It appears to me that whomever 'vfin' is, just happens to be killing this stock. They have been sitting on the ask for as long as I have been watching level 2. I was considering picking up more today, but will not even bother untill they are gone. Bid's dropped to .11, how long untill vfin drops the ask as well?
I didn't really think this report was that bad, and even had soem positive points. The dilution that everyone has been talking about is definately real, but I dont' think that it warrants this stock being at .12 in the midst of storm season.
I am still postive on the stock, and if vfin ever leaves, may even add more. Best of luck to everyone on their trading.
Beginners.
Hello everyone,
Well, remember when I said that we would see .14? I still feel as though my estimates are more or less correct. I expect a good start to next week, there is too much forming to not see a solid jump to around the .18-.20 range. I am adding to my positions in all of the hurricane stocks on monday, and then waiting to see what develops.
The long and short is that we are going to see some sort of storm hit land. There will be an icrease in pps when that happens. My personal timeframe is 3 weeks, at which point I will cut losses, (or profits) and run. .14 is obviously a very, very strong base for the actual season, and CANNOT see it dropping below that untill september (as stated before). In my opinion, as a fairly strong beleiver in the charts, I see this moving come monday. Possibly even gapping up.
Once again, legitamite thoughts and opinions are welcome. Please dont' reply with brilliant observations of, "NO way it will to X pps again!", or anything else equally uninformed.

This stock is really prime to pop. Huge pps increase on equally huge volume day, now weak hands have sold out over the last few days on small volume. Strong hands have the shares, weak hands are out. What happens now?
1) no canes forming - weak hands continue to sell, with stronger ones taking them up from .14-.17. I can't see this dropping below .14 untill september even with no canes. Pure speculation play for most.
2) A CANE FORMS - weak hands buy back. Small float, strong hands holding their shares for larger profits drives pps to; cat 1 storm .23, cat 2 storm - .25, cat 3 storm - .29, cat 4..........you get the idea.
If nothing has formed by sept 1 then all hell breaks loose back to single digits. :)
These aren't my opinions, these are my interpretations. I welcome feedback and critisism.
Volume is the key to the castle.
I totally agree with you trend....
I really want to believe that this is legitamite, but I have seen nothing in the last 2 years to warrant that opinion. As I'm sure you are all in the same boat as me (loaded with nearly worhtless stock) let's just hope for the best, and watch carefully.
A new website launch could substantially increase exposure for both the stock pps in the short term and the product for the longer term.
I am waiting and watching very closely............
I will be checking this board often.

I remember that they have some type of office in winnipeg, manitoba, canada. On muir road if I do remember correctly. I think they had an employee up here for awhile. I remember it because I was living there for awhile, but never made it down to address they had posted.
Okay, yeah, i just checked the webite and they have a customer service department located in winnipeg. Not sure why that is for an american company, but not too far out of the ordinary.
I am going to e-mail chris calpito today and see if I can't dig up some type of information about anything. My hurricane plays are slow, so I have some time to kill. I will report back anything that I find out.

someone buy my shares!!!!!!!!
I'll have them up all day for the low, low, price of only .004 per share!!!!! I have thousands of them, hell, I have HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of them for sale!
You too can be part of the now world renowned nicodrops scam! At these bargain basement prices how can you possibly go wrong? Invest just a few hundred dollars and have a hundred thousand shares that are all but guaranteed to be worth something at some point in time to someone. You could be the trendsetter, playing mr (or mrs.) big shot, flashing your hundreds of thousands of shares to your friends..........two words, HIGH ROLLER.
Now that you know the facts, pick up the slack! Buy today, do NOT DELAY!
*this message was brought to you by beginnersluck. In no way does beginners take responsibility for descisions that you as an investor make. The only hope he has is that you don't make the same stupid plays as him, and invest in a worthless shell of a company with no income or legitamite potential.
What happens with stocks like this?
I mean, we are forced to realize that this is dead, so what happens now? Is there any chance at all of this ever doing anything? Is there a point in even wasting my time typing this message? NCDP is dead. It was the first stock I ever invested in, HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAH. How funny is that? Using the first stock you ever invest in as a literal penny (if not sub-penny). I had a chance for about 20% profits on this damn thing and never took it.
Live and learn, or so they say.
Best of luck to anyone who reads this, ever.

