Where did you hear this about Esposito asking for more money?
Where did you hear this about Esposito asking for more money?
Chris Esposito is still at the company? I just got an email from "Code2Action" from Esposito saying that they will be suing Daimler for infringing on their trademark. This is kickass though - a good lawsuit like this might lead to a buyout by Daimler, and some premium for shareholders.
Scroll down, I posted Mobicoin's trademark link yesterday.
As a (now) legit company, PTOP can't talk about the Daimler deal, is my suspicion. Either Daimler is utilizing PTOP's currency (see 5M purchase) as its platform, or Daimler is unaware of the existence of Mobicoin, in which case it may have to deal with fallout later, once the trademark goes through. Either of these options are good for investors (although Daimler might be able to just change the name of its coin offering to skirt the issue, if it's the latter).
If it's the former, that would explain why PTOP is staying mum. The sale to Daimler of the Mobicoin, or the utilization of Mobicoin may be a pending deal and PTOP in its efforts to do disclosure will have to post that info on its upcoming prospectus, rather than leak it beforehand.
That means the trademark has passed the internal review stage, and now the only way to stop it is for competitors to claim that the trademark shouldn't be allowed for other reasons. Lookin' good re: Daimler, as PTOP is much further down the pipe than Daimler in the trademark process.

Interestingly, this went public on the 24th - the SAME DAY that the stock started to rebound. Methinks the smart investors do better research than some members of this board.
Only down 15% now. Averaging down works!
From 95% loss to only 35% down now.
I had 10,000 shares at 6 pennies. Then I qaudrupled down and bought 160,000 more shares at .0001 - its lowest point.
What is this garbage post? That's an old PR, nothing about a trademark there. And it's all jumbled in German and English - do you really think people won't take the time to read it and see what it really says.
There's only one moderator running this board now. There used to be around 5, and there were 3 as long as a week ago. That to me is an indicator that this stock is no longer a pump and dump scheme (like all the other investorshub heavily modded pennies). I expect this stock to bounce as soon as more news comes out about the company's efforts to go public (which will help its trademark of Mobicoin) and its efforts to be acquired by Daimler.
Thank you for your honesty! I will check up on this.
Owners using equity to buy their own Mobicoins. That's why the mobi price is soaring and the stock is being diluted. They sell their shares and use it to increase coin value.
company is funneling equity from stock to coin. That's why the coin price is so high.
They are selling their personally owned stock in the company and using that money to buy their coin - that's why whenever the coin price jumps up, their stock price tanks - that's the correlation.
Yes sir. That is what I'm talking about!
Don't you mean "early pump" gets the worm before the dump?
I'm not short, I'm out of 1K of the 2K I invested. I'm pissed off. And I don't want other people being taken advantage of anymore. This cannot stand.
Here's someone alleging Rubakh scammed them. http://resources.alibaba.com/topic/358944/Scammers_Ellen_Wang_from_ZHEJIANG_LINGTIAN_MOTORCYCLE_CO_and_Steve_Rubakh_from_POWER_SPORTS_FACTORY.htm
I don't know if that site is legit - I only know what I have personally analyzed through looking at SEC filings and reading up on Rubakh's past investments/companies on public sources.
Srsly, Rubakh's old company was delisted! PSF - you can see the old board here on investorshub - all the people complaining about how it was delisted. That happened because Rubakh cheated all his creditors out of money and they all sued.
Why would a Pennsylvania company (incorporated in Nevada) retain a Texas accounting firm? Also, check Google reviews - garbage "auditor"
Also - Nevada - the state with the weakest shareholder protection - you can't sue when he takes all your money.
The replacement firm is not legit - read online reviews - they are a scam themselves.
To all concerned: This company is a pump and dump scam. I'm putting this up there now that I've done research after losing 1K on this stock. CEO, and ONLY EMPLOYEE Steve (stanislav) Rubakh files his SEC filings a month late. If you check last month's SEC disclosure, filing 12/18/17, you will see that INTV's accountant just quit because she wasn't being paid for a long time. He has had a history of massive lawsuits for not paying creditors - do a google search of "Power Sports Factory." Eventually PSPF was delisted from the stock exchange due to all the issues (see: http://martinracingperformance.blogspot.com/2011/01/mario-john-and-jeff-andretti-sue.html).

Ah. Based on the company twitter feed, it doesn't seem as bad - https://twitter.com/IntVentures
CEO's name is Steve/Stanislav Rubakh - he has never posted the tweets you guys are alleging. https://twitter.com/rucrew - The company is in PA - as is he. He is also the sole CEO, CFO, treasurer, director on the board. This seems weird to me.
