That crackle sound you here is the sound of shorts who are about to get roasted.
What a day here, interesting Covid play. Another great call by georgie.
Volume is lovely. Expecting a MARK type move if we get a couple 100 mil vol days.
Agreed, if it holds above 200ma then $1 will come fast. Might happen this week.
Let's go TPTW, sights set for pennyland.
Not even a peep of news, something is going on behind scenes here. If news comes out with this float it's going to get jiggety.
Awesome day, picked a few at the .55 dip. If it breaks .70 then the fun really begins. GL all
Break and hold .45 should bring .50
She's running
Looking primed for another run up here.
They market and distribute the drug to vendors.
My point was the computers seem to let it go and let traders control during PM and AH here. But they usually correct during market hours. You can get a better buy during market hours. Perhaps it will be different now, we shall see. It was more of a trading tip rather than investing. GL
Buy during market hours, sell during PM and AH. Only way I would play this. GL
So many warrants and large Sabby stake. Eventually this company will regain compliancy, the question is in which manner.
It trades crazy, that is certain. Hoping we get merger/buyout news or something to make it hold this time.
It's funny, no one wants it when it's in the 30's but will chase it up lol
I believe it was last Thursday, same damn thing. Hoping for another crazy AH.
It's alive
Outstanding. Now time to get that bid price up to Nasdaq compliancy if you know what I mean $$
You can read it here; Sabby LLC, Sabby Volatility Fund, and Hal Mintz each have separate allotments of 8.3 mil shares. 8.33 ×3 = 25 mil which was the size of the offering also with also gives them the right to purchase 25 mil warrants.
"Amount beneficially owned:
Sabby Volatility Warrant Master Fund, Ltd. - 8,333,334
Sabby Management, LLC - 8,333,334
Hal Mintz - 8,333,334"
8,333,334 × 3 = 25,000,002 which is the exact size of the latest offering.

Good recovery end of day and AH, should bode well for tomorrow's action.
Lot of blood on the streets today, here and elsewhere. Days like this is where the real money is made.
Nice bounce off .32
Days like today is not for the faint of heart but often where the big money is made.
Added more. Last time she did this it did a slow bleed to .34 and then spring to life.
If by awhile you mean one week, then yes Sabby has had those 25 mil shares for awhile LOL. They own a good percentage of the float and can play a big role in volume and moving the price in either direction.
And according to the recent Prospectus it sounds like they have the option to buy another 25 mil warrants. Warrants getting exercised will also bring increased volume.
And this is not bad. Sabby didn't invest here to lose money. There will be plenty of crumbs, as there already has been, spilled for the rest of us to feed on.
The big volume is Sabby. They own 25 mil shares here. Many say 8 mil but check 13g, they have 3 entries at 8.3 mil each.
In a nutshell Sabby will control whether we go up or down in the near term.
Grabbed some more tickets for next launch.
Offering closes tomorrow, should see a pop here in the next couple days IMO.
Good day to bargain hunt
What a day. Congrats to everyone, especially those who have been here since .30's
Wow. Thanks for that breakdown. I didn't know how to interpret ADS and ordinary shares comparison.
That explains how it moved up so much off relatively low volume AH Thursday. Nice low floater. Thanks again for clarification.
Going off latest 13g, Morgan Stanley bought a block of 11.6 mil and that was reported as 5% ownership. Puts it around 230 mil OS.
Funny you mention this. Newly appointed CEO has experience with "leveraged buyouts"
Bought this tasty dip
MARK reminds me of my first cherry pop $SIRI. Got in on that one around 40 cents as well.
Volume will start to lighten as penny flippers move on and then this should start a slow, steady ascent to multi dollars.
Perhaps that's just the formal disclosure on the already announced Sabby offering? If so my apologies.
Geez, these boys just filed a new offering. Will wait for the next dip.
Someone is working hard to keep it down. Good luck with that. Great long term hold.
Nice churn today at .36
Engine is getting primed for a nice run.
