Aside from the extremely undervalued stock price I've invested because I believe in CMTHI and their quality leaders and developed technology. I agree with some of their key points such as:
**Stem Cell Treatments to Address Unmet Needs
**Erectile Dysfunction (Caverstem)
**Male Infertility
**Female Sexual Dysfunction

Less than two weeks away when I get the Creative Medical Technology $CELZ Patented CaverStem™ Procedure done, not for ED, but for back pain. Really can't wait. I know it'll take awhile for the stem cells to grow but I'm ready now for that trip to NYC. Back pain sucks, too many pills, narcotics, etc., if this works for sure it'll dig into the narcotic profits of the big pharmaceuticals and maybe soon the Insurance companies will cover procedures like the CaverStem™ procedure.
Peeps are going to feel so sorry if they miss this golden goose $CELZ

I'm more than happy to own even my little 550,000 shares. WOW .... going crazy now
Something about copper, I like the smell of it but my cravings are for silver where it may take several days to reach .10 - .25 cents
Appears that shorties were too far into CELZ yesterday. Wonder if today's uptick has knocked them off guard a little bit.

That's actually a good strategy. As long as you're making money, let it flow to you. Good Luck.
How'd you end up with free shares ? Mine cost money.
No can do. lol. Anyway you can send me a private message with your questions and I may try to rephrase them if need be after review and resubmit them to Terry. I have no idea why you hadn't received a reply from Investor Relations. All stockholders should be provided the courtesy of an answer at the very least. What information are you looking for ?
I don't think the message was anything special. I was bored at 3am so I composed this for somebody else who in the message boards was seeking some information. Felt compelled to add a touch of flattery as that has always been a good approach for me in the past. hehe
Put a bid in for 1k@ 1.36 and it was just filled al little while ago. This stock has great potential. Can't wait until the financials are released.
Investor Relations: Here is a message that I posed to Terry at Investor Relations this morning>>>>
As a stockholder since October 2017 I have two questions that I hope you may be able to answer for me. First congratulations on the success of My Nutraceuticals for the great work you have been doing and I think everyone has been looking forward toward the completion of all the properties and the success of MYMMF, not only in Canada but worldwide.
I understand that you have had private investors participate in some of the first phases of construction of your properties. Can you tell me if the project in Weedon is currently funded already or will you be seeking more private investment in that project ? If funding is needed are you in the funding stage yet of the Weedon project or how may we anticipate that the project be funded ?
Secondly, I know that it takes time to have all of the financial paperwork done and possibly audited before being release to the public, but are you able to tell me approximately when last year’s (2017) financial reports will be made available to the public ?
Cordially,
(escalate)
````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
Good Morning (escalate),
To answer the two questions I can give you the following info;
1.Currently there are several options being looked at. The one/ones that make the most sense will be chosen. If a PP does come out it will be alerted in a NR.
2. Our financials are required to be published 60 days after each quarter end and 120 days after the fiscal year end. Our last quarter was February 28, 2018, therefore our next required publish date is on or before April 29, 2018
Cheers,
Terry
ps: I wouldn't know how to cut & paste an actual picture here
I'm definitely in on the back procedure for $2,500. I'll be calling on Monday to see exactly what the price would be for both. The ED was $2,500 alone. 5k is not a problem for me but I'll dig further because they'll have my body before them, I'm guessing the extract from my hip bone wouldn't cost more to process for one or two combined procedures. It'd probably cost t hem less, so I'll ask exactly how much it'd cost for both (as I may have both done at the same time anyway). I figure the same needle how much more cost could there really be. So I'll pin them down on that.
Your link didn't work for me but I've seen enough BDSM movies about getting kicked in the nuts to understand this. hehe
Cost of procedure $2,500 to $3,000
I'm open to share everything about this procedure that's scheduled. Let all you guys know in this forum without holding back.
I've Scheduled a Caverstem procedure for myself this April
Prior to reading about CELZ and performing some due diligence, I wasn't aware of these stem cells for Degenerative Disc Disease nor about ED.
Thursday I put a call into the urologist’s office in NYC performing the Caverstem procedure as referred by the COO of Creative Medical Technology, Mr. Don Dickerson.
_______________________________________________________
Hi Mr. (Escalate) -
On the ED front, we have a physician Dr. Muhammad Mizra who is in Midtown, New York.
He now offers the Caverstem procedure for men on the East Coast. I suggest you reference the web page www.caverstem-nyc.com.
On the PR front, I suggest you keep an eye on our public filings. They will encompass the information you are interested in.
Best regards,
Don Dickerson
_________________________________________________________
Dr. Muhammad Mirza In Midtown New York City has a variety of Aesthetic procedures for men and women. I needed more information from him about ED and back pain.
On Friday his assistant called me back and went through the ED procedure and I told her about my lower back pain caused by Degenerative Disc Disease. She explained that this could all be preformed in a one-hour operation on local anesthetics in Dr. Mirza’s office in Midtown Manhattan.
