Bizz don't forget about SEVU's Marine Cameras
they are getting alot of attention from MAJOR RETAILERS.
Paul
Do you thin selling Secureviews at Costco across the US is a good thing for SEVU?
Shamus
Are you still waiting for the CA to be settled?
Paul
Great spelling
Now that the CA is agree by both parties it has to be approved in the courts which usually takes 60 days.
And yes they are shipping to majoe retailers.
Boca
NG must be an A@P follower..............................
If Paula would spend less time on her keyboard maybe she could read the facts:
"The Company currently has a written commitment for working
capital financing in the form of an executed term sheet, funding for which is
pending at the time of this filing. Management believes, because of the
proprietary nature of its technology and the merits of its proposed business
plan, the Company will be able to obtain the long-term financing needed to fund
operations through fiscal year 2003. Management also believes that with its
products positioned for mass-retail markets and large-scale commercial
applications, the Company could generate a positive cash flow from operations,
once customer orders materialize from these newly-entered markets. Lastly,
management believes that the quality and integrity of the aforementioned
purchase orders would be such that factoring would become available as an
additional source of working capital financing."
Boca
Your assumptions seem very real. In the 10Q they stated they had or were obtaining financing from an outside source and I believe that it will be a done deal any day.
It's not too hard to figure out, especially when they are already shipping product to two MAJOR RETAILERS.
When we see the official PR on the the two retailers and details of the financing this is going to be very exciting watching SEVU grow.
Shamus is the Class Action settled
On May 17, 2002, the Company
reached an agreement in principle, in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding,
to settle the action. In the settlement, the Company would tender 6,000,000
shares of its free trading common stock to the class participants. In addition,
the Company would pay, up to a maximum of $125,000, for costs incurred by the
plaintiffs in the litigation, plus the costs of settlement notice and
administration. In the aforementioned Memorandum of Understanding, the Company
and the plaintiffs' counsel have agreed to prepare and execute a definitive
Stipulation of Settlement and jointly seek preliminary and final Court approval.
The Settlement is conditional upon receiving final judicial approval of the
Stipulation.
Shamus the Class Action as you stated here
is not alive and well as a matter of fact it has been settled.
The Class Action is over Sham

Those who need spoon-feeding will surely choke on bigbizz' pablum. The proposed class action lawsuit is alive and well as of this moment. Two of Rich McBride's heirs have been named as defendants in the suit.

Insiders "bought" SEVU stock for two reasons: a) to provide enough cash to prevent (or at least delay) the company from going belly up, and; b) they were forced to accept stock in lieu of salary due to the cash crunch. In other words, now as always, stock is SeaView's primary currency. Is there some reason why you seem to be among the last to recognize that fact?
What are you talking about. You said "they (Insiders- George, Mike and Doug) were forced to accept stock as salary. That is a blatant lie. They purchased stock with their own money $$$$ Mr. Idon'tknowitall.
Gotinearly just caught you on another lie.
Why do you continue to bash SEVU and make up stories, why?
I vote to remove Shamus as Chairman his lies are too overwhekming to have an unbiased forum.
Shamus
As the board general here why do you continue to post mistruths on SEVU.
You are totally incorrect with your insinuations. George, Mike A and Doug B all put their own hard earned money from previous careers into SEVU to become majority shareholders by buying stock in a PP and on the open market. They did this because of SEVU's capability to be a very, very successful and profitable company in the very near future (meaning any day). They could of obtained money from other sources that would of diluted the company, but they avoided that buy putting up their own money because they know what's about to happen.
Shamus
What is your interest in SEVU?
TA
Are you selling shares?
Dan
I would think so.
Paulina
You lose.

If it wasn't for Allthat giving us some hope from her keyboard every now and then, we would truly be in darkness. Here is what she said in October last year. As we know, SEVU managed to obtain negative revenue for the 4th Q 2001.
Pauk
I've been trying to tell you this. This is ging to get hot real quick. If the class action is announced that it has been settled and future financing is available we could see some huge upside.
The price was dropped
because of lowered costs to produce the units. Stop trying to twist what people are stating.
Moron
Actually they had to get the retail price down to $150 - $200 before the Mass Merchants would put it on their shelves.
Looks like they got the price down.
Big Big week next week.
MCBRIDE did not sell any shares of his SEVU holdings
before his death.
FACT
Bocaman
I would think in the next 30 days.
Bizz is 100% correct Shamus is wrong
There is no court date set for a new hearing and the case is 99% settled with no big losses I'm sure.................
Sven
Don't be fooled by the silence. Remember George had to clean up an unbelievable mess that was left to him by the previous management team. I believe he is putting SEVU in a very good position to succeed.
Ayone who doesn't think Lowe's, HD, Walmart etc............ are wanting SEVU's product are crazy.
We will see the Marine products and Secureview in Mass Retailers very soon.
A couple of things must happen for SEVU to make it.
Once the class action suit is settled, SEVU will be able to get the necessary funding they will need to move forward into the big retailers and parking lot security. They will then have to deliver on the product and I believe George and Co. will get it done.
SEVU is about to put itself into a position where they will be able to succeed with their business plan very soon.
Not much Chumpus
You are a laugher...............
Boca's comments
Are almost identical to what I have heard. The implementation into the Mass Merchants is a huge step. They are also receiving a pretty steady order flow from the Costco website, and once it hits the shelves the sales will be tremendous.
I believe the SEC investigation will be history by June and the Class Action Lawsuit is a complete laugher that is going nowhere. Hold on tight because it's about to get real fun around here again.
Gotin
And that is just the beginning. We are about to see the real news.
Ha Ha
LAUGHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bizz
We all know FG's motives and we know that he has a very large amount of SEVU.
Paul
You will soon find out why people are buying. Use your imagination. That is if you have one.
Paul

I'll take #5.
Shamus,
Great humor. What is the reason you post so much on SEVU here and on RB? Do you live in St. Pete or have history with McBride or the company?
Shamus
Are you long SEVU? If you are long, at what price?
There will not be a lawsuit
Dan
You can bet Frank has already changed his opinion.
Welcome home Frank.
cabos
there is a big difference between a proposed sale and a sale. Get your story straight you're starting to sound like Frank.
Cabos
You couldn't be more wrong.
When the next PR hits this stock could easily see $5. There is so much good news to come.
There
was some serious buying today.
My condolences to McBrides's Family
I truly believe Rich was a good man. All the lies by the likes of F&G and others is very disgusting.
Frank it's time to move on.
Gotin
You're right on the money about Frank, he is so clueless and grabbing at straws.
He has perfected cut and pasting, he surely is entertaining. LOL
