Terrific!
Zach covers this on his blog post and his uploaded video today. Not sure how I can answer that. I’m like the rest, loading, patient. Absolute confidence in Zach. I invested in a long-term hold, not a slot machine.
Patient and strong after several years here. I trust Zach. Can’t wait to see Soundstr on our corporate events!
Be strong everyone. Been awhile. I’m gigging a lot so I haven’t been here. Now that everything is dropping, producers are keeping me busy. Strong and not giving up!
Crow, loved your posts.
Agreed. Thank you.

Thoughts:
I’m not concerned. I believe Soundstr 2.0 is for a BIG reason. Just me. Just totally me on this.
Stay strong. Zach KNOWS what he is doing.
Meanwhile, Stageit is GENERATING revenues.
That’s great. Thank you. I’ll be signing up at some point soon. The good news, we have revenues generating from Stageit. The confidence in Soundstr is clear on Twitter from VNUE.
Do we have proof units are sitting on dock collecting dust???
“….So what is the value of the units collecting dust in the warehouse now that super duper 2.0 version is out?”
According to last PR, current customers are playing a role in the tech AND the upgrades came from this, I’m assuming.
Are they on the dock?
Over at Twitter, they (VNUE) seem to be answering/engaging with shareholders and supporters, actively.
I’m not on Twitter but if anyone is…can they address this question.
I’ll work on getting the app, at some point, and ask what I asked in my emails that no one responded to, from VNUE.
Appears they are very active in posts and RESPONSES to shareholders. Guess I have to sign up there now.
I’m not on Twitter. I’m curious about the interesting and vague response to a shareholder by VNUE on their Twitter feed if anyone wants to go look. Seems like the mysterious kinda stuff Zach would post prior to Stageit build up.
It’s Soundstr related. It was forwarded to me as a pic/conversation.
Please advise if you have Twitter/VNUE
Red, what can I say. I have NO CHOICE but to encourage and be encouraged. This is how I want to contribute to the others who are also positive about VNUE’s products.
My contribution here as an investor is to stay positive. Im not going to let the negs get to me.
I respect your views and opinions. You contribute just as much as I do. I don’t see you as negative as the “other” one, just super frustrated. I get it. I was conversing with you years ago on this board with crickets here.
I just have to keep believing Zach is putting this all together.
This industry has a problem, he’s in the industry, my wife is too, and is paid through this broken “record.” He has solutions and I’m patient.
I’m here to watch the SOLUTIONS come to fruition and support their announcements as they come.
This board is getting exciting.
A while back, I had a gut this would hit .0068 Came close today.
I know, based on the progress reports we are hearing, they are working hard on Soundstr.
DiscLive, SetFm and Stageit are full-on. Real products producing results in INDUSTRY.
I’m very excited to hear the next update from VNUE.
From the PR:
“..VNUE is working with an initial set of customers to train and refine the Soundstr MDM facilities, which include over 70 million fingerprint tracks, to support music use auditing, attribution across performing rights organizations, learning facilities for continuously improving ID results, and more…”
Looks to me that the original has been out there to test, refine and OR bring it to a more advanced level for these “customers.”
Maybe the customers are a little more higher level than a bar/restaurant.
Who knows.
Maybe a streaming service is ONE of those customers and requested a more advanced version.
We were told a streaming version was in development.
These are all questions I have but in the end, we are finally hearing on Soundstr.
This wasn’t a fluff PR. This is progress on the tech side of VNUE.
Stageit was JUST acquired. All those subscribers AND sales funneled through VNUE, belong to VNUE now.
Nothing happened last year, or the year before, during the pandemic, that could yield crop.
What do you do, you build relationships so they can partner with you and forge ahead INTO THEIR relationships.
They didn’t advance the tech for nothing.
This was an informative piece regarding SOUNDSTR because we haven’t heard anything as of late.
Hopefully there is something else to share on the other side of this encouraging news on Soundstr.
Typo: They’re.
Awesome news. Their busy, I’m patient. Refining the tech in Soundstr AND generating revenues in Stageit.
Thank you Zach!
I wondered the same and searched but couldn’t see anything.
I recall Zach saying a streaming version of Soundstr was in the works. This was sometime ago so it’s probably finished, if they pursued it.
If that’s the case, I’m not familiar with the tech behind Spotify but wonder, with Evan’s relationships there, (Stageit/Spotify partnership, per Spotify) if there could be a connection or use there.
Lots of questions and I’m sure an update soon.
Agreed. Stay strong.
I have no choice but to be positive. I have to live this way. I am frustrated too.
I’ve been here for a long time and invest for my family and college savings and more.
My role here is to encourage myself, Zach and anyone else, by contributing articles, questions and feedback, from e-mails I have submitted to VNUE - to which I am waiting for.
I’m simply contributing in the best way I know how.
Thank you Music Business Worldwide for your interview with VNUE about the Stageit acquisition.
It’s nice to see VNUE in the music industry news outlets.
I’m encouraged and patient as a shareholder in Zach’s vision with VNUE.
For record, I’ve been invested in this company for over 4 years and contribute positively to this board such as finding said articles by industry.
Looking forward to more exciting news to come in VNUE.
Typo: COUNTRIES
The acquisition just happens last month.
Now that VNUE and Stageit are just getting started together, notice this interesting comment, in the story at ‘Music Business Worldwide,’ regarding REVENUES Stageit has built…
“…In 2020, StageIt hosted 6,280 shows, paid out over $7m to artists and generated more than $9.2m in gross revenues, says the company.