Dr. Mirza’s assistant told me that for both procedures (ED and for Back Pain) they use the same system the Caverstem procedure. After I learned more about the procedure Iand asked many questions, asked for the price and she said they were running a special in April. Usually the price is $3,000 but if I scheduled this month he’d only charge $2,5000 as he has priced this procedure so that it is in everybody’s reach.
On Monday I’m going to pay for at least the back pain injections, as that is easily more pressing than any ED problem. However, I may have both done at the same time.
I asked what procedure they use for the back pain issues and she said the Caverstem procedure. She said why try to improve on the best. Now that was quite an endorsement from the Doctor who could easily choose whatever procedure available that is the best procedure for his practice.
I need to pay ahead so they can have the kit they use on hand and that I will do this Monday. Therefore when I have the procedure performed on April 27th, not only will I be a shareholder but a customer as well.
So I’ll keep investing in CELZ. Wish me well. I’ll sure let you guy know how the procedure goes and the back results could take up the 6 months as the stem cells help repair my back.
****. I'll be placing my order Monday for more shares of CELZ. I'm at 546,000 shares now. Wish I were at 1 million ****
Yes, some of the big players in ED. Bayer (Levitra) / Pfizer, (Viagra). Not too sure about the Pfizer unit as it say oncology after their name. But some many other major companies that'll get a good look at Creative Medical Technology Holdings, Inc. $CELZ
Well, Tomorrow (FRIDAY) fellow Celzulites, will be 42 days until the start of the American Urological Association (AUA) conference on May 18-21, 2018 in good ol' San Francisco. Go $CELZ ..... I left my ED in San Francisco ..
Anyway, the conference hall or convention area will be enjoying a lot of great guest companies to mingle around with including the following who have the assigned booth numbers. Some are big time brand names.
All of the following including all of the participants that will be flowing into the conference from around the world. If I were living on the west coast I'd love to see how this conference turns out.
Good morning fellow Celzulites. Great day to be holding $CELZ. Hoping for more action today.
I can not wait for this morning’s 9:30 am bell for $CELZ to continue it's upward trek.
Great PR yesterday, 43 more days until the American Urological Association (AUA) conference on May 18-21, 2018 in San Francisco. Being held at The Moscone Center, 800 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103
Have a 100k share order in, hope it gets filled at my limit.
New Data Opens Door to Addressing Multi-Billion Dollar Autoimmune Market
As excited as I am about the Erectile Dysfunction aspects of this company's procedure as well as investigations of applications into stem cell therapy to help alleviate back pain, today's news about a Investigational Drug application using their licensed AmnioStem™ cell product, bodes well for $CELZ. I think $CELZ is growing nicely.
"The Company is currently preparing an Investigational New Drug (IND) application with the FDA for use of its AmnioStem™ stem cell product for treatment of radiation toxicity through its neurology focused subsidiary CerebroStem LLC and its Medical Director, Santosh Kesari, MD, Ph.D, FANA, FAAN, Chair and Professor, Department of Translational Neurosciences and Neurotherapeutics, John Wayne Cancer Institute, as well as Director of Neuro-Oncology, Providence Saint John's Health Center and leads the Pacific Neuroscience Research Center at Pacific Neuroscience Institute.
"We are extremely excited about our data, which positions Creative Medical Technology Holdings as a force in the autoimmune market. In addition to treatment of stroke and radiation toxicity, autoimmune diseases that may benefit from use of AmnioStem™ technology include Type 1 Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, and Lupus," said Timothy Warbington, President and Chief Executive Officer of Creative Medical Technology Holdings. "I am thankful for our collaborative network of scientists, scientific advisors, and intellectual property advisors, which are currently working in expanding the intellectual property portfolio surrounding this new cell type."
“The AmnioStem™ stem cell is covered by an issued US Patent that was exclusively licensed from the University of California by the Company in 2016."
Today news is more pile on to better stock performance. I’m happy that $CELZ has decided to publicly release this information.
All information above is a product of my own opinion(s) and are not intended as an investment opportunity or a sell/buy recommendation(s) of any stock(s). Do your own Due Diligence. An investment advisor I AM NOT !
One thing I learned from my dad is to hold onto something and let the company grow. He began with CSC. computer sciences corporation at about a nickel and held on for over 30 years. Unfortunately we had to sell the stock back in the early 2000's, but it was over $100 at the time. Made my pop a millionaire when nobody around us was. He never sold out to the shorts back then and I don't intend to do that either.
Great company, great finances, healthy and growing $CELZ
One thing is nice, just 44 days until the Urological conference. I'm holding on long term and not selling out.
