Is the count down still at 30 days?
Is the uplist to NASDAQ still a pipe dream?
Lol
In California, you still need consent from all parties.
Boy, are we on a roll today!
Possession of stolen (video) property is legal? LOL
In my opinion, the rumor of the stolen video was used in attempt to alter the SP of VERB.
After the link was posted, it was found that the stolen video didn't prove what the original poster had said and that there was an obvious attempt to make a mountain out of a molehill. This also supports the motive of attempted market manipulation.
The original poster also changed their story over time until it met part of what was in the video. This also supports the motive of attempted market manipulation.
The video did contain information that was both previously shared, and unshared in this forum which could have given someone (or a group of people) an unfair market advantage over others. This is the definition of illegal insider trading and was shared with the SEC using the link you had graciously provided several times over the past few weeks.
What Is Insider Trading and Is It Illegal?
Illegal Insider Trading
The more infamous form of insider trading is the illegal use of non-public material information for profit. It's important to remember this can be done by anyone including company executives, their friends, and relatives, or just a regular person on the street, as long as the information is not publicly known.
For example, suppose the CEO of a publicly traded firm inadvertently discloses their company's quarterly earnings while getting a haircut. If the hairdresser takes this information and trades on it, that is considered illegal insider trading, and the SEC may take action.
nothing illegal? LMAO!
I wonder what the government would say to Verb taking a PPP Loan yet is paying execs a bonus?
Agreed. Fodder for shorts.
Agreed, but it somehow keeps coming up as an "important" concern.
