The market is currently looking for any win to drop their money into. An announcement soon would draw many more eyes than normal. With the low float, I would think the current conditions could as much as double the share price above what the last run was. We just need news of an imminent award to start the rocket up.
Based off the chart of the last 2 events, I would say we get good news by the end of this month or the first week in March. We are following the same pattern so far. Slight downward price pressure, then a decent bump that lasts for 18-25 days...then moonshot. We are now in day 7 of the price bump after we experienced a down cycle from 1/30-2/5.
I meant the drop is signal that market movers are purposefully pushing the price down ahead of a significant event. Attempts to create an opportunity to buy at a lower entry price
This stock has always faced downward pressure from small buys before it jumped significantly with volume. The drop to .11-13 is an indicator in my eyes. I'm sure someone can post the chart that shows that.
That is the old 8k. From earlier this month.
I would say that some of the news is already built in, so an 8k pushes it to $.80-$1.00. The real movement comes when TMPS gets current, ferries the planes, and the contract accomplishments start rolling in. Each milestone should provide a sizeable bump.
Keep an eye on TMPSW also. I'm surprised there hasn't been more movement there. There will be money to be made as TMPS continues its rise.
That is me on the bid at .3899. The MM followed me up from .36 but gave up. My bid is not filling, so there are no shares to be had under .40 which is good news! Strong hands will keep carrying the price upward.
I'm trying to buy more in between the bid/ask now, but no one is selling. Haha.
I'm hoping the GAO will learn from its past mistakes on re-fueling contracts. This award to TMPS needs to move forward soon!

Unfortunately it will be crashing today. Once it hits the .15-.16 range I will be a buyer again. You have to hedge against the small possibility that the contract is overturned. However, this should be a great opportunity to average down or make some money.
In my opinion TMPS already knows how this will all be financed. And as always, we will be the last to know.
This is a pretty safe assumption. DOD would need to know the complete game plan to get the planes ready for service as part of the award. TMPS would have to have everything in place ahead of time to be able to start servicing the contract early next year. Legal paperwork and finance contracts take time to execute and don't happen overnight. I'm sure we will see plenty of news and action occur over the next 30 days.
Could also be that they are working on restructuring the note to include in the 8k information as well.
I agree that those facts should be shared. While Johan has the option to take the planes and let the financing agreement fall apart, it would create a disaster in terms of completing the Navy contract. TMPS shares have been issued for many things such as the maintenance of the planes as well as other agreements for lines of credit and financing. To intentionally crash the share price would create a host problems and burn many bridges. I wouldn't think that calling the note now would be a very good option when it would destroy the very thing that TMPS has spent the last couple of years building.
There will be many milestones ahead that will make TMPS run over the next year.

Plenty of buying opportunities in between these events. It should be a fun ride!
Obviously this will explode with a contract, but the shares will jump in the near term when 2 things happen.
1. They get their financials and reporting current. Big money players and investors are more likely to put their money in a stock that is transparent and files on time.
2. TMPS is able to ferry one of the planes stateside. This would show investors and clients alike that the planes are air worthy and ready to make a play.
Wow. Something is up. Tons of volume yesterday and up 40% today.
Do you blame them? It is easy to manipulate a stock that doesn't have any current information out. TMPS needs to get their filings in and up to date.

The employee on the phone couldn't elaborate. He only said " notice from the company of the dividend". I'm not sure how all of the brokers missed this one. That's why I believe there has to be some deliberate deception here from someone. Luckily I will only be out a few trade fees. I put my money in another dividend paying stock, but will have to move it before it could pay out. I am not upset about sending back money that is not mine. I'm upset that something underhanded here has happened, and it is causing financial harm to retail traders.
No, he is probably playing the " I contract and pay money to E*Trade to use their expertise in looking out for the customer" defense. If E*Trade is more inept in dividend disbursements than the retail trader is, then what good are they? I was just on the phone with E*Trade and they told me that they paid the dividend based on the word that the company issued one and that it would be funded in good faith. It is has been said here that FAGI doesn't know anything about the cash dividend. This means someone is lying.
Lawyers will be jumping at the opportunity to cash in on this. Someone's error is costing people real money.
Shana, thank you for the update. The stock should start correcting once they get current. I hope that happens this month. It would also be nice to see one or two of the L-1011s ferried stateside.

Can someone explain to me how a complaint filed on 12/8/17 in Florida can hold up liens that were to be decided on in Irish Courts? We knew of the liens and pending release months ago, (well before this case was filed) from Shana's correspondence with ST.
This is my first post, but I am a TMPS shareholder for the past year. Reading the complaint, it looks like someone is suing for being left out of military contract negotiations. I look at the lawsuit as a postive that contracts are definitely coming. Tempus appears to be involved as they will be the owners of the planes. Worse case, this defendant has a legit claim and will be awarded some restitution. I don't see how this would keep the purchase from happening.
