2's are moving, better grab them quick
The $185,000 could very well come from a source other than share issuance. Can easily come from the 2.4 mil lawsuit proceeds.
Even if they issue new shares for the $185,000, the company plans to spend $1 million to buyback shares, canceling those out and other recent share increases.
Books are getting balanced before the big storm hits. And when she hits it will be raining dollars.
$185,000 according to today's PR.
Not sure if it was part of the recent OS increase around the beginning of the month or is still to come.
To put it into perspective, that would be equivalent to approx 50 mil shares at the recent low conversion rate of .0035 so not a big deal at all.
LOL, it was over a penny a couple weeks ago.
Also P&D's talk about AS reductions as buy backs, one's which never come to light or do and they turn around and raise it again to dilute when it serves them.
But do continue, I'm amused.
With all the technology and video teams use now to study their opponents I doubt it changes anything in those regards. Besides, the networks > the owners > the players unions. If the fans want their ref cams they will get them.
LFAP..don't give a hoot about the day to day movement. Wake me up when we reach $1.
Yep, and fans love it. The view is like none other. TV networks and keeping the fans at home tuned in with all major sporting events is huge money. Fans will be clamoring for umpire cams and I believe they will soon be part of the regular broadcast.
MLB, NFL, NBA, NCAA, NHL. The list goes on and on.
CEO here rocks. He has our best interests in mind. Is willing to buyback shares with half of all proceeds from past and future litigation, cleared up a boatload of toxic debt, and keeping the company dark to prevent anymore toxic debt from dumping until he clears them all up.
That has all the ingredients of a beautiful penny stock. Now all we need is a major partnership or two with recurring revs and we can kiss the sky.
It would come directly from the unrestricted shares in the OS, in other words reduce the float. Company could always reduce the AS if they chose to with the stroke of a pen, and they may eventually, but that has little bearing here.
BRKK long and strong. I plan on sticking around for the big bucks. So much yummy to chew on from today's PR. We could truly see dollar land here in the next year if the right pieces play out IMO.
Someone is working hard to get their 001's filled LMAO
My guess here, CEO is waiting for shares to stop converting before he drops the next bit of news. Thinking we will then get an update regarding any remaining debt, going current, etc.
If news is coming out this week then we are near the end. Maybe the last of the dilution tomorrow and news on Thursday? I will have my vaccum turned on tomorrow in the mid 3's just in case.
BRKK...come to Daddy
LFAP..One of the few tickers on the OTC where I feel safe locking my shares up in a vault for a year or longer and not even look at them. Talking long term gains, and it has nothing to do with taxes and everything to do with where I think this one could be headed. I'm betting that this reaches dollar bills, as in plural dollars.
The last run is a small blip on the radar of what I believe is going to come here next run. Basically last run confirmed what everyone already knew about the 2.4 mil lawsuit and then was subsequently drug down by note conversions.
I'm expecting shock and awe type news coming down the pipeline. The kind that will bring outsiders scurrying in for shares. And if note conversions are done, well it could get real interesting.
Judging by the volume today it looks like conversions are over, at least for now. I was fortunate enough to grab a few more of those 35's MM's were giving away this morning.
BRKK is winding up tight and once we start getting updates movement will be fast and furious.
Next bit of news will thin ask side out and blast through trips we will go.
Billy Beane and Barney Frank...Okay my interest is piqued
I don't see this uplisting anytime soon if ever. Not that it's absolutely necessary as there are pinks trading in the multi dollars. But I don't think the company has the revs, the audited fins, and the wherewithal to uplist, at least at this time. Uplist is a dream that all pink shareholders wish for but seldom happens.
It's called pumping up the fan base so they can max out OS before the R/S. Turns out Bob does know how to play in stinkyville.
I will be sitting at 35 if MM's have some more they want to unload. If not let's climb. All good either way.
MM's were unloading converted shares heavy @ the 35/36 area. Expecting more conversions to take place around or below that mark tomorrow as well.
The big question is how many shares they have to dump.
Talking percentage. The right kind of news here, at these levels with this float could easily catapult us to a 300% + day. Not that we need to have a day like that, just saying it's very possible here.
OTC is high risk/high reward. And I agree with you, it's generally not advisable to hand around in a pinky stock and keep averaging down. I have learned the hard way on a few plays myself.
With that said I truly think we are going to eventually springboard. Could be a week, could be a month, or longer. It's a gamble and I'm placing my bets. Anyone who doesn't think that BRKK can do what ETFM did today is fooling themselves.
Many ways to win a trade, selling for a loss isn't always the prudent route.
Some who like the company and potential here might choose to stick around and even avg down.
Look at ETFM today, I would say those who stuck around and avg down did pretty well for themselves.
Way not to gloat. Trading karma will likely bite you in your behind one day. Stay classy.
Maybe the gap fill wishers should just suck it up and move their buy orders up? lol
Gap fill talk is nonsense, good support at 8's. Going up from here.
CMGO...happy hump day, as in humpback whales going in to feed.
Hope for your sake. Just remember they just R/S without a vote and they can do the same for an AS increase.
To do a massive R/S without a definitive plan to uplist will likely spell disaster.
Sorry for all shareholders here. I exited my position a few months ago because it was not generating any buzz and volume has been stagnant but have still been watching.
RS is the kiss of death on OTC, especially in the pinks. Sadly they will likely rinse and repeat. Best of luck to all here.
Plenty of room in the SS to run 1000%+ from here
Not sure if serious or just posting misleading info but when this thing dilutes it does so in the hundreds of millions and is clear as day. The last couple weeks has been traders changing hands.
Might want to use L2 if you intend to trade.
Scared money rarely makes money.
Waiting for LOI and to see what Loadchief has in store. This one can easily touch .002 with the right ingredients, even with the bloated OS.
There has been no dilution for weeks. Get with the times man.
Correct. Also MM see stop loss orders and will walk it down to snatch them. Though this is rarely necessary because OTC traders bail at the first sight of blood. A true short squeeze on OTC is rare because too many folks cough up their shares without a fight. This ticker has the makings of creating a real short squeeze if folks would hold strong.
Holding a long position here, waiting for the bounce then going to load up what I can. I don't care if I have to wait a year or longer to cash in my chips. Hate going long on OTC but this is a rare play where I feel comfortable doing so unless the CEO gives me a reason to lose faith.
Sounds like things might finally be coming together between ADTM and PlutusX. If this is indeed the aforementioned shell I have one major concern...6 bil OS.
In the PR PlutusX mentions cleaning up the shell before going public and also eventually uplisting to NASDAQ. Let's just hope they run this before they split our shares.
A wise man once said : "In OTC, they all are turds until they are not"
So if company goes current and TA still show 199 mil OS will you take these words back?
