Does it really matter how long the Buyer has had a subsidiary in the US or who the backers are if they get the job done?

Will you not buy a steak if the Butcher was hired yesterday?

Let them do their jobs. They will only disclose what they are required to by law only when they are required to, IMO.

I would do the same thing if I was them.
