Yes. That presentation has since been updated heavily.. My first buy was toward the end of the orange section you've highlighted when "alternative crops" were teased in it. Funny how long it took for buyers to come in even after the JV PR. Lovely move so far yet there are many more positive catalysts for this stock and for the sector in general, and VFF is the cheapest of the top contenders. Still a buy.

JV is with EMH, Emerald Health. The facilities being used are Village Farms'.

CEO has 10mil. Rest are other officers and institutions. Multiplying float by share price is a useless metric but OK...

That pic is very old.. I drove by on Tues and Delta 3 was fully fenced. The 'wind' you're referring to is just an optical illusion of a wide angle lens.. They are installing 24 MEGAwatts of supplemental lighting (powered by their OWN power plant) in Delta 3.

So, what else can you pick on? Starting to seem like you have a bearish agenda here?? Putting a lot of effort into putting text on charts and old photos..

10% of their entire space (including the Texas facility).. but that's ~23% of the Canadian facility, or 25 acres.. The JV has the option to aquire Delta 2 and 1, making up the remainder on that side of the border, for a total of 110 acres.
Regardless, 25 acres, or 1.1M sq ft, is still a huge operation in the sector. If the JV executes their options and takes Delta 2 and 1 they could conservatively produce 300,000 kg of cannabis. With an eventual production cost of $1/gm or less and sales prices of $4-6/gm, the margins >>> and potential earnings are huge compared to veggies.

Mkt cap = Outstanding shares X share price
Float = number of shares actually available for trading

The OS here is about 43M shares, the float is about 23M.. that's very low for the sector and basically a low float means it takes little volume to move the share price. So if there is highly concentrated demand, or a short squeeze, the price could rocket higher.

Check it this summer.. It will be at least double the price. Look at the #'s.. this change in direction in the company is completely transformational. Normally I'd look at this chart and say 'no way I'm touching that now'...So I hear what you're saying and mean no disrespect.. but this is still valued ~300M cad while others in the space with similar planned production capacities are valued in the MULTI-BILLIONS.. Are they overvalued? Probably.. But that realization won't come until production and sales numbers roll out a good year or so into a legalized rec market. IMO VFF is at minimum worth 1B considering its share of PSF with EMH. Once they are licensed and the street really discovers this goes to $25cad+ (and with the low float could go stupidly higher with a squeeze). I've got over 29K shares bet on it from a ~$2.80 usd avg, with some shares well below that. Sure, I've got a lot of cushion.. but this is still a great buy with a short 2-3 month outlook and beyond. Multiple very bullish catalysts incoming: Licenses, Legalization, Delta 2+1 option execution.. possible more JV's.. possible buyout down the road. Heck you just had a(n) institution(s) buy a block of over 5M shares for $7.90cad. You can dismiss this based on technicals if you want, but the slow and methodical gap up with this is a result of big fundamental changes to a stock with a - thus far - very limited following.

Mastronardi is fully out. They have a partnership with APH which needs significant capital investment, and could also be considered a conflict of interest. Not surprisingly that partnership was announced on the 8th, and they are out on the 11th.

With them out of the way this is going to shoot right back up. If anything we digest the drop for a day or two. GLTA.

Volume before price.. This buyer keeps returning for more big chunks and judging by the ask side of the L2 available shares at this range are drying up. The ATDF seller that has been waiting for months with his 66K at .19 was bought out at .16 this morning. We have a couple big .17 chunks but after that there probably won't be much until mid .20s IMO. Sellers here are probably original seed shares which priced in at ~.15 if I recall correctly. Not much profit here but they've been waiting some time so you have to expect some to cash out.

We don't.. and based on the way it trades there's no way it is accurate.. BUT, it's still low IMO.. and we know it's less than the A/S of 200M. I'd guess theres 50-100 O/S and 15-30M float here by watching the way it trades and looking at the chart history. It's fun to throw around 'fantasy floats' but that's not helping anyone especially with the potential this has even with realistic numbers.. GLTA

We'll see about that theory. Stock and company don't matter here. It's the promoter and money behind it that will determine its fate. My guess is they duplicate the success of the past, or at least try to.

Still holding 6K out of 10K from .82 avg. Good to take profits along the way but if you sell them all I wouldn't expect getting them back cheaply until after the peak. GLTA

Take a look at the GNIN chart and tell me where the dip was from $1.50 to $3.35? If they play it the same you won't be getting them back cheap until the drop.