In the same year, the company launched a venue program, and is now partnered with venues such as The Bluebird Cafe in Franklin TN, d.b.a. in New Orleans, LA, The Great American Music Hall in San Francisco, CA, and more.
The platform has over 58,000 performers and over 900,000 users from 135 countries.
I’m sorry what?!
“58,000 Performers AND 900,000 users from 135 COUNTRY!
Fantastic!
I found another nice quote from ‘Music Business Worldwide, regarding the increase of StageIt’s subscribers…
“….As live revenue-generating options dwindled during the Covid-19 pandemic, in that time “thousands” of artists have used StageIt’s services to monetize their livestreams, says VNUE.
This includes Grammy Award-winner Ramsey Lewis, American Idol’s David Archuleta, rock musician Joan Jett, Celtic Thunder, Devin Townsend and Rhett Miller….”
Awesome!
I love this quote from Music Business Worldwide story on the Stageit Acquisition:
“Music technology company VNUE, Inc. is acquiring online concert platform StageIt.
The deal will add over $9 million in revenue and “hundreds of thousands” of live music fans and complementary technology to VNUE’s portfolio, according to a statement from VNUE…”
Incredible.
I’m not worried. I’m sorry folks are losing faith.
After watching this again, posted in December 2020, one year ago, it’s clear Zach has been working very hard, even through the mess the pandemic unleashed on businesses globally.
During this time, Zach moved in on relationships in the industry and brought them into VNUE.
I’m patient and felt this was very informative, humble and honest.
Cheers.
Yes. My apologies for not bringing that up. Absolutely. Thank you.
When I made that comment, it was clear I was speaking of the relationships finally coming into VNUE not pps.
I believe these relationships, being new to VNUE, are bringing connections that Zach didn’t have , such as Spotify, through Evan and his previous company - Stageit.
Sure it tough watching this tank each day. I’m faithful that these relationships will bare fruit.
- But he cares about shareholder value.........
Seems he is caring less and less daily.
It’s a penny stock with impressive tech that SOLVES MAJOR issues in the music/royalties scene.
I’m not worried.
Sincere? Absolutely.
This silence is golden. THANK GOD FIRNA/SEC monitor the OTC so companies like VNUE can PASS THROUGH onto greener pastures.
Red days, green days.
Thank you Zach! We are all patient.
I did not post the question marks. Posted an image that defaulted.
SOUNDSTR is coming…
Silence will break into something wonderful.
Keep the faith on VNUE. ??
This is our week in VNUE. IF I’m wrong, I’ll keep believing.
Be strong everyone. We will have our day. Psalm 91
I’m hoping lower so I can too. That’s great. Hopefully some wonderful updates with Soundstr.
After testing .007’ I just have a gut. I will be doing the same very soon. I don’t want it to but anything can happen while we wait.
I believe we test .0063 before anything comes. Sorry.
Interesting you propose this. I emailed the “IR” gal and the CEO with no response. I agree.
I get their busy but we have been LOYAL investors for …years.
I love the contribution on this board from everyone, even if it’s frustrating.
This has been a good board to understand all sides. I appreciate it.
My gut says they are not only closing-out or have confirmed all the testing but are now meeting with brands, in the industry, for licensing or partnerships. I believe Soundstr is impressing people.
Hopefully. I believe in this product more than anything they have.
- “Do you have a reason why late summer as opposed to much earlier on the uplisting? Is it because you anticipate the merger to delay things quite a bit longer in terms of financial reporting, etc.?”
Just my gut. My gut says STAGEIT was the only big thing for them this year.
The tour date PR’s and RockHouse stuff are of little effect, at least to me AND the pps.
Soundstr is the key to move this IMHO.
Signing new artists and all that other stuff just doesn’t do anything to the pps. It’s proven.
So I believe we sit until late summer or longer, for potential uplist.
I look at ASCAP, BMI and the other two as modern day JUKE BOXES.
Back in the day, one or two companies owned the jukebox boxes and territories in those cities.
Today, we have the same thing going on.
Four BIG companies that have huge power and collecting millions from venues REQUIRED to pay for music licenses to PLAY their library of music.
Most of these venues never play these libraries of music. This is wasted money invested from that licensee.
My wife is a vocalist in the studio scene. Member of SAG/AFTRA and gets paid from the studio cuts.
If it airs, she receives royalties. She shared with me that in the late 90’s there were people who had to just sit and listen for commercials so the artist could be paid. This sounded so archaic.
Soundstr is going to solve a lot if they can get this going.
She may not be an original song writer but I see the SOLUTIONS for everyone in this industry.
All of these restaurants, venues, hotel lobbies - you name it, are required to pay a license fee and it’s for a LIBRARY of songs most never use.
These big FOUR are going to have a hard time NOT collecting these BLANKET fees from all their outlets paying them.
Long road. Thank you for highlighting this today. I’m heading to the small blue chips. I’ll wait patiently for VNUE, as I have for years.
Soundstr.
Then this will be in the .00’s for a long, long time.
I never made that connection but you are probably right. If that’s the case, the ProRights group (I now understand we aren’t associated) couldn’t pull off their angle they are producing out there, I would assume.
I REALLY hope Soundstr isn’t dependent on this. Long road ahead.
Time for tour date PR’s.
