Looks to me like it wants "to go"...
2020 oughta be real interesting.
I don't know about Altria; but, if I'm about to pull a rabbit out of a hat - and someone points at the hat and says "I think there's a rabbit in that hat" - I'm probably going to say: "I don't know what you're talking about."
Could it mean I don't want to give the trick away? Absolutely.
Could it mean I'm full of shit? Absolutely.
But then... "c'est la vie".
My humble $0.02.
Fine example of Mr. Market getting his panties all twisted in a bunch... Wish I had the powder to pick either (Lexy or CGC) up cheap. "Oh well."
Canopy earnings - "the sky is falling" over there. :eyeroll:
More dealings in the shadows...
Lexaria Awards Options
Lexy's PR always seems to leave the interesting bits to the very end...
"Who"...? ;)
Thanks for sharing Abundance.
The absolutely wonderful thing about Lexaria: there are many things in the works that might become huge.
The absolutely frustrating thing about Lexaria: there are many things in the works that might become huge.
Doesn't take much to think it through a little yourself (assuming you bothered to read the PR):
- High Park is a subsidiary of Tilray.
- High Park is partnering with Cannfections.
- Cannfections is a licensee of Lexaria's tech.
Think of it this way: it could've said "the deal fell through."
What the contents of this release tells me:
- Clearly, they felt immense pressure to say something.
- Clearly, ultimately they were able to say next-to-nothing.
- Clearly, therefore, Altria has the reins. (And couldn't probably care any less about Lexaria's share price day to day.)
That's to say, "you're right," but I disagree in that I'm glad to receive confirmation that things are progressing rather than to either be left to my theories/suspicions/hopes or be told the opposite - i.e., I'll take it.
My $0.02.
No doubt.
But, for my end, I'll offer that I decidedly won't be making the sort of "bank" this person will. :\
Don't care - moar for me!
Nibbled some.
Since we're on the subject of Terry... If this interview doesn't do it for you, you might as well sell your LXRP/BEER and move on.
Fantastic insights - on really just about everything in the cannabis beverages/edibles space - IMHO.
(Full disclosure: the interviewer is clearly an idiot; but Terry more than makes up for it.)
Probably need not be said, but: so will I.
Long LXRP.

Expect this'll get us to $2/share by end of day. /sarcasm
Personally, I have neither the time to watch this constantly - to be able to trade it as described - nor the patience to do the tax paperwork on it (eventually).
Hey - more power to you if you're making money, I guess!
I have absolutely no qualms dollar cost averaging into an ever-growing position in this.
(1) I know what I'm investing - operative word - in.
(2) I'm always in it with money I understand could disappear tomorrow. (Would that suuuuucck? Of course. Would it mean my 15-month-old can't get health insurance, or dinner for that matter? Hhheellll no.)
A "picks-and-shovels pharma company" (basically)...?! Yeah - Lexaria had "possibly long game" written all over it.
Nibbled here - around $0.70.
Stupid prices...
Wish I had more powder.
GTLU...!
Expecting another batch of powder to become available next week. I'm hoping these silly prices will still be available then. Looking to take another nibble.
ChrgD+ getting some attention:
Lexaria launches advanced hemp oil
Could not agree more corky.
Good info Abundance. Thanks for sharing!
It's funny - every time I think "Lexaria" now I hear Thanos in my head: "I am... inevitable." XD
1. It most, most likely will be.
2. There's very little incentive for competitors relying on tech like nano to take it upon themselves to actually do it because the license has expired.
Bunka & co. have played this very nicely, IMHO.
Yyyyup - Bunka & team have been anticipating this very thing being/becoming a competitive advantage for months now.
(IR will happily share this sort of "our vision" thing with anyone for the [politely] asking.)
There's method to the madness... ;)
In Bunka We Trust.
Of course it doesn't - it's "news"!! ;D
Could very well be - who knows which parties were waiting on something like this to either engage Lexy, or take things up a notch...
Let's see how it goes.
Either way, it's great news IMHO.