charltuna,
I agree, this is really disheartening. How can they justify giving away this much stock after we just rid of smith. All of these freebies being given away without any real reason to award these guys for anything. The more I watch this stock, and I'm pushing up on 2 and half years now, the more I dislike it. I keep considering selling to move to other plays, but would probably die if it ever took off without me.
What to do? It seems as though both mexico and the california deal are legitamite, yet I am always stuck wondering if maybe it all isn't just a smoke screen to make the employees of tide rich at the expense of us stockholders. Now another delay in filings, which I"m sure just tell us how many more millions they have squandered. Not sure what do with this one anymore, but am, getting closer by the day to selling out for good.
Does anyone any reason to think this stock will not be at these levels or lower in the next few months?
Beginners
Not sure what to make of this,
Bid Level #MM's Size Ask Level #MM's Size
0.2350 1 1 0.2500 3 201
0.1900 1 100 0.3000 1 100
0.1800 1 100 0.3600 1 100
0.1500 1 100 3.4000 1 100
As you can see, there is a fake wall at .235, and RELATIVELY strong resistance at .25. More or less a spread of .19 x .25. We are sitting as I type this at .24. What this means to me is that with very little pressure this could drop back to low .20's, and with one strong volume day we are looking at .30 + again.
Again, from my perspective, with financials reportedly coming out next week with possible news of otcbb and other expected news, I would surely think that this is going back to that .30 level. For the next few days I expect this to bounce around low .20's though.
My personal motto, "a gain isn't a gain untill you sell".
Best of luck to everyone with your trading.

