Never saw this coming. I’ve invested in some garbage plays just to flip but really thought this had the goods to eventually be a lucrative buyout. Just sad how this has played out over the past 4 months. I just can’t believe they couldn’t secure funding for upcoming trials consider the institutions that were conducting these
Daily posting about how Verb and the technology is a turd. Why would you need to post that DAILY?? Hmmm
The business is growing, fluid enough to recognize/capitalize on growth opportunities. The race is on. This company will become a billion dollar industry standard. Guess I’ll hold my shares tight for a bit longer
Sad. Had high hopes for the technology and company. Painful reminder not to invest more than you are willing to lose. My shares will need to just be stashed and I’ll look at them in a couple years to see what my investment turned into. Hoping for even at this point. Really disappointed with management
Guess who else purchased from the open market??
That’s right, this guy...
1500 shares...do you haters really think it’s some random number??
That’s cute
Lots of substantive posts by the chain gang today...
I would say that’s accurate
I feel like I just took a kick to my prostate. I’d feel like there was an actual plan here if the company had any track record for updating investors. I’ll be in this for years now. Part of the risk I guess..
Any news/headlines from the teleconference?
Dang...this just turned into a loooong hold for me. Really expected this to move up as trials moved forward. Still buying the tech, just hope the company can capitalize on it. It’s too important to die on the vine
There’s a recent article in the “pharmacist letter” and I believe an article published in my medscape news feed. I’ll post the pharmacist letter article, but it’s not a pro position. Just Fyi. I’m hoping the criticism of the product is off base as I’m interested in this more from an investment versus therapeutic standpoint
I agree. Each week my pharmacy publications are highlighting this drug and it’s a matter of time really. Given the market and mechanism of action, I’m surprised this pps is where it is.
One thing I’ve learned, no 2 financings are the same. Unfortunately (for us) most of the short term gains are not realized by individual investors. This is a mid to long term hold for the average investor
I do know...the company doesn’t want this lingering below $1 for long.
Any thoughts on what happened here the past 2 weeks? Have high expectations for this long term despite this drop.
Up-manipulation?? Because they have a “buy” recommendation?
I’d say the analyst report is pretty vanilla and points to potential IF the company can produce.
Lets see what other analysts reports look like now that this company will be picked up for additional review.
I run a compounding pharmacy...had 2 calls today from wholesalers running specials on Bremelanotide. Just found it interesting
“It’s hard to interpret the strong revenue growth as anything other than a positive.”
I startup tech company with growing numbers of partnerships and strong revenue growth...glad I’m in
Define substantial so we know how to prepare
Is the CEO Q&A a requirement?
Thanks for the update Tanker. It’s pretty pitiful on management right now. Clearly purposeful
I’m at the deep red point where all I can do is wait and see. C’mon OBMP!! You can do this...the technology is to important to watch this die a slow death
Verb news...recent announcements of partnerships within the MLM space but headlines here are about lawsuits that will be tossed. Good stuff
This pps trend is really unfortunate. I’m staying with this as I feel the technology is worth it. This prolonged quiet period needs to come to an end though.
If you sell voluntarily and take a loss, it’s the CEOs fault?
What if you sell now, take a loss, and in 6-12 months the company is trading at $40 per share? Were you still defrauded?
Just trying to work through the scenarios...
Appreciate the effort Tanker
Thanks Tanker. Appreciate you taking the initiative to reach out to them. I know others have tried, but maybe you’ll be the lucky one. Entirely to quiet for a company with this much going on. I’d love to bring new investors in but I’m waiting for a bit more
In a tech start up that’s been on Nasdaq for 3 months? Yes, people should totally sell right before the analyst report and Q2 financials are out.
I don’t think most understand the buyout prospects here. It’s why I’m invested and if people understood just how much potential Verb has on the MLM sector, they’d get it. It’s a MASSIVE business and Verb has developed a technology that translate into sales. I’m hopeful one of the other verticals takes off, but from an investment standpoint, it won’t matter.
Analyst report due soon. Q2 revenues will be up another 20-40%. This is just a matter of time
Analyst report out soon. What will it say? How will it value a company with increasing revenues Q to Q? Once this hits strike price it’s on. Once this hits $5 it’s game over for anyone sitting on the sidelines
I’m new to all this and really just need some help. What’s happening in the 15th? Should I invest everything now or wait? You seem to have picked up on investing OTCs really quickly so figure I’d reach out to you.
Hahahahaha...
Boo
Great DD BMR!
The scalability and reproducibility of these white labels will be a money-making machine very soon. No doubt in my mind Verb technology will change the way these MLMs do business
Excellent!! Glad to have you and colleagues on board. Lots of long shareholders here that understand the complexity and potential of this technology/therapy. Appreciate the post
I think that’s sound advice. I can wait till then and reevaluate...I hate the thought of selling at a loss at this juncture
I’ve held here for almost 14 months now. Not much compared to true longs here. 25K @ average of 0.15. Followed UHD over based primarily off of his usual strong DD. I check in most days and appreciate the consistency of the posters here. You guys are very unique in the world of OTC securities. However, the lack of information coming out from this company makes it incredibly difficult to stay long. These guys have set the bar for lack of PRs and late filings. You guys are truly committed to what may (or may not) happen. Unfortunately I need some available funds and this will likely be the source. If no significant news arises about ground breaking soon, it’ll be another year gone by. Additional delays, and opportunity to buy back my position.
Anyway, I am impressed by the DD done here as it’s a uniquely difficult company to get information out of.
Green again...selling slowing down, new eyes taking notice
Tic toc...
“It’s not the revenge he’s after, it’s the reckoning.”
Rory is making this happen. News this week is just a taste
I sincerely hope that’s after a 1:2 FS...Rory’s objective has been wealth creation for his share holders. He will maximize profits prior to selling this company. He’ll ride off into the sunset as a very rich man. I’m m guessing buyout in 24 months...
White labeling is where this will create immediate and large investor value. Customized for each company...including Microsoft, Adobe, etc..
Verb/brightools will make this the most coveted sales/marketing technology available. Think Stream Energy is just the tip of the tip of the spear.
Agree 100%
Would they really launch into aggressive phase 2 studies at highly prestigious hospitals/research centers without understanding the financing requirements needed for it to be conducted?? Damn I hope management isn’t this incompetent!! Surely it’s just a situation of them not worried about providing public information on what’s happening....right or wrong.
