I cannot argue with a single thing that you said.
I said it before and I’ll say it again. I am here to recover or sink with the ship. I’m too far down the rabbit hole to sell.
I still hold hope for a chance to progress through manufacturing.
I’m afraid the bad news is not over yer but I think most of it has been aired. I’m glad they did the offering prior to the release.
I said before (IMO) it will take a minimum of 6 months to settle the dust and by EOY we should know if we got the final screw or a chance to possibly recover.
All the other stuff in the mean time is background noise to me.
If there is one thing certain about this stock, it is that it does not follow the Market.
Yes, but a poor finish
It is a Material event and as they told you, it will appear in an SEC filing.
As far as I can see this new group has done EXACTLY what they publicly stated that they would do.
They began by saying the old Board was stealing from Investors, which IMO is true. They followed by saying the IP was essentially worth cents, which I can’t argue with either.
They stated that they would shed IP and R&D and focus on manufacturing, which, from the outside, they appear to be doing.
I don’t understand why people are still focusing on IP. It never proved itself and good riddance to it!
I still have hopes (though not big ones) that the current BOD’s can increase share price and return a portion of my losses through building a profitable CDMO.
They appear to have the facilities and I hope they have the “know how”.
CP, what was the “give-away” from the prior BOD’s?
Seems like I remember reading somewhere that they were incorporated in an adjoining State. Delaware maybe?
There are tens of thousands of postulated drugs that could be miraculous.
Hundreds of millions were spent on a Bavi and it failed to prove itself, despite the accolades spewed by Steve King.
IP is dead here, IMO, and I think that anyone here that is hanging on hoping that Bavi resurrects itself is following a dead end.
I am only still here hoping they succeed in manufacturing and return a portion of my loss.
Which part did you not know?
Geo, yes, there is physical IP, but it has failed to prove itself in every venture. I’m amazed they got $8M for it honestly, if the check ever hits the bank.
Geo, IP is not in the equation any more. They said they would shed IP and focus on CDMO and that is exactly what they did.
I am as disappointed as you are that the chances of a break through drug developing here still might exist but that door is closed.
We are a CDMO, and hopefully one that will prosper.
Talk of IP, IMO, is folly.
Geo I’d love to see it but I don’t see much (if any) value there either.
I think that even ES & Company realize that the possibility of capitalizing on Bavi for a profit is slim to none.
It paid his salary for many years.
Sorry, missed the underlying message.
I guess I was referring to both.
I was referring to North and asking him to substantiate his assertions. You can thread back to see exactly what he said.
Please provide substantiation for your statement, otherwise it is “fake news” and only your opinion.
Provide facts if make a factual statement.
Float was raised to 500M in November plus there are 37B available through the Preferred that convert at a rate of 1 preferred share to 1,000 common shares.
Possibly Geo, I’m not saying we are out of the woods.
At least it is reality and not Fantasy and Conspiracy.
Geo, I’m not convinced it is worthless but I don’t think any more that it is the Holy Grail that some still believe it is (and I once thought it might be).
I do believe that if we don’t sink it will be because of CDMO. I place no future value on IP. If it happens, it is gravy. I hope we get the 8M.
My last hope with this investment is that they build a profitable CDMO.
I’m here for sink or swim.
Same release that was posted here last week by Launch.
Meant zero then, means zero now.
Pure BS Pump.
Yep, all those non-existent apparel orders, shipments and containers that have been posted here for 18 months should stat arriving shortly!

Now that we finally quit chasing Unicorns and dumped R&D, the question is whether we can salvage our losses and profit as a Manufacturer.
Glad to see them quit chasing dreams (and spending money) on failed IP.
Dump the trash and get to Business!
I agree Goe, this is our last hurrah!
We should finally have our answer this year, one way or another, IMO.
I speculate that you will be waiting a long, long time.
SWG, (I can’t PM) no, I do not know him. The article quoting Wolchok was in Today’s Tampa Bay Times and was pulled from The NY Times. With Moffit here in Tampa we get a lot of medical related news in the paper.
Cappy, I think the IP is gone but still believe that as a Manufacturer we may succeed.
IHopeItWorksForUsToo
This is not a penny stock, it is a third of a penny stock!
We need to pay for the Golf Tourney!
I’m glad to see them investing. That shows a sign of confidence the prior Board never showed.
Trying to pump a tire that has been split in two.....
Let us move forward and hope that business relationships are being forged to allow CDMO (and us) to profit.
Welcome to the world of PPHM/CDMO where hope flows eternal!
You were talking about generalities in standard contracts.
In the business world, an agreement like this would generally require the Purchaser to return the rights to the Seller if the Purchaser did not fulfill their commitment to the contract.
If they don’t perform we get it back (since you are quoting standard contracts).
It has already withered on the shelf here and and has no future with CDMO.
Does it really matter how long the Buyer has had a subsidiary in the US or who the backers are if they get the job done?
Will you not buy a steak if the Butcher was hired yesterday?
Let them do their jobs. They will only disclose what they are required to by law only when they are required to, IMO.
I would do the same thing if I was them.
Geo, you have to give them time!
They have been in control for 6 weeks!
They have 20 years of manure to shovel out. Give them a chance. Expecting a turnaround to profitability in a couple months is extremely unrealistic IMO.
If it was that easy it would have been done a long time ago by somebody else.
But does it say all funds raised will be used for that purpose?