I love how a few posters on this board talk like this stock is going to be a "FOR SURE" 3-4 bagger. We are talking about a small time company on the otcbb. Please be sure to add, "this is all in my opinion" or something to that effect. This is pretty blatant pumping. I am in this stock pretty heavily, and I appreciate optimism, but at least, and I am talking at the very minimum, add what your reasons are for liking this stock. How many posts of....."i can see this over a dollar", or "easy money from here!", or "easy double in the next month", etc.
This is the otcbb, NOTHING is for sure on this exchange.
Continuing to hold,
Luck
Well now, this should bring some excitement back to old tidelands.
Esperanza Energy Announces Plans for Long Beach Offshore LNG Receiving Terminal
Wednesday March 7, 9:05 am ET
LONG BEACH, Calif., March 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Esperanza Energy, LLC ("Esperanza"), a subsidiary of Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TIDE - News), today announced plans to file applications with state and federal agencies to build a floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving facility 15 miles off the Port of Long Beach, California. The project, named Port Esperanza, will bring much needed natural gas to the Southern California marketplace. Esperanza plans to formally file its application in late 2007.
"When we announced our interest in building an LNG facility in April 2006, we indicated that we would pursue a project only if it could be sited, designed and operated in the safest, most environmentally responsible and economically viable manner possible," stated Jim Smith, president and CEO of Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation.
"Based on a comprehensive study by our team of LNG, environmental, pipeline and legal experts, we concluded that this project is viable, will exceed California's environmental, public health and safety standards, and will provide more benefits and features than any other proposed LNG project in California," Smith added.
"Access to regasification services at Port Esperanza will be open to electric and gas utilities, independent power generators, gas marketers and LNG suppliers," commented Terry Mitchell, Esperanza Energy's vice president and LNG marketing specialist. "This access would be available to those involved with other California LNG proposals whether or not their LNG import projects go forward."
Port Esperanza's offshore receiving terminal would allow world-class carriers to transport LNG from overseas, dock and offload at its deepwater facility. The LNG would then be converted into natural gas at the vessel location and sent to shore via undersea pipeline connecting with the onshore natural gas pipeline grid for use by California consumers.
One of the project's unique environmental features is its use of warm water discharged from an onshore thermal host which eliminates ocean water intake or the creation of air emissions at the facility to warm the LNG back into natural gas ("regasification"). This warm water would be cooled during the regasification process to near ambient water temperature before being discharged offshore at the facility.
Esperanza Energy is in technical discussions with coastal thermal plants regarding the beneficial reuse of their discharge water, which not only allows the offshore facility to operate with zero air emissions, but also redirects onshore warm water discharge points away from sensitive coastal ecosystems to more environmentally acceptable deep-water areas, thus providing a net environmental benefit. This approach allows Port Esperanza to be energy efficient in its regasification process, reducing its greenhouse gas emissions footprint compared to typical regasification processes at other proposed California LNG facilities. The offshore facility further reduces its emissions by using electricity purchased from onshore sources for its primary power requirements and utilizes onboard batteries for backup power.
The project will install its water supply and natural gas export pipeline, along with communication and electrical lines from the onshore power plant, in a horizontally drilled tunnel buried 100-feet under the beach and coastal environments, avoiding populated areas. This tunnel would also greatly minimize any impact to the shallow water marine environment.
"Energy project development can be accomplished in a manner consistent with California's high environmental quality and public safety project requirements. The project development team succeeded because it placed top priority on environmental and energy efficiency goals in the site selection and facility design process," stated David Maul, president of Maul Energy Advisors, and a former manager of the state's natural gas program and the environmental protection office at the California Energy Commission. "The team also listened to guidance from regulatory agencies as they interpreted the applicable environmental quality and safety laws and standards. These values and the early consultation process have set a new standard in ensuring California's energy needs are met in the most environmentally acceptable manner possible. We now look forward to receiving input from other stakeholders that could make this an even better project for California."
Environmental and Safety Considerations
Every aspect of Port Esperanza has been carefully designed to minimize the project's environmental footprint and avoid the adverse environmental impacts associated with other proposed California LNG import terminals. By eliminating ocean water use and offshore power generation and using heated water from an onshore electrical generating station, the project will not burn fossil fuels to warm the LNG, as is currently proposed by other California LNG projects.
Port Esperanza would not have any significant air quality or marine impact. No petroleum fuels will be stored on site that might create a risk of a spill into the ocean. Whenever possible, emissions from LNG supply vessels docking at the terminal would be minimized through the use of natural gas in those marine engines. The project would also include three small dedicated support vessels fueled with natural gas.
The LNG industry has demonstrated an excellent safety record during the last four decades of operation and Port Esperanza's offshore location will further enhance public safety in the delivery of new natural gas supplies to consumers. In addition, the project's unique processing technology eliminates the need for large marine storage structures or above ground storage tanks offshore or on land.
Environmentally Preferred LNG Import Technology
Esperanza Energy's demanding environmental criteria for any offshore LNG technology necessitates that the receiving facility:
* Has the capability of operating with zero air emissions (i.e., running
on electricity derived from onshore, having battery backup power
systems and not involving any onsite internal combustion engines)
* Does not require the onsite ingestion of seawater
* Has the smallest possible "footprint" or physical profile to minimize
aesthetic impact from shore
* Does not require the onsite (or onshore) storage of LNG or other
petroleum products
* Does not incorporate any unproven or non-industry standard components
in the LNG transfer and regasification infrastructure
* Has the highest possible degree of operational reliability and safety
Esperanza Energy currently is working closely with TORP Technology Inc., a Houston-based company, and its Norwegian-based parent company, TORP Technology AS, to evaluate adaptation of the company's proprietary liquefied gas-transfer and processing technology, called the HiLoad, to meet Esperanza's strict environmental requirements.
The HiLoad facility securely attaches to an LNG tanker and directly vaporizes the LNG as it is offloaded. It then injects natural gas into undersea pipelines that eventually supply the gas markets. TORP's patented HiLoad LNG Regas technology potentially would enable a safe and cost-efficient unloading and regasification offshore terminal operation.

