All these sellers can't be wrong...I'm guessing financials will not be good coupled with dilution. SCREWED!!!

I still can't believe we've had no PR from management...down .60 today. I'm really starting to wonder if the 10k is going to be good. The downward action today leads me to believe it's not that great...$80M in revenue is only good if it didn't cost you $120M to make it. If we get dilution again we'll be right back where we were yesterday pre split.

IMO, yesterdays 8K made ECIG a very long term play...18 to 36 months, not 6 to 9 months. I'm definitely not looking for the market to view this 8k as a positive today.

Those penny stock traders you say they don't care about absorbed 230 million of their shares when they needed it, we gave them a R/S to survive default, we've heard hardly anything of substance from management...they file late which allows MM's and shorts to take the pps down...I think we're owed a little something in the way of a PR...the lower the pps the higher the R/S. IMO

Wrong...we would have been there if management would give shareholders some guidance. Management had to know this would happen if they filed NT. 10k could come out anytime but they have until the 15th of next month...my guess would be 15th.

I agree. Well stated. Lack of transperacy can also lead to the belief they have something to hide...not good.

There's a pending vote tomorrow for an R/S that if you listen to PK they must have to continue operations...I don't believe this is true but I do think they need the R/S. So why not put out detailed information to induce a YES vote to the R/S??

Not exactly the PR I was hoping for...IMO this will likely retract back to .05 and sit there until we receive more informative news from ECIG.

Based on the way its been trading the last 2.5 days, no communication and the moves ECIG management is making...My only guess is ECIG is absolutely dead broke!

IMO we will be back in the .03..04 range by Tuesday. Sure the pps should be much higher...much, much higher but it's not...why is this??? Something is seriously wrong here and management seems to be hiding...Definitely not changing my NO vote for both proposals...if they go bankrupt then so be it...sell the company, PLEASE ECIG.

They deflated the price because of continued stupidity by management...not cause they wanted too.
