Zerosum, thank you for answering my post. Your response was very logical and I have to agree with most of it. My last trade the other week was my last day trade. I have my main shares now free because of trading and are in my Roth account, so it will be tax free. The 1st testing was exciting, although soon disappointed when the power went above low. This time could be the same excitement or more, and i do not want to get caught with my pants down. So my multi 6 figure bought with profits from trading are sitting there to see what happens. Long journey indeed for both of us.
Zerosum, Next news? If the 2nd Engineering call was supposed to be in the next couple weeks. If there is news or a contract for testing, could range probably from several weeks as toward end of month, much longer to negotiate or write up a contract. No idea either, just my guess. Will wait to see what happens.
Zerosum, Nice job on Tesla. Even though I got it at a slightly lower price, I only bought 200 shares, so your doing great. One of my friends also told me about what he made with NFLX which I also missed. I tried a private message but you have to be a paying member which I am no longer. I am sure we could share some interesting stocks, funds and such. Tesla kept hitting it's head on the ressistance, but if that breaks, the next stop is much nicer. When do you think we will hear something next on Qsep? Maybe end of this month or early March???
Thanks Zerosnoop, Mr. Kyte's purchase is definitely a good sign.
Thanks TruthoftheMatter.
Hi again Zerosum. I have made money on both Qsep and Tesla this year! I made a 70% profit on the shares I sold of Tesla (I got TSLA at 114.97), but still am holding half my shares for now. Ok, my cost per share on my Zero from my profits is .04 cents. How did you do? Although I am not holding my breath on this stock, I do think this time has the best chance. Cecil seems very serious and confident when you talk to him on the phone. I don't care what the negative Bozo's think. I do me, they do them. I am doing just fine on my profits from stocks. When I occasionally have 1 that starts to drop, I am out within an 8% or so mostly. But 90% of my trading these days is with proven stocks with a long history of going up, and often with nice dividends. Last year I was into Value stocks and funds because of the inflation. Nasdaq is kicking some serious butt right now.
Thank you Zerosum. That's what I thought, but my friend thought is was Kinder Morgan. This could be an exciting year!? I do trade this stock, but understand it's potential, so I have reinvested 25% of my profits trading it buying back at lows and put it in a Roth account. No taxes. Will sell 1/3 with news of testing. 1/3 if the test is successful this time, and hold 1/3 to see highs and possible dividends. I know this is a risky stock, that is why I chose to do it this way or not at all.
Zerosum, I forgot, who's pipeline was Qsep testing the AOT on in 2013? Was it TransCanada or Kinder Morgan? Thanks
Sano, I just made some more money again on this mornings price increase. What is stopping you from doing the same. I have repeated this many times with this stock. Just saying.

From Intention to Implementation
Let us celebrate once again the positive hydrostatic test just over a month ago. As you would expect, our
next step is to follow up with our existing or future development partner(s). Since last year,
communication has been well underway from where we left off with whom was our existing
development partner in June 2020. Furthermore, we have garnered the attention of a new set of
individuals that could consolidate the involvement of new development partner(s).
I would emphasize that the timing and participation of such efforts are designed to yield results that
would surpass what we established in late 2013 with TransCanada. In the coming weeks we expect to
have our second engineering call with relevant parties to what should culminate into a formal
relationship and predictable benefits.
I thank you for your patience and support as we navigate our final path to commercial viability.
Cecil Bond Kyte

Lower volume today than in the last week or so. Near 90 day average. PPS will probably close near .10 cents to .105 cents, .11 if enough of the right type buys before close.
Zerosnoop, I agree with what you said. I cannot wait until the next news to come out. I am not buying more as I own quite a few shares, but would if I did not have a lot, but definitely holding for now, and for different possible stages.
Zerosnoop. A lot of volume the last week and price increase. I have been away for years but still have some shares. Could get interesting here soon? I read the news on Qseps website that you posted about. I think they will announce more soon. Perhaps ironing out a test again on a pipeline? Or a another test to make sure the AOT is fixed with an oil company? My average cost is .05 cents, tempted to sell half now or with next news?