FERC Seeks Approval of Sonora Pipe's U.S.-Mexico Border Facilities
FERC has asked the secretaries of State and Defense to favorably consider a presidential permit for Sonora Pipeline LLC, a subsidiary of Tidelands Oil & Gas, to construct bidirectional border-crossing pipeline facilities between the United States and Mexico.
"The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission finds that the issuance of a permit is appropriate and consistent with the public interest," the agency said in a draft copy of a presidential permit, which accompanied letters to Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice and Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
The U.S. portion of the pipeline project, to be located in South Texas, would provide an interconnect between the North American gas pipe grid and gas supplies and markets in northern Mexico. Tidelands' Sonora Pipeline would own and operate the U.S. part of the system, while Terranova Energia S de RL de CV, Tidelands' Mexican subsidiary, would own and operate the system in Mexico.
The so-called Northeast Hub project would include two lines -- the Mission Line, a 172-mile, 30-inch diameter pipeline that would extend from the Gilmore Plant in Hidalgo County, TX, to markets in the city of Monterrey, Mexico; and the Progresso Line, a 65-mile, 30-inch diameter system that would run from the Donna Station in Hidalgo County to the proposed Campo Brazil storage facility in the Burgos Hub area in northern Mexico. The combined capacity of the two lines would be approximately 1 Bcf/d, according to Tidelands.
It is initially envisioned that gas flow in the system would be in a southerly direction into Mexico, and later the flow would be reversed as a new liquefied natural gas (LNG) project is connected to the storage field, the company said.
Sonora is seeking a presidential permit for border-crossing facilities on both the western and eastern legs of the proposed pipeline. The border-crossing facilities for the western leg, or Mission Line, consist of about 85 feet of 30-inch diameter natural gas pipeline and associated facilities. The border crossing facilities for the eastern leg, or Progresso Line, consist of 135 feet of 30-inch diameter pipeline and associated facilities.
Within Mexico, Terranova's continuation of the western and eastern legs would intersect near the Camp Brazil Storage Facility that is being developed in the Burgos Hub area of Mexico. In May 2006, Terranova received approval from Mexican authorities for its portion of the western and eastern legs within Mexico.
The project would serve to alleviate the growing demand for natural gas in northeastern Mexico, according to Tidelands. And in the longer term, it would ease the growing demand for natural gas in the United States by providing a means for LNG that is offloaded in Mexico's offshore waters to be imported into the U.S., it said.
Good luck everyone,

Why are we moving up?
Now that is a great question, and as far as I can tell it's because there was a meeting with ferc today. And, just judging by this reaction to the stock price, I would assume that it went pretty damn well.
Just for the record, I bought into the hype of this stock around $1.00 and have been holding ever since. I had basically wrote this off, so ANY movement is a major positive for me.
Light/freight train.............I'm not sure, let's start walking and I guess we'll find out when we get closer. Might want to keep an eye out for an exit door though.
GL to us all
Everyday that I look at ncdp, the stronger my resolve to stick this one out becomes. In my opinion, there must be something in the works, there is a strong base at .004, and if we actually look the chart, the ups are on huge volume, and the downs are on next to nothing. There is, relatively speaking, STRONG accumulation happening. I'm sure you've all heard by now that nicodrops requested product on hand back from quigley, and there are rumors of a new manufacturer. How much of this is purely speculation, and how much is fact is beyond me, but I do know that we have a base of .004, and somone picking up thosands of dollars worth of shares.
Still hoping for something concrete from anyone in the know,
GLTA
