking for a good call from you guys....looking.....looking.....looking....will let you know if/when I see one.
Down quite a large % already....smh
....as down it goes.
Straight down after your call to load, and not recovered yet....but I'm sure you flipped for a huge gain.
Right. Went straight down looking like it was going to gap-fill.....no money there. Then flat-lined, then against what should have happened, down to fill gap, it rose. If you chanced any of that four times for gains each time, you are programming the algos, imo.
Or, you made a portion of your total lunch money on each flip.
OR, just another message board warrior who says they never lose.
So, then, how much in losses have you already tallied? Better luck on your fifth attempt.
Whose selfie are you using in your Profile?
Don't be so rough on yourself. I held my one-week-old $3.40s and didn't sell at $11.00+. Who's stupid? Was happy to see my break-even come in the morning and just about pulled the plug, feeling good about seeing it rise from the lows after I bought. But held.
Then I saw a guy post a braggadocious message of selling at $5.00, only to see it rip higher, and figured I could sell at $10 and never see that again. If history holds true, though, we'll see $3.40 again.
I'm so confused. GL
Well......what do you have to say for yourself?
Just messin' with you. Bought 520 shares last week, 1/4, at 3.40, and held through the immediate dip. GL2U!
I loaded one minute before you did!! And twice as much, a penny lower than you!!!!
Down >83% from where I bought. What a coincidence. Juts looking for a b/e point to sell......
I know. GL
Not believing that's an Amendment??
I've suspected for a decade or more that the TDA trade desk, and their krooked friends like CTDL, and various hedge fund creeps are placing short bets on every stock I've ever gone long in.
Now they're merging with Schwab who is just as dirty, IMO.
All imo.
Looking to switch to E-trade after years of debating the move. The CS OM fiasco was the tipping point. Wrong CUSIP???? Gimme a break. Transfer agent was "looking for shares". Stalled while the krooks covered their tracks and made themselves whole, IMO.
I was on the phone with CS at TDA going into the close and watched the run from $11 to $23 while I argued and screamed at the idiot CS rep., and was unable to sell.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Check out BL PH, a tiny biotech. Throws out a not-so-significant PR today, and shares shot up over 250% at one point. Yeah, some revs, and a license deal, but crazy price action.
IMO, there is MASSIVE amounts of funny business going on here behind the scenes and maybe right in front of us.
From CTDL to TDA, to everyone involved who is not an individual investor. All the way up and down the 'Hil'.
all imo..
krooks. up and down the line, including, imo, brokers like TDA.
Weirdly, lately, many r/s stocks run into the r/s, as well as after. No rhyme, no reason anymore to....anything.
Happened to notice the ticker on Breakout Board. This scam still rolling, huh? Been years and years ago I got pulled in.
1:200 r/s, huh? niiiice.
Tell that to those who entered here 1-1/2 years ago at $880.00.
Patience used to work, the whole buy and hold thing, but that was prior to online trading in decimals turned the markets into casinos, and before companies realized they can lie, cheat and steal with relative impunity.
I have an account with a few tickers from years ago, down 80-90%+. I'm 65 y.o., and I won't live long enough for patience to pay. You want 'em?
Also have a few from just November, like this one, down over 17% on good news.....
Also, got in here back in June, and out in August with 'only' a 25% hit. Had I been patient I would have endured an additional 75% drop.
I should never have climbed the "Hil" to dip into this well again no matter how things appeared to have turned around for the co.
Now I know what Jack felt like......I broke my crown.
Dur. I know. Was just giving examples of how good news of just about any kind in ANY sector USUALLY drives the pps UPPPPPPPPP, not dooooown.
Been at this for 35 years, I know the inherent risks of any pharma or biotech.
Please define 'safer', while you're at it. And don't mention Hil's name....I don't need to clean coffee off my screen this morning.
Well, I like the pps prior to the Sundry acquisition. Feel like putting in a sell limit order at my b/e, $4.82, and never look back.
Some pharma co. comes out and says they had positive results on one patient in a Phase one trial, and the stock shoots up 200%. Another says they enrolled one patient for a clinical trial to begin in 2025 and it rockets.
Real news here and goes down, steaming towards 52-week low.
Nothing makes sense anymore. But I guess we see the power of programmable trading by hedge funds and big banks with algorithms.
So, in theory, we should now pass the $268/share (split-adjusted) 52-week high based on that? RN it hovers so close to the 52-week low. I'm patient, but sure expected more after all the hype and a done deal with Sundry. I lay blame at the foot of the Hil.
Just concerned about the CEO here. There's a reason this isn't valued much, much higher and it could be a hard 'Hil' to climb to lift pps. imo
zzzzzzzzzz. Expected a reaction similar to when the PR came out last week....but....actually, a nice slow and orderly rise in pps is preferred, so.................................GL
Okay, then, if that's the case.....thx.
