mitch has failed over and over again, when will you people learn he doesn't have some miracle to save you.
your post is cute, you think stock price means they are losing money. A-list is profitable and they are getting a ton of concession revenue.
You think a billion dollar company is affected by moviepass shutting down their couple thousand subscribers? lol. Moviepass couldn't be the final blow of any company.
After losing $20k+ on this investment, I stopped following this story, but I have kept my subscription. I'm just disgusted with the whole thing. They wasted SO MUCH CAPITAL in 2017 & 2018 bleeding money they could not afford to lose when they could have easily revised the terms early to get the losses down to a manageable figure while they built customer loyalty and worked out the kinks and learned to minimize fraud. But they didn't.
you're not getting any more movies from moviepass
Good move cut everybody off let them go to AMC sign up there AMC is going to burn up your cash going to shut down mode to customers will have no place to go bozo here can start back up again fresh and take over his number one no split needed
They won trust me millions have subscribed to there A list which is there movie pass A list killed movie pass
No chargeback possible anyway. A MoviePass subscription requires payment from a personal bank account via ETF, electronic funds transfer. Read the MoviePass Terms and Conditions, if still available online (they may be gone now) MoviePass even has the right to withdraw monies (charge more) at MoviePass's own discretion if it determines usage of and by its subscriber is excessive.
Who knows they may announce discount on uber or lyft, local bars, restaurants, babysitters etc when the service is back on. Red carpet events on up coming moviepass films, saw Escape plan 3 blue ray n dvds on sale in local walmart yesterday, Boss Level coming in theaters on Aug 16th
Regal maybe in talks with them for a deal like Landmark
Their main goal is not to make money on subscription but from other sources
They haven’t halted movies under production.....total 12 of them so far
“We have big plans this year for entire MP ecosystem, including MP films n MP ventures” -Ted
Regal announces it's plan today, and we hear that moviepass is discontinuing as of tomorrow for unknown period. From Mitch Lowe.. coincidence? Haven't heard from Mitch in a year.
yet... "we also will endeavor to recapitalize our company and continue our cost cutting efforts." =
= notice to investors of HMNY!
most of us have been saying they are done for awhile, but it's official now.
AMC did not win, just look at their stock price.
they ran out of money guys, it's over, they aren't coming back. hopefully none of you here got scammed by the shill accounts.
Regal is starting their own service July 15th, moviepass has given up their hopes of getting a partner and they are done.
yea it was 95%, not 90%
buy it when they aren't losing money. This stock will be just a constant reverse split and sell shares until then.
there was an interview with a past employee that says mitch is barely involved anymore. He is off doing other things.
don't worry those 90% of users were all abusers, we don't need them anyway!!! right pumpers??!?!
the more you sit on it the lower it will go, they don't have a real product if they have to dilute every few months.
a few thousand shares of a few billion shares is not a voice.
Why do you want a voice of a failing company? They have proven time and time again your voice does not matter.
HMNY has taught me a lot of lessons on investing. That the CEO can lie and exaggerate as much as he wants and get away with it.
moviepass lays off its entire business-development team i.e. their way to actually make deals with studios and theaters. What is their gameplan at this point besides just shutting down?

I wonder how blue will spin this to be good news.
yup how many millions did someone make from this, seems like a huge money laundering scheme.
and you are the owner of that same penny junk company. Sometimes it's better to have no voice than have a voice of a junk company.
what is the inevitable?
Your voice put them OTC where your voice is now basically worthless. Good job ??
It’s because of paid shills convincing people without the ability to think.
If Ted wanted otc he wouldn’t have paid all that money calling people to get a reverse split. Money from investors is on nasdaq not otc. But on OTC he has more control, prepare to be diluted to hell.
Why do you want to have a voice at a worthless company.
OTC is 10x worse than a stock split, they can do whatever they want. This is going OTC with or without a split though.
MoviePass shows off new giant billboards in Times Square after burning through hundreds of millions of dollars
https://www.businessinsider.com/moviepass-times-square-ad-2019-2
I wonder how many diluted shares it cost them to put up those time square billboards.. probably a billion or so shares lol.
a deal is a deal, but if a company screws over its customers those customers will never come back no matter how good of a deal it is. Moviepass could give away movies for $1 and most people won't come back because moviepass has lied to its customers so many times that no one trusts them anymore.
Fool me once shame on you, right now it's on fool me 100 times with moviepass. Same with the stock holders and Ted lying to everyone. He's fooled stock holders many times.
Mark my words, Mitch and ted are going to find some very creative ways to scam HMNY holders out of moviepass shares. I bet HMNY ends up owning less than 10% of moviepass after splits and deals.
how many billion is the share count now lol
what money, they don't have much to give
I thought "no more need for dilution"??? LOL all fools investing in this stock and defending it.
HMNY has no value without moviepass
dilution, dilution, dilution, dilution rinse and repeat
I had an annual subscription that ended in December, it did not automatically renew, which is a good thing.
Movies aren't even available in the morning for some people. No movies available is the norm for 90%+ of people.
I think they shut off movies today because it's one of the biggest movie days of the year. Trying to save as much money as they can, and piss off as many customers as they can. Thousands of more cancels incoming. Only masochists are still subscribed to this company. They treat their customers like crap, just like they treat their shareholders. Learn your lessons people.