Zerosum,
Thanks for calling the company and your post. Helps me to relax a bit about the power problem.
Zerosum,
About the power supply problem. Now this is coming from a very rusty memory. But I remember the power supply problem before was that the process was creating a short in the power supply. So they were trying to insulate it differently so it would not happen. I could be wrong, but this is my memory of it.
If it was previous management handling it, I would not have any confidence in it getting fixed. But the current management seem to handle challenges very well and have a lot of experience.
Zerosum,
Thank you for your reply. I hope you are right about the power supply being a simple fix.
I agree with the rest of your post. I know you have a lot of money invested in this stock and take it very seriously. I also have confidence in the current management team.
Zerosum,
I enjoy most of your posts! You posted -"Ya'll feel free live in fear, call for so and so to be fired etc, and sell your shares if you want, I don't care I'm not selling one share over this. I think this is a simple quick fix and I have confidence in management, and especially Rasmussen."
I know this was pointed more at a particular poster or 2. But I never live in fear, am not selling one share, but am far from pleased from the same problem happening again. I remember what they went thru before and this is obviously not an easy fix which many think it is! But I believe we currently have the right people now at the helm, and if anyone stands a chance of getting it to work right and sales after, it's them. Hoping for the best, but not buying more unless I see it fixed and a contract signed. I already own a lot of shares (not compared to your group) and I got them at a very low price average. If I were to sale them now I would make a handsome profit. But have no plans to at this time. I want to give the current crew a chance, so waiting another few months is no big deal to me.
Zeroedin, I also think the sell off was not a coincidence. The power supply problem again is definitely NOT a good sign again! Not a coffin with the current capable people involved, but definitely not positive. My average price is very low already so I will NOT be buying any more shares to cost average down, up or sideways.
Sano, I rarely agree with you, but this time I do agree with what you said more than the positive posts. Another power supply problem! LOL.
I will give them the 6 weeks to try to fix it (LOL). As I think the current people running it "ARE" capable of fixing this with enough experience and contacts. But I am definitely not holding my breath or buying more shares.
I could care less about the reasonable delution. But having the same problem over and over, I do.
Whacky, On the football, no bet, but I do want to watch! Anyone see Qseps price drop to around .15 cents?
Yes Whacky, it is exciting to be where we are at now with the current people running it. They at least stand a chance.
I found a newsletter from 2013 that puts the previous board in a bad light. I might post it later if I have time. But most of us already know the history, and in my opinion only the current Board stands a chance with the AOT as they have enough experience to do it, and it seems like there ducks are finally all lined up in a row.
It seems almost like a do or die situation, unless like usual, it supposedly performs good except for a minor flaw which they must fix and retest. Then they could drag in on for awhile longer.
Your bet is next week, if so my guess in the 2nd half of the week, but I am truly guessing the week after next for some news. I hope you are correct Sir Whacky.
Zeroedin, That is too funny! That sure sounds like a strong presence, maybe oder wise. I have a feeling we will hear something by mid July. This sure has been a long ride.
I was cleaning up and found a letter from previous management that kind of shocked me. ( I had not previously opened the letter) I will post it if I have time.
Zerodin, It would be awesome if you could get some information from Crescendo Communications and share it up there in NYC. Thanks for trying!
Faithinthefuture, From one of the last newsletters:
HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / May 17, 2019 / QS Energy, Inc. (the "Company" or "QS Energy") (OTCQB: QSEP), a developer of integrated technology solutions for the energy industry, today provided a business update for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019.
Jason Lane, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, commented, "We are pleased to report that we made significant progress advancing our Applied Oil Technology (AOT) commercial demonstration project. Although we experienced minor delays in April, our equipment has been installed and we remain on track to complete commissioning of the demonstration project by the end of May. As a result, we expect to begin operations in June and should have initial data and preliminary results within the next few weeks of commencement, which will be a major milestone for the Company as we rapidly advance toward our goal of full-scale commercialization."
