Can anyone shed some light on the below from the 10k?

“As of August 13, 2019, we had 249,777,311 shares of Common Stock outstanding and held of record by 31 stockholders. Within the holders of record of our Common Stock are depositories such as Cede & Co. that hold shares of stock for brokerage firms, which, in turn, hold shares of stock for beneficial owners. On August 2, 2019, the closing price of our Common Stock on OTCQB was $0.5913 per share.”

Couple questions / comments:

1) Stock owned by just 31 holders? Can someone clarify what stockholder of record is?

2) Did DCGD uplist to OTCQB? I thought it was OTC Pink.

Very little volume now. All sides are now at a stand still until the 10-k comes out and see the forward looking statements or a shareholders update from JC. It’s a waiting game.

It was probably someone dumping a lot of shares and the MMs took advantage of the situation and brought it down.

A responsible answer to your question would be - I don’t know, but looking at the DD and trend I believe it would be well north from these levels in my opinion.

Who says Justin has to wait until Thursday for the 10-K....That’s the deadline. He can drop it at any time whenever he’s ready

10-k will include results from previous management through end of last fiscal year.

We may get a nice glimpse at the future in the forward looking statement sections of the 10-K.

Reasons to short DCGD?

1) Low floater in an up trend

2) Confirmed small share structure just a few days ago

3) Strong catalysts that can be confirmed through shared and independent DD with plenty of legs to go

4) No dilution

5) CEO is a hedge fund manager that happens to be a pro trader, is an innovator and seems determined to deliver

Taking into account point number 5... How in the world brave shorts make discrediting comments against a CEO of this caliber who is a pro trader and happens to own / manage the majority shares?

I wouldn’t want to bet against this CEO... There’s a real possibility of an epic squeeze that can be triggered at any moment imo.

Why do some of you spend time convincing others on this stock? Chill out. There’s absolutely nothing to worry about unless you are caught up without shares in my opinion.

This is moving up, then consolidates, then up, then consolidates .... That’s what a healthy stock is supposed to do and if you are seeing this action at these levels.... you know this can only get better from here on.

Very small number of shares available if any. This is like a pressure cooker.

There’s also a potential asteroid impacting the planet and extinguishing all life in a few thousand years. SMH...
