ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/06/08 -- Ise Blu Equity Corp. (PINKSHEETS: ISBL) issues mid quarter report.

As Ise Blu Equity Corp. continues with its aggressive growth plan the company, in keeping with its OPEN DOOR policy, has issued the following report to its shareholders:

The company has received many questions about the recent sale of LGN Entertainment and future of the company.

The new company, Banx and Green Group Inc. (BGGR), will launch a new company website which is expected in about 3 weeks. The website will include a news page that will include all company press releases, a blog page where the company will post updates and a financial page where the company financials will be posted as well as information on the company and contact information.

The dividend being offered to the shareholders will take effect on February 18, 2008 and is expected to open at $1.80 x $2.00 on the effectiveness of the BGGR registration statement with ISBL shareholders retaining all of their current ISBL shares.

BGGR is perusing $20 million of additional acquisitions to increase and support their expected valuation.

"One could say that this is a belated Holiday gift from the management of ISBL. Funding for companies trading on the Pink Sheets is difficult, so in staying with our business model ISBL is developing and selling its subsidiaries, to bring value to their shareholders while seeking additional growth opportunities for ISBL," states Steve Lane, President of ISBL. The company will continue building its core and is still seeking other acquisitions. ISBL - why this dividend is great:

"Ise Blu Equity Corp. announced today the sale of its LGN Entertainment, Inc. subsidiary to Banx and Green, Inc. (BGGR)"

This means a portion of ISBL's value has been transferred to BGGR. Many companies would just take the cash from the deal to fund other operations (or pay off debt), but Ise Blu is giving shareholders a piece of the deal instead.

Pinksheet stock values almost never match the value of company assets and liabilities. With the sale of LGN, we're granted some transparency in the company's value, PLUS, the piece of the company that was sold will now be traded on a market that is more reputable. There is less speculation/risk investing in OTCBB companies than Pinksheets, so with that comes higher value.

With there being obvious positives to this deal, ISBL's stock price should move up in anticipation of the dividend.

Anything sub penny is a joke right now.

Q/A answers will be up a week from today. We should get a huge buying push once the dividend info is given further explanation. though, we should already be in penny land by then

we have never known even close to the full story, unfortunately. there's not going to be any news any time soon, so who in the penny community would buy into this? I hope I'm wrong and can get at least .002 on Monday

you're right. saying "hype" was a bit of an overreaction. I've just been frustrated with management for too long.

you guys are setting yourselves up for disappointment...again. don't expect the company to hold to its word when it hasn't so many times. what do you think will happen when news doesn't come out after all this hype? I'm averaged above these levels, so I really don't want to see our .002 support dumped on again

best to leave any possible PR as a surprise and not hype it. bid is thinning at .0019 and if there is no PR tomorrow, more disappointment might crack our support
