POP? Define POP? LVVV would have to literally rocket blast up (not sideways)to reach just one penny. I don't see anything in the hopper or pipeline that would ignite that kind of propulsion.
LVVV at this point is nothing more than a tax write off. The markets are making really good moves and making folks a lot of money, if on the right side of the trade. time to move on from this dumpster fire.
Big If, the chances of LVVV going over a penny at this point is like a 99 yard field goal.
That's good to hear, hope it happens soon, these companies actually hurt legitimate startups.
Bill and those like him are why the OTC market needs to be cleaned up. The OTC is full of shysters playing all the loose angles to fleece folks. IMO, if a company cannot start out meeting the minimum of OTCQB bookkeeping and reporting requirements, then they should not be listed.
I for one, am sure, bill forced the stock price down to stay away from up listing. Up listing would have exposed his scam.
LVVV is a tax right off and nothing more at this time.
Disagree,
We are the losers, Bill most likely is a millionaire and carved out a very nice retirement ranch. All on other peoples Money. He probably knows the OTC system so well, he stays just on the legal side as not to put himself in legal jeopardy. Ethically, well what can I say, there is no ethics in California.
Dilute, reverse split, Dilute again, New ticker LVVVD
Yup its coming and when it does, there will still be folks here chanting how great that is etc etc etc.
I agree, I got in when LVVV look poised to become a series player. Then the Ranch and it started to remind me of the foolishness of AGTK. IMO, put the fork in LVVV is done. Luckily I sold a bunch last year for tax purposes to offset other gains. I am doing the same with the rest this year. I will be out of the POT sector until I see something of interests. Right now, major stocks are moving like a roller coaster and that presents the best place to make money quick, if on the right side of the bet.
Good Luck
Doc, its been a year since the purchase of the Ranch. Time for a balloon payment possibly.
There is one good thing about LVVV, it will make a great sell tax lose to offset all the gains I'm making in the market this year. I sold some last year and the offset helped. I have sold some this year, but have much more to unload. Any takers?
You do remember when this traded at a nickle +
It is such a wonderful report that the share price skyrocketed LOL
Dude that's gross profit, before operating expenses etc. LVVV bled hard in 2019.
Angle investors? LOL, more like lean holders. They probably, through alternative financing loaned LVVV and our boy Bill the money to purchase the ranch. Therefore if LVVV misses payments, they will simply foreclose on us. Seeing how we have no in depth financial disclosures on the ranch we will probably never know the true relationship. This could explain why Bill avoided up listing, as that would have exposed all of this ranch horse sheit. ie he tanked the stock intentionally.
crickets
I'm thinking a reverse split is just around the corner. That's when the Bull**^% hits the fan
That's a real possibility from this point. It will take something special to pull LVVV out of the muck of bottom feeders.
Bill Missed a real opportunity for Us, but probably did very well for himself.
It appears most have abandoned LVVV and this board. Now we will see the reverse split soon. Then fade into valueless territory. The buyers at this level have no interest in long term. They will be looking for a bounce to dump. Classic pump and dump.
LVVV Q4 report?
The sad part is LVVV was gaining momentum until the horse ranch. It was all downhill after that. Im not saying the ranch was or was not a good idea. But Bill seems to get distracted and left the rest of the biz unattended. Probably why cliff bailed out.
Bill needs to give us a clean look at all the licenses status.
Bill needs to show us all the business relationships and how they all connect.
Bill needs to show us how each part of the business is going to be profitable and how long to get there.
It appears the truth and reality of LVVV has finally sunk in with the pumper cheerleader crowd. this board is near dead with activity as is LVVV. Bill and his friends are the only winners in this dumpster fire. Hope he enjoys his retirement horse ranch that we paid for on our nickle.
or so he says, It would not surprise if he ends up in the same jam.
With all the sound of silence, makes me wonder if many of the hardcore supports have seen enough. Sold and moved on.
LVVV doesn't qualify for an uplist, Bill squandered the opportunity last summer, remember?
Q4 reporting will be a real hoot. From my POV I am anticipating another real disappointing results, sending the PPS to the .003 area.
Yes, possible, however, once the 4Q comes out, watch out below.
Yup, and because we have no visibility on the ranch financial dealings, I would suggest, Bill has carved a nice retirement ranch for himself.
Dead Cat Bounce
If Q4 isnt significantly higher than Q3, put the fork in its done.
I don't think it really matters anymore. LVVV has entered the flipper zone. I see the PPS moving above a penny and then being hammered with sell orders. After dropping back to the .005 range then another run above a penny and again being hammered with sell orders. This cycle will continue until the PPS is exhausted and fades into .0009 land or some super great news (revenue) that causes the flippers to pause and new buyers to arrive.
The path that LVVV is on is starting to look more and more like RBII. Same patterns emerging. I made out well with the later, flipping. IMO LVVV is entering the flipper zone. Get ready for the roller coaster ride.
That was Q2 last year, unfortunately Q3 was significantly less revenue. What happened?
Coachella was the only real revenue maker we had.
The rest is pie in the sky until it can be proven to produce revenue.
No one made that claim, I only question the details because there are none.
DD is looking under the hood, and Bill made that promise when he stated uplist would happen last June.
Do you know the terms and stipulations of the deal for the ranch? If you do could you please share with us?
Real estate on the commercial side is much different than buying a house.
Yes and it was PR such as you provided that caught investors interest. Unfortunately Bill went of the track with a horse farm 5 months later.
California Regulatory was the number one risk on my board. Followed by CEO reputation.
On the pro side, the Licenses and the Q2 2019 revs looked promising along with the promise to uplist. Of course that went to hell when Q3 was so disappointing and the risky CEO lied and deceived the shareholders on uplisting the company.
Land holds value, but we have no details on the purchase. Meaning we could be upside down on that property depending on the details. The key word is details. Until a detailed audited financial report is shared with the share holders, he can keep us in the dark to his personal dealings regarding the business and ranch. We as shareholders should expect an annual report for 2019, full of details details and more details.
Q3 revs were less than Q2 Why? Also I did not say a million a month, I stated a Quarter. If Q4 is less than Q2 and watch out if less than Q3, LVVV will completely fall of the cliff.
The Biggest issue for some of us, is not having full financial disclosure which we were promised with an up list last summer.
