How so? Based on speculation, or actual DD?
Trading can include buying, selling, or both. More than likely, Chad was caught buying when he knew VERB's recognition and business would soon start to pick up.
Think Chad was fired for selling?
Wow, It was in a PR and there is still confusion about this causing childish rumors to be spread with no truth! When Chad broke the rules and traded during a blackout period, VERB had to fire him. Was there a PR that I missed that said otherwise?
LMAO!
Kallie, who said Chad sold? How do you know he didn't buy?
WOW indeed!
Now that some believe that VERB is a partner with Salesforce, all of a sudden it doesn't mean anything? Lol!
Exactly, they all lose value if they can't follow the rules of a company. This will give VERB the opportunity to make them stronger than before by finding someone better that can follow rules and do a fantastic job. It's called growing pains of a company. Every small business has them, or they aren't growing.
Exactly, they all lose value or don't follow the rules before they become ex-employees.
A little DD would enable the discovery of a million dollar client.
What does insider trading have to do with VERB's SP going down? I've seen plenty of stocks that go down when the NASDAQ goes up. It is quite normal.
Stick around a few minutes and watch it go up. Is that also due to insider trading?
Fine, let's take a look at that Yahoo link.
1) Rory is compensated more than what is normal for CEOs of companies of similar size, and which belong to the same industry.
2) The company has impressed with its EPS growth.
3) Simply Wall St doesn't think the CEO pay is too high.
4) Arguably, business quality is much more important than CEO compensation levels.
5) Rory's salary in 2019 was 476k.
6) Rory has a significant personal stake in the company with over 4MM worth of stock in VERB.
7) Verb Technology Company has allocated a higher percentage of pay to salary in comparison to the wider industry. If non-salary compensation dominates total pay, it's an indicator that the executive's salary is tied to company performance.
8) Verb Technology Company, Inc.'s earnings per share (EPS) grew 15% per year over the last three years.
9) VERB achieved revenue growth of 174% over the last year.
10) Shareholders would be glad to know that the company has improved itself over the last few years.
11) The combination of strong revenue growth with medium-term EPS improvement certainly points to the kind of growth we like to see.
12) Historical performance can sometimes be a good indicator on what's coming up next.
Most of this is incorrect information.
...And which companies/customers have they lost? For some reason I can't find that on their list. After all, isn't that what is being asked of Rory?
Re-reading of the transcript will show what is incorrect on this summary.
Happy reading!
