I just stopped to say hi and HA!
0.08 and keeps sinking! Elite like the majestic Titanic :)
Good luck everyone!
Hi Nas,
We have been through this before, but here we go again:
FDA validated the entire ER ADF line of opioids
the FDA made no comment about Elite’s technology
Hi Nas,
But they are done in two different studies.
HAL studies have nothing to do with bioavailability.
Human abuse potential studies are often required as part of the abuse liability assessment, and the study design is influenced by a number of factors including the pharmacokinetics (PK), solubility, unit dose size, and potential routes of administration of the drug
The first HAL study validated Elites entire line of 2 bead ADFs even ERs.
Hi,
I thought you might find this helpful as well

Hi Nas,
Thank you for your reply!

I don't rely on internet boards either. I do my own DD, and I'm glad to share what I learn and know in order to correct blatant misinformation, such as I'm doing here today.
Thanks for your reply!
Wow, no wonder some folks rely on market analysts to tell them what to do. This is basic stuff. When taken orally and whole, the naltrexone remains sequestered in the antagonist bead. So yes, again, the oral absorption of the reformulated agonist bead has nothing to do with the unchanged antagonist bead, which is only released when the capsule is tampered with and crushed.
Welcome to the OTC. If you're waiting for a market analyst to tell you what to do, you'll be waiting a long time. Not to mention how awful most market analysts are, or how ridden with conflicts of interest they are. I do my own DD, but to each his own. Good luck.
Thanks for your reply!
Bioavailability and pharmacodynamics will be assessed with the pivotal BE study, not a HAL study, and yes, that is a good to know.
Thanks for your reply!
LOL. He shows his work. The math is right there in the post. Are you asking for the source of math? I'm pretty sure the Egyptians invented numbers, but it was the Greeks who were first to do complex calculations. Good luck.
Thanks for your reply!
The reformulation of the SequestOx AGONIST bead has nothing to do with the nasal abuse HAL study, which measures the effect of the ANTAGONIST bead
The HAL study has not been redone and will not need to be redone
Hi Nas,
Sorry your reply is unrelated to my question so
Regarding the HAL graph study you posted
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=139329422
can you please tell us if this study was done with the re-formulated SeqOx?
Or When was this study done?
Thanks :)
Hi Nas,
Can you post the source of this analysis so we can verify its authenticity and veracity to know where those numbers come from.
I'm sure this is not made up and you can send us the source
Thanks ;)
Hi Nas,
I remember you saying before in a post that this box was already checked by FDA
Last of a 1000 boxes for SequestOx checked off the list by the FDA.
1000.) FedTmax. |X|
Hi Nas,
is the HAL graph recent with the re-formulated SeqOx?
When was this study done?
Thanks :)
So... still don't know why you keep quoting that?? completely unrelated to this...I'm guessing you liked that expression ;)
This graph explains how fantastic the fedTmax results were.
Im amazed at the unique IR ADFs results ie. working in as little as 30 mins
“Probably one”... in the next couple of weeks... I agree
Probably one
Reaching for anything to be hopeful.
Looks like 2022 will be ELTP's year!
Mainly in part because I've been hearing the same BS for 6 years, with little to no return. I guess hope starts to fade after years of disappointment. The leadership in ELTP leaves me with little faith that they can actually deliver. What will it take for me, another 6 years? 10, 15? At that rate the PPS better be in the 100s because for that time I could have this money playing elsewhere. I'd hate myself for selling at such a loss right now so I guess I'll just keep that little grain of hope alive for now.
Why did a Chinese co. controlling 69% of the Chinese opioid market wine and dine Nasrat??
Nasrat issued a $1 million dollar unsecured loan for Elite a few year back. Does this sound like a self dealing CEO? Can you give me the name of any other CEO who has done this?

May I know why you are quoting my previous post that is completely unrelated to your wish list... I mean Elite's amazing pipeline :)
these pathways to dollarland are amazing! I think with these, Elite can surpass Pfizer, Roche, J&J put together! it's almost... unreal! :)
NH has put up to much of his time, effort and most of all his $$$$ to defeat BP
When the FDA is protecting BP and its assets
Don't kid yourself. You know there has been at least a few low-ball offers since Nasrat took over. Taking those offers would be settling for mediocrity though.
It is not about Nasrat wanting to sell or not (I'm sure he does), but about someone wanting to buy Elite, which at the moment I don't see any company being interested :)
Which is why no2koolaid said 18 months not 12 months.
Nasrat could have sold at the .30 price range when sp was in the .30's a while back. Why would he sell at .10 or below knowing what ELITE is all about to offer?
Yeah and the old narrative thats been here for so long does not answer it with dignity or honesty........ smile lm buying all l can because the dignity and honesty is gonna blow you away.........
Under current conditions...unless an approval is given on their ADF tech, ER or IR.
I hope they buy out isn’t too much below .10 cents a share.
hmmmm my post and comments had nothing to do with that post that you are quoting...??
but I guess if it helps you to take my comments out of context then go for it! ;)
Elite requested a Type A and may have already met with them.
"A pilot study that documents BE can be appropriate, provided its design and execution are suitable and a sufficient number of subjects (e.g., 12) have completed the study"
Not correct investinin
the pilot study is fair game here and Elite is in discussions with the FDA about its use as a separate study. Whether the FDA will relieve Elite of doing another study...... we just have to see.
Just what are the required trials for the reformulation? Curious
Nas,
I'm afraid this is not true since Elite has not submitted to FDA or even run the required trials on the re-formulation.
It just ran a pilot study... so far that's all.
Let's keep it real and factual ;)
Also there are no 1000 boxes and that is not the approval process, FDA does not check boxes ;)
And they haven't been invited to any of the other big conferences LOL
Because all these conferences are for serious players in the AD field ;)
http://www.globaleventslist.elsevier.com/events/2017/11/4th-human-abuse-liability-abuse-deterrent-formulations-exl/
http://exlevents.com/human-abuse-liability-abuse-deterrent-formulations/sponsors/
And they weren't even invited to contribute to the recommendations to FDA on the guidelines for generics and branded products... sad! LOL
https://www.fda.gov/downloads/Drugs/NewsEvents/UCM527941.pdf
I hope he's a bit greedy himself.
Other companies couldn't care less about Nasrat's so called "conflicts of interest". All they care about is can they make money.
"the only partnerships Elite has are with two small companies" is bc Nasrat refuses to accept low ball offers. Big Pharma is greedy.
Quote: And that is because the perception of Elite's CEO among other pharma companies is not good,
Prove it
for those who will ask for links, this sort of talks and negotiations are not debated on internet forums so don't even bother, instead, invest on proper research by analysts to check this info ;)
So if Elite has this problem “ new technologies are emerging” Then I said someone should alert Collegium, Purdue,Pfizer,Teva and Egalet. They are all working on a better mouse trap.
Well, I'll keep it friendly then :)
You should alert all the other Big Pharma’s in this market that they are wasting their time to fight this opioid crisis because you said so...
Don't worry, we all believe you :)
Approvals are coming
so you are saying Elite product is great, but the perception is the CEO is the problem, deals with Elite will happen with big pharma if the CEO is replaced. Is that what you are saying??