They were supposed to complete commissioning of the demonstration project by the end of May and tests should have started in June. They mentioned having preliminary results after a few weeks of testing. So my guess is we will hear something in the next couple weeks. Maybe 1st half of July or before?
Sano, that's like building the house before the foundation. I do not think it would do much good attending Major oil and gas Company trade shows without verified test results on a midstream pipeline. (Although they have spoken with many oil Companies)
So I think they will "if" the test results supposedly starting some time this month are in range of the results equal to or similar to previous laboratory tests. Then I see them going to the major oil and gas trade shows, and product commercialization following shortly after.
Keep trying my friend.
Sounds logical. If I have waited this long, I guess I can wait a bit longer and watch the share price and news.
Possibly. I wonder if they have started the testing or will announce it soon? Or are they going to wait for preliminary test results next month?
Smile AOT Works, the news you repeated about tests slated to start in June is potentionally very exciting news. Here's a toast that the test goes very well!!!
It's hard to wait for the results. Anyone have a time machine?
Alkalinesolution, that's my guess also that we will hit $2.00 this year "if the test results are good enough and lead to a contract." I actually think if it does we will shoot a little above that for part of the day, then settle around there.
Hoping for all the shareholders that this comes to pass.
Yeah Zerosum, I think I would trust those expert companies and people you mentioned than a person on a board with an obvious agenda!
If the tests are successful what will he do with his time? I hope not a break down or depression.
I hope we hear something about the test starting by next week.
Cass, "Giant Smile!"
Sano, the point is - "Opinions are like nose burgers, almost everyone has them, but you should be careful how and when you pick them!".
Your track record on your statements is not that good buddy! Most of us other investors are pleased in the current people running the show and progress. We all should know something soon!
I knew buying a penny stock was a gamble so I invested what I could afford to lose. I bought a ton at .07 cents with an average cost of .12 cents, which does not include the free shares I own from selling some shares when Qsep spiked up a bit many years ago. So I am looking pretty good right now as are some others. And am now very excited by the current people running the show and tests coming up.
You obviously are invested deeply in this stock with your daily posts, whether financially or emotionally or what not.
I just pee pee'd my pants with this news! This is very good news. Hope the test results meet or exceed expectations! Not much longer to wait.
Wos AISI, that explains a lot! I will not even read that persons posts any more. Thanks.
Boy, I already felt good about the shares I own and the current progress of the company. Normally I do not care what others think, but after ready everyone's post, I feel even better about it!!!
WOW Zerosum, that's a lot of shares! I am jealous Sir! I had planned on getting 100,000 more but then the price went way up. I wonder how much the Company would charge per share if you bought it directly from them?
I cannot wait till the test starts next month sometime, and hopefully the 1st contract before the end of the year. I heard they did a pre-test after adjusting it, and it came out even better than they expected. I am not selling either until it hits certain price minimums, and will only sell a small amount each time it reaches a certain price. And will hold on to a small chunk for long term to see what this company can do.
Exciting time to be a shareholder. Oil company experience people finally running the show, AOT revised and glitch supposedly fixed and working even better. Tests to start next month. Hoping to see 1st contract before the end of the year with some more to follow.
I do not own as many shares as you Zerosum, I have a couple hundred thousand shares. Average cost of under .12 cents a share as I got some of them free trading when it went up close to $2.00 years back. But the ones I paid money are at .12 cents average cost. I am not going to sell all my shares if we get a contract, but some at the 1st contract, and at certain price goals. And maybe hold on to my last 30,000 share to see how high this puppy will go, and possibly many years from now dividends or a forward split???
Zerosum, my guess is the number of shares you own is close to around 1 million? I know u do not have to share, but I am curious.
Nope, not going to the SHM, but want to listen to the recording of it. Do you remember when it is?
Zerosnoop, Nice new shareholders newsletter release! I think I just pee'd my pants! Finally next year we should see if we shall soar or sink.
Never mind, it's November 9th.
