With all the recent actions, this is going back below 2 cents, we wont have much to any major devolopments before the trail which is months out.... . SADLY

If they just played things a little differently, we would be well into the 10-20 cent range leading into this trial.

i think barb did enough selling today.

For all we know shes the one who sold 10 million more today....

they are going to drive this shit back down to sub penny.... they announced a "agreement in principial" just give us 45 days to sell a ton of shares.... and then at the end of 45 days let's just dismiss all of the damn cases for nothing...Im feeling like I got scammed and I dont like it.

if this wasn't relying on rule 105B-1 (Planned sales) why would this field have a date in it....

So the more i think about her selling, it HAS to be... i mean it HAS to be one of the following options.

1) A 105b-1 PLANNED Sale of the shares....

2) Blatant insider trading, and complete disregard for the law and her future...

I choose to believe that they both have enough common sense not for it to be number 2... which is why number 1 makes sense to me..

Look at the random amounts of shares being sold, and timing of the sales, its something that would only make sense to me if the sales were trigged by a formula that would have been set up months ago, AND these trades are out of her control or hands at this point.... It makes sense to me that months ago they said lets develope a 105b-1

Think about it... this has to be some sort of joint settlement, why would VPLM stipulate to drop the cases they did... I mean we already know a settlement was agreed in Samsung, a settlement was REACHED in googles/meta/twitter, and it was undisclosed....

so now a likely settlement with Samsung.

they have till the end of next week to send an update to the judge if they didnt reach an agreement.

Okay well im just telling you exactly how i heard it myself.

The facts are Judge Albright has ruled in favor of VPLM over Amazon every single step of the way thus far....

Do you know how many pharma companies remain in the pennies for years before they skyrocket into the hundreds... horrible example...

I was on the call, it was very light hearted first of all, 2nd of all AFTER the judge ruled in favor of VPLMS motion of reconsideration. Hudnell asked if they wanted to discuss the motion for a scheduling conference. the judge then said in a very positive tone how much he ENJOYED WORKING WITH BOTH OF THEM and he trusted that they would be able to figure out the scheduling on their own with the law clerks, and then he made a joke to which everyone laughed that he would do it for them if they couldnt get it done....

Im up 800% in the past 6 months man... and ive have tons of ops to buy dips and load up more... or if i wanted to sell and secure my profits.... the market has responded greatly.

the atrical just references that a settlement is expected around the 14th, but IMO it will be next week before we hear anything....

Nope... the apple case was dismissed because those particular patents were rules invalid without getting a chanse at a fair trial, even though the PTAB already rules that these parents were infact valid....

These recent cases were JOINTLY DISMISSED, meaning for whatever reason both parties agreed to drop the case....

So you are voicing your concern with the legal system.... NOT VPLM or its patents...

However VPLM is reaching a stage where a hard trial date in unavoiable, and they are scheduled in OCTober, so rather than stay in North California Court system and deal wih more of that BS we elected to focus all of our legal resources and time and money into the ACTUAL HARD TRIAL DATES IN OCTOBER, and the very real settlement that is on the table with amazon...

This could be good or bad news but to me, there's too much going on here to risk not being strapped in.

I mean Amazon reached a deal to settle in a smaller case well hear about next week, and in the larger amazon case they moved the next conference cal within the 45 day wait time for the other case.

For google/meta/twitter, in Cali they were in settlement talks (more than one full day of settlement talks, when all of a sudden the judge stops those discussions, and the parties jointly agree to dismiss the case..

Also trials in a few months for verizon, t mobile..

And now if meta drops the IPRS the Samsung case will most likely move forward.
