I LOVE GREEN ON FRIDAY!
I LOVE GREEN ON FRIDAY!
Friday flippers? Watching today's volume & pps is going to speak volumes about strength I believe. Still doing DD here but willing to accumulate on momentum!!!
Glad I decided to buy more this morning. Will be watching closely the next few weeks.
I was thinking the same thing.
Got to admit...despite my questions & concerns, today's volume & pps looks solid so I added more shares. Is it possible this level is the new floor? Kinda looks like it to me!!! Hope the news keeps coming on a regular basis (in a respectable manner from a respectable outlet).
I understand what you are saying, but RSII is not a "big pharma" company and we are talking about state regulated marijuana laws here too. I do have some answers to some questions for sure, thank you LCLiving for your responses and time spent conversing with me. It will certainly be interesting to see what they do next and how they do it.
You keep saying that. OK. So PAOG is just writing prescriptions then. Understood. So obviously potential RSII sales revenue is entirely contingent on how many dispensaries in the Ohio program will actually stock "Cannophen" for sale. Which is a pill that RSII will not/can not manufacture in Ohio. So they must also rely on another entity to produce the product. The entire revenue stream from Cannophen is based on third parties manufacturing/dispensing. Does that sound correct?
So PAOG are just landlords then? How does that explain them giving away free samples in PAOG facilities?
Of course I understand that, still dispensary applications are not guaranteed, there is only a finite number of licenses granted. Fingers crossed PAOG gets a dispensary license.
Neither of those links states any specifics about compliance with Ohio laws. Thanks anyway.
Sounds good Yo-Yo, keep us in the loop. I have received no responses from IR so answers would be appreciated before I buy more!
NO, but their PR stated their products will be available at their sister compnay PAOG's facilities (Alternative Medicine Centers of America) in Ohio. It is unclear if PAOG has applied for a license to distribute in Ohio.
Ohio MMJ laws.............pay close attention to:
3796:6-3-01
SECTION (B) "Only a dispensary with an active certificate of operation from the state board of pharmacy may authorize and engage in medical marijuana dispensary operations."
SECTION (E) "No person at a dispensary shall provide free medical marijuana samples or engage in compounding as defined under rule 4729-16-01 of the Administrative Code."
link: http://codes.ohio.gov/oac/3796%3A6-3
A certified doctor CAN PRESCRIBE/RECOMMEND medical marijuana in Ohio but it MUST BE OBTAINED FROM A DISPENSARY.
To suggest that any doctor can operate outside these laws simply because they are a licensed "MMJ doctor" is irresponsible and misleading to potential shareholders.
OK fine you have covered the doctors, but Ohio law is pretty specific about the facility dispensing the Cannophen pills or any medication containing THC/CBD will have to be properly licensed as a dispensary. Did you honestly think any doctor in Ohio could just give away medicines with THC/CBD ingredients? That's not how it works here.
Their "sister" company PAOG will DEFINITELY need an Ohio license, the recent PR clearly states they are going to give away FREE SAMPLES of Cannophen!!!! Wouldn't make much business sense to risk your company by distributing free THC/CBD pills without a dispensing license. FINGERS CROSSED THEIR APPLICATION GETS APPROVED time will tell all.
Good reading on FDA's OVER THE COUNTER guidelines, laws, and regulations. Any info if RSII over the counter products have applied to market without FDA approval?

Some nice conflicting answers. I'm willing to keep sorting through this info & seek answers, open to discussion. I'll buy more if it makes sense!
Yes I'm new. Not here to bash, came here to discuss pros & cons of the stock. Purchased 100K shares because hey at these prices why not speculate for a few bucks. But what I'm seeing on these boards vs. PR is a lot of contradicting info. So is this a place to seek answers & reasonable explanations or not? Is this a place where investors seeking info get brushed aside as inexperienced or stupid? I would think this board would appreciate new investors coming aboard. Or is this just a "cheerleader" board where people just post affirmations of "go RSII" "great things to come" every day? What's wrong with asking real questions? IR won't respond or answer them so I sought answers from the informed folks here.
OK LCLiving then tell me what EXACTLY why would RSII/PAOG make claims about being "in line for" a license in the state of Ohio, and why would you then state they don't need one? There is a LOT of conflicting information floated on this board. Just seeking answers to inform my investment level.
LMAO an R&D lab that doesn't TEST any of their products is what you are telling me? Even if they are an "R&D lab" you will need an Ohio State Medical Marijuana Program license to do ANYTHING containing THC/CBD in the state of Ohio, which is the state in question in most of RSII's recent PR. SOUNDS LIKE TALKING IN CIRCLES
I was under the impression someone on this board found a dispensary application for PAOG? If not, that is a huge red flag.
PAOG (sister company) is going to be the one to distribute RSII Cannophen pills in Ohio according to all sources, so PAOG will need to have a DISPENSARY LICENSE.
KEEP IN MIND the free Cannophen trial giveaway would have to be 100% contingent on PAOG facilities receiving a dispensary license in Ohio, otherwise they would be dispensing THC/CBD compounds illegally. We shall see what happens when the DISPENSARY LICENSE RECIPIENTS are announced. Still interesting news!
Wait so RSII is a compounding pharmacy and NOT going to be a DISPENSARY in Ohio? It was previously stated on this message board that an address for a PAOG clinic may have matched up on the Ohio dispensary application list, but if you look there is no indication of any name or address of anyone associated with RSII/PAOG on the processor, testing, or grower applicant list. Can one of the tenured investors here please explain? Thank you in advance
THANK YOU to those who have provided some info in regards to some of my questions. It will be very easy to see where this is really going (or not) since Ohio's mmj program goes live in September 2018. Just a few months away so I'll be watching carefully waiting for updates and deciding on an entry point or not. Thank you again
What does Golden Buckeye Wellness have to do with RSII/PAOG's Alternative Medicine Centers?
Still can't find anywhere in pr or in company profile where it states what type of MMj license in Ohio they applied for, or what the name of the company or person is that applied for a license. Emailed IR weeks ago but no response. ANY HELP PLEASE? Would love to join the ranks RSII
Looking to get on board here in the 8's. I posted earlier but no one replied so here is my question again.
I contacted RSII a few weeks ago directly with a few questions but no response. Can someone on this board with info help before I pull the trigger on this one? Question = What type of medical marijuana license did the company(s) apply for in Ohio & what is the name of the company / agency or person's name who applied for that license? Looking to match it to the Ohio MMJ website database. Thank you & I look forward to getting more DD info on RSII for the future!
Hello new to ihub & RSII. I bought AXIM & IMLFF at similar price points in the past so I am prospecting RSII/PAOG. I contacted RSII a few weeks ago directly with a few questions but no response. Can someone on this board with info help before I pull the trigger on this one?
