I am in and will file the complaint. But there needs to be more like an actual lawsuit by shareholders. TMPS and TriStar Air LLC has not bid on the contract. That is a fact because they can’t. They are no longer active government contractors and are listed “inactive” on SAM site. What I did find is a company named Tristar Aerospace LLC. that was newly formed on 07/28/2020. When I looked it up it shows David Gilman as the CEO/manager. He is connected to Johan E. It also shows an address of 2 Pegasus St. Suite 1 Unit 100, Brunswick ME. 04011
Looks pretty fishy and I think Johan and David have stole/diverted TMPS/TriStar Air LLC assets from the public company. This company has not been a part of TMPS, is not a subsidiary. What do you want to bet that this straw company was put in place to bid on the contract and will get awarded to only subvert away from TMPS shareholders. This is the crystal ball !

TMPS LOST the contract because of FRAUD. Need to file a lawsuit against the principals, Johan(s) and minions. The latest news is that the aircraft will be scrapped as Walton Estate is owed for storage and that Cox (the new owner) has demand court action for removal. So, this has been a disaster because of complete incompetence stupidity and greed ! What a shame!

It’s official L-1011 planes will be Scrapped. They have been moved all together on the “scrap pan area” and will all be cut up July 31st 2020. So sad this this had gone this way, Johan needs to be sued for this and letting the company go delinquent. On very credible info, he foreclosed on the GIV and was transferred to him last week.
Bright! The only thing bright will be using TMPS stock for starting my grill, ahhh summer barbecue!
$600k+ outstanding storage fees past due and AD’s in the amount of $3million+ per each plane. And overdue on inspections. The landing gear are timed-out, as now many other components. No maintenance schedule has been performed. So would be cost and time prohibitive. Not to mention can not get insurance to fly them to minimum requirements to for contract NAVY, USTRANSCOM or NATO flights. The liability and risk is too great. Omega will not touch those planes. They had the opportunity many times and were offered from beginning, but knew it was a bad deal. They won’t even entertain the idea even if they were free, Nor should anyone else. If JOHAN is smart he would walk and chalk it up to a loss and write it off. Nothing but good money after bad and black hole situation.
THEY WILL BE SCRAPPED! I really love all of your optimism, but I have been saying this was going to happen.

as in GO-ING DOWN THE DRAIN TMPS and it took all shareholders with it ! The NAVY never issued CLIN 1 ($3mm) payment previously) and now with the RFI (Request for Information) of the MAC has not even been put out there to Industry as the RFP (Request for Proposal) yet. So how can an award happen when there are no requests for Bids ?
Let’s just face the facts that TMPS/TriStar have no office, no website, no phone and no contracts and no business. Those L-1011’s will be scrapped, why doesn’t the Johan just move on to more lucrative business ventures than this loser company and its wholly owned subsidiary. Scott Terry is a smart guy and moved on.
There is NO contract to be awarded yet because the final RFP is still it out for bids to be submitted. So what are all you flapping about an award when there is no final solicitation.

No contract coming
Your just way off, I have always been straight about my previous tenure at TMPS. This is still not going to happen with the planes, contract or the business. No one is running this shell game and the planes are rotting away even more. They will be scrapped soon and it’s a real shame. Hate to say it, “I told you so” !
Can you please provide the associated contract numbers. I think it would be helpful to find out where the company is on these and status.

Tristar/TMPS Contract is DONE ! And, there you have it.
The reason that this happened is that the management tried to pull a fast one with the Government and they got caught. If they “ST” would have done it the right way and been honest, this stock would be soaring. The only way that this company can move forward is a resizing or BK.
As a shareholder I am very concerned as all of the other legit shareholders should be. I worked for TMPS and ST and saw the dysfunction and mismanagement. The deals that were made were to just get press out to prop up and pump a BS narrative to line the pockets of those to dump their shares and to make the facade of a company. The contract was awarded on BS and the Government knows it, that’s why it was pulled, simple as that ! Those planes are destined for the scrap yard. It will take millions the just get one flying and that’s not in the cards. Maybe TMPS could turn around their business model and just go into the aircraft scrap business, they have the planes for it and it would be revenue ! They could spin a press release !

ST has or will have his hands full with all the legal trouble. Who is the CEO now, how can this company operate like such amateurs and expect to get business with any Government, much less the Navy. Looks like the aircraft are going to be diverted away from Tempus and TriStar (USA) and hijacked by Johan to go into another entity TriStar (UK) don’t think that’s good for us shareholders. A bit of hostile takedown. Don’t know if that’s legal. Stripping the assets out of TMPS leaves it void of any value. Doesn’t sound good here.

Correct, TMPS/TriStar and ST are banned from bidding and the NAVY is starting over. This will be a 18month process before a new Award is provided. From what I also read into this is they specified the Airworthiness certificates are required and must be provided alone with log books proof entries for the AD’s, which the L-1011’s do not have. So, this is written to exclude those L-1011 aircraft as the saying goes “once bitten, twice shy”.
TMPS will not get a contract for A2A refueling. They are blacklisted now. Navy and DoD need and want this capability from industry and the problem is they were so desperate that they overlooked critical issues that have blown up in everyone’s faces that were involved. Many have egg on their face and will be reprimanded, demoted and fired. Some individuals involved may be prosecuted. Government has taken action to correct their mistakes as they have pulled the contract completely. There are no amendments or “corrective action” that would even slightly allow TMPS to be considered to be a source to be contracted. The only “corrective action” is that TMPS will not have a contract and the whole thing was pulled. It’s over, done, finished!
TMPS needs to do something else as a business as it will not be with the NAVY and most likely not the DoD ever again as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor. At this point they could not get a contract sweeping the floor for the Government as it’s been a total goat-rope for all concerned. There will be no second bite at the apple here.
You obviously don’t know what you are looking at on the FAA site. The aircraft have a Registration Certificate until 2021. But look at the bottom part of the page, look at “Airworthiness “ section where it says “None”. That is what it means NONE as in NO AIRWORTHINESS! Which means that it can not fly!
FACTS! NAVY contract has been pulled/cancelled Period. TMPS/TriStar is not going to be allowed to bid again. And that’s if (a big IF) another RFP comes out ( 12-18months ). TMPS/TriStar has a permanent stop from the Government. Planes are not in FAA compliance and have not been touched are deteriorating by the month as no calendar maintenance is being performed. No AD’s have been performed, no inspections, No Airworthiness Certificates will be issued. These are FACTS! The US Government will not risk readiness in supporting the Warfighter on this farce of a company!
