You took my posting literally which is not how I intended it. Maybe I should have said you and others questioned my intelligence--is that better? I still believe that the best shot for the Hisc shareholders, in the near term, is for Evsy to be successful resulting in an increase in its pps and thereby impacting Hisc in a positive way due to its stock ownership in this co. It will all depend on what kind of deal they put into the shell--simple as that.
Maybe my investment in EVSY is not as stupid as you and some others have indicated that it was.
sad but true
I saw a tee shirt recently that said--" if you are lucky enough to live at the beach then you are lucky enough"--I am sure you can relate to that one.
My favorite--southern comfort manhattan--in key west
Knowledge is power.
It is a small price to pay if you are lucky enough to live on the beach!
It is my understanding that any changes in the share ownership of an officer, director, or control person [someone owning more than 5%] must be made available to the SEC.thru an appropriate filing. I mention this because these filings would certainly be construed as bullish by the general market and if that is how they are being paid then mention it! Also, once free-trading shares are purchased by "insiders" they immediately become restricted for a period of time. This, in itself, cannot be bad.
Is it your understanding that the BOD are being paid from shares that are being bought from the "market float"? If this is true, there should be co. filings to reflect such purchases. Don't you agree?
See I can be supportive
Thanks for your objectivity.
Great idea!!
Can you take 5 minutes out from attacking the messenger and give me your comments on the message?
Inaccurate statements are not necessarily lies--when a stock drops 90% there are always more questions than answers--since when is asking a question construed as an accusation?
wHY ARE PEOPLE THREATENED WHEN SOMEBODY ASKS A SIMPLE QUESTION? iT MAKES ME WONDER.
Pray tell what lie is that?
There you go again--talking about that "imaginary" naked R/S. Correct me if I am wrong, but were you told by that infamous "inside contact" of yours that EVSI has already implimented the R/S? Boy you sure are connected--no wonder you constantly make money--we should all be so lucky!
Judging from all the humor here, a person would think that the co.[hisc] and its stock was doing great.
Let's try this one more time---see post 41175 to learn. Your memory is slipping.
Wow --am I learning a lot tonight! I assumed a tiresome person would tired you out--I am real sorry if a jumped to an erroneous conclusion.
If you are tired then go to bed.
I don't want to put you on ignore because your "spin" facinates me. I know the game and that is precisely what bothers you. Why not put me on ignore?

Are you familiar at all with using OT when not referring to the topic? Your post 41502 contained no such notation.
Speaking of bullsh*t--Why don't you take you own advice and do some DD--if you had then you would know, since BPWW is a pink sheet stock, it is illegal to lend stock to allow a firm to "short" it. Do you really think one of the largest brokerage firms in the world would "bleep" around with this imaginery nonsense?
You need to reread your post 41502--then tell me [with a straight face] that you weren't referring to Hisc. I'll stop the BS when you stop misleading people--simple as that.
Anyone reading your post would assume you were talking about Hisc. Was it intentional?
No defense of Jersey is needed--I asked 4 questions--that's all--I will agree with your statement that something is definately going on here and it ain't good!
Are you saying: 1]BA called back shares they had "lent" these brokerage firms leaving them unable to "cover"?
2] With 1.5 billion shares out there --you're
comparing this to a co. whose stock is closely held?
3] A little "piss-ant" co. like Bad Apple could hold a co. like Nite Securities hostage?
4] Isn't the entire scenario that you "painted" totally illegal for any MM to lend stock for the purposes of shorting that ivolves a company that trades on the pink sheets?
I will await your response to the above 4 questions before I ask more.
You mean like the "tail wagging the dog"?
I believe they will [ it it hasn't already begun].
And the best part--Hisc. pays them $75,0000 per month!! They belong in jail.
Excellent information--it is a factual explanation for the decline in Hisc.'s stock price over the past several months.
I totally agree with you.
Another reason for my optimism--Mgt. has been touting a value of $.50 for months now. Do they really want to pay a dividend that bsically would be worthless to the receiving sharesholders at a time when there is already a significant amount of shareholder unrest? This would be a way to "wipe the slate clean" and focus on building Hisc. They know their credibility is "shot"--this would resore it immediately IMO.
Doing a R/S without a simultaneous deal being done. I don't believe for a minute that they are that stupid. Their $500,000 investment would be worth about $50,000--if history of the results of naked shorting has any value.
There you go again jumping to conclusions.
Yes-I have continued to buy the stock while many here believe me to be "nuts" for doing so. Actually everyone seems to have made the assumption that a R/S [if it even happens] would be a naked one and therefore the result would be disasterous for the stock price! I have interpreted this situation entirely differently than everyone else. My belief is that Hisc.'s financial future [certainly near term] will be impacted more by its holdings in EVSI than from sales. Frank and the "boys" MUST make it work. The R/S shareholder approval IMO was to "set the stage" for a deal that would/could include a reverse. Would it not be ironic if the continuing mention of a $.50 stock dividend actually took place BEFORE a R/S!!! That would be the best of all worlds for Hisc shareholders. It can happen if they do the "right" deal. Thank you for your "seagull" wish since that event is construed to be a sign of good luck!
Hisc could use some of that "stupidity"--right?
