If you recall January 15, 2015 Mr Pane was removed from company when he discovered fraud took place and within 24 hours he was silenced. He went on to win that battle.

In the past few months Mr Pane again, by the same cast of characters discovered fraud.

And again has been temporarily silenced.

But this time Mr Pane already requested a meeting with authorities.

And will be taking thus meeting Monday to expose a new scheme allegedly to defraud investors in both USPR and Marigold.

As an FYI, this new lawsuit isn’t from just a shareholder, it’s USPR’s current PR employee. Brought in by Mr Pane during settlement talks.

Mr Pane will show this week in his response to the lawsuit that he requested to Marigold\USPR that the PR person step down, as the PR person himself is under a FBI investigation for pharmaceutical fraud sales.

The PR person, called Mr Pane multiple times asking for a refund on an investment he asked for because “he was out of money” and needed to pay his attorneys. The PR Person acted very nervous in relating to Mr Pane that his associates had either plead and are awaiting sentencing or were about to be indicted. He also said he made “millions” in his deals in this investigation and was extremely nervous and insisted a legitimate investment he requested be broken up.

Mr Pane will be countersuing the company and the PR person this week, Mr Pane’s counsel after clearly reviewing text messages, emails, legally obtained recordings and other evidence has advised Mr Pane to report to the SEC which besides the meeting he requested for monday with authorities has agreed to do.

Tell me if a guilty person goes to authorities, he’s also ordering a court ordered forensic audit to prove other claims against him our false.

In his exhibits to the lawsuits, he will also provide proof that the CEO was brought in to this company and is being puppeteers by a known person having 4 SEC violations over the years and a LIFETIME ban to associate with any public companies, a former or current roommate of the ceo.

Lastly the last reported business affiliation of the current CEO is a cannibus shirt business, absolutely 0 experience in mining industry.