Congrats... Hope I can claim some more $CELZ tomorrow before it goes above that 0.01 mark
I'm only holding onto 463k shares. Sure wish they'd had filled my @ 0.0049 orders yesterday for another 200k shares. But anyway, today was a really fun run. I may even place an order tomorrow morning while watching the Level 2 trades. Lets see what tomorrow brings $CELZ.
Yesterday I put a call into a urologists office in NYC that performs the Caverstem procedure as referred by the COO of Creative Medical Technology, Mr. Don Dickerson. Whatever comes tomorrow, I'll be ready to buy on this dip. In the last two hours I had bids into ETrade l@ 0.0047 and @0.0049. Don't really know why the 49 wasn't filled as it sat there for a while. The funny thing (since I haven't been at this long enough) was to see my uneven order or 200,212 that I placed through ETrade go to NITE. Yesterday I placed another order through Trade and it showed up at CDEL. Wonder why this happens? Do the mm's just pass them along to another mm ?
Well, here roll in the T shares.
BTW, just wondering how you can post a picture or screen shot into your message ?
What, no T share today ?
I wonder if Elon Musk needs to the Tesla car he shot up into space as collateral ?
I've got positions @ 0.0152, .0119, .0094, .0092, .0084 and .0077. ... going to keep them all for the long haul.
I understand Cialis and the like can cause flushing (redness or warmth of the face, neck, or chest)headaches,stomach upset,diarrhea,flu-like symptoms (such as stuffy nose, sneezing, or sore throat), memory problems, muscle or back pain, nausea and more. I've taken it and boy did it give me headaches. I tossed the bottle in the trash. Don't like all these other potential side effect too. So personally I'm looking now at an alternative and this seems to be a very appropriate treatment for ED. I'll be looking to see where they do this procedure around Connecticut.
Also have substantial back pain problems and had been on almost every other treatment around from muscle relaxers, chiropractors, electrical stimulation, acupuncture, massage therapy, low lever pain relievers and eventually narcotics. The narcotics were unfortunate unproductive, no longer worked and I had to stop taking them. So I'm planning on discussing this with my orthopedic surgeon to see if this is a possible plan. Twenty years ago they were discussing implants and now it's been 4 years since my last consult.
Hoping that this stem cell therapy will be a relief. For these reasons and after doing my own due diligence I have been purchasing this stock. From everything I've read this is going to be a rule buster.
(Noticed the dow is down $600 at this moment. Don't really know if there is really a cause and effect relationship here, but it's a thought)
Wish you all well.
Good Easter morning everybody. I'm so excited about $CELZ. Already have my order in for 100k more shares on Monday morning. Have a great day everybody.
Another Form T @ 9:05:04 for 10,000 0.0117 on Level 2. (That was on the BUY green side)
Yes, it is true. I've already been to Yale hospital in New Haven and a few in Massachusetts where for treatment of degenerative disc disease there only exists implants several years ago. Have been suffering from back pain since in my late 20's. Actually in my opinion should treatment of degenerative disc disease using StemSpine™ prove successful, sign me up. Traveling is the least of most folks worry, they just want to end the pain. I'd been on every other sort of treatment, chiropractic, massage, electrical stimulation, biofeedback, acupuncture, not to mention all the other various forms of expensive medications along the journey. Opioids had limited effect and there were visits to the doctor every 30 days for a new prescription. I'm done with all that. I actually look forward toward a stem cell procedure if my doctors approve and if they don't I'll find one that will.
Go CELZ and Caverstem™ procedure. I know that if this were available today in Connecticut I'd be looking into it. Actually I may call up that clinic in California and see about taking a trip for the procedure.
Can't wait until CELZ can help me with my degenerative back problem and pain. Stem cells are here and are the future.
I own a few hundred thousand shares of CELZ and hope this blasts off to the moon. Today I intend to buy a few more in this dip.
There is another technology coming about called GainsWave technology. I'm not excited about it though because the article further says "“While diet, exercise and lowering your stress is not as sexy as injecting stem cells into your penis or shocking it with sound waves, those things really need to be addressed, and treatments like these will work better for you if you’re addressing them.”
https://nypost.com/2018/03/28/men-are-zapping-their-penises-to-treat-erectile-dysfunction/
"In a video documenting the experience, Asprey applied a numbing cream to his penis. Then, Kass used a device that looks like a cross between a nail gun and a heavy-duty vibrator to shoot small jolts of sound waves all over the area. (She says some men experience a pins-and-needles-like sensation, but it’s otherwise painless."
"The therapy, which is administered by a doctor about once a week for six to 12 weeks, costs about $3,000 and isn’t covered by insurance. Kass, who has also tried erectile dysfunction therapies that involve injecting stem cells into the penis, says 75 to 80 percent of her patients experience success with the GainsWave therapy. Some go off meds like Viagra entirely, or use them far less."
Therapies like the above cost too much for too little relief in my opinion. CELZ on the other hand appears to be a permanent solution NOT relying on the blue pill from what I gather.
