LETS RIP TOMORROW!!!
Twits board pushing trxc. I'm into gevo now. Hopefully folks can find something to reclaim losses. Run something up.
The award was a deviation of like 5000%. Not 10%. Not 50%. Not 150%. Cvm filed for $150m and WON. If anyone thinks the award statistical deviation is even close to normal or reasonable and not a severe outlier. . .good lord. This is crazy.
I find the award amount highly peculiar. Given a major study was acknowledged to be knocked off course in a verdict. Just the 4 years in process cost more than that. The arbitrator $ award is very very odd. Whatever politics are going on it I'm not subscribing any longer. Glta.
The arbitrator did us dirty. Worse case scenario: Give an empty win. Bizarre result. The newer cro has a huge block of shares. If insiders knew this was coming new cro would have been tipped off. I cashed the f out today with 10's of thousands of dollars in gains lost. Geert's credibility is shot. Whether he was dishonest or not in magnifying claim parameters repeatedly in presentations and prs. . it's moot. Geert should step down. What an embarrassing result.
Wow managing director of inventiv. Shady guy. Makes me even more certain in believing inventiv screwed over cvm. Interesting timing that arbitrator delays a week and this is filed.
Who are you . . New alias? Do you work for someone or are you manipulating yourself? Just sell and leave dude. Find another stock to toy with.
Our resident manipulator hard at work this a.m. typical bring price down and trigger stops, scoop shares.
It's a win. Write up would be far easier to say blah blah blah no fraud cvm "you lose". There are calcs for $ spent and lost with cro, stock price depreciation, time value of $ spent for loss, brand damage, medicine availability loss to patients and health loss i.e death, etc. A lot of stuff to calculate with precedence calcs on other cases. Arbitrator buried in award calcs. And the award will be massive. Cvm, a regular credible $1b+ company was nearly destroyed by inventiv.
I think the more it delays demonstrates arbitrators attempting to calculate every facet of damage. It's complex when a company drops so much in value as a result.
Imo it's an award in hundreds of millions with complex calculations. The math is what's taking so long. Just a guess. Could be driving reason.
H7N9 (type A) flu leaps work: Cvm influenza research dates back to 2009 including a 2013 research publication. While only on mice it was human cells in vitro (lending credibility for human effectiveness). In feb 2018 S-8 cvm stated "One should think of this treatment [...] as a potential pandemic flu treatment."
In 10Q cvm said they only have $10.5m potential costs remaining for mgmt of p3 trial. Ergomed is committed to $12m to study for a single digit % royalty. R&D costs keep reducing with brunt of multikine cost done. From warrant cash raise we're looking solid. Now if they win arb that will supply funds to manufacture with FDA approval.
From December article 6 countries with avian flu outbreaks: http://www.cidrap.umn.edu/news-perspective/2017/12/six-countries-report-more-avian-flu-outbreaks
February:Iraq, Israel, Ireland, Taiwan

Leaps could get a fast pass at some point if FDA sees urgent need
H7N9 new article. Cvm leaps works on vaccine for avian flus. https://www.healthline.com/health-news/this-strain-of-bird-flu-kills-one-third-of-patients#3
Nice
"There is a large phase 3 trial running in the first-line setting comparing the combination of immunotherapy with standard chemotherapy."

Geert could be readying the PR right now for release after close
Someone tried to bring price down ah last night. Foiled by a strong open they dumped a little more after open today and was able to walk it down 20 cents this a.m. MM made it easy for them. I guess at this point hoping the guy jumps back in. Sucks how easy someone can push price around.
So the arb decision should be in by tomorrow eod correct? 24th is Sunday. Highly doubt arbitrators will work over weekend to wrap up decision. Monday therefore would be late.
It's a manipulator. Imo someone owns 500k+ shares. Shakes the tree with a series of sells. Triggers [stop sell + scared holders] plunges and buys back. Been knocking this around for awhile.
You deserve a win. You're investment was severely damaged by cro. Old time cvm holders were victimized.
Thanks for digging that up. Arbitrators are taking awhile in imo because the award is going to be substantial. They need to test the calc set prob proposed by lake whillans in the hundreds of millions. I dont wanna get a backlash like I did when I said buy at $1.45. But we could see $400m to $500m imo. This was $1b+ company regularly before the cro damage and fallout as a result. FDA hold could be argued related as domino.
There is way more than $50m damage. Inventiv cost them 3 years of delay. Look at the chart and you can see the carnage of enterprise valuation as a result and domino damage. http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=CVM&insttype=Stock&freq=2&show=&time=12
If you wanna make some easy cheddar load up more before Friday. Will go berserker into Friday close.
Geert said in excess of $50m in latest presentations. He's the ceo. He has to make conservative claims. Legal requirements.
$400m+ is true award deserved
I agree. Move on arb speculation. Market cap still crazy low. I've wondered if there wasn't a whale that kept dumping around 3.20 after rebuys that suppressed price. We've either hurdled him or he/she being kind and holding now. Warrant cash should be factored into current price which I think it hasn't. Cvm funded well for a while. Anybody have estimates on cash position now? It should be solid into p3.
I agree. Prob $100m. Stock jumps to $10. Wild card is bigger award. Cvm certainly deserves it.
Multikine working. We aren't at 298 deaths yet. Longer that drags out the more obvious drug works. And the phase 2 results albeit a small group, were simply amazing.
What if the award is $500m+? Cro damages estimate could include patent exclusivity timeline truncation estimate. Stock should be much higher here on award potential. It will be more than $50m. Forensically examine damage to cvm.
$7+ next week. Splitting hairs at this point.
Breaking higher fast
Getting too close to arb decision. New buyers are coming in.
Big buys pouring in since late Friday. I think it could bounce higher. Index Funds auto add with Russell inclusion which will help.
We could jump to 3.75 with this volume
Leaps could provide benefits of tamiflu w/out side effects. Roche/Gilead is 1st generation.
Disease X. Avian flu new strain kills 1/3 of infected. Cvm working on avian bird flu vaccine. Patent granted week ago. https://www.plantbasednews.org/post/over-600-deaths-china-bird-flu-outbreak
Recent patent granted for avian flu in this last week is important. Leaps should not be overlooked in valuation of drug dev given deadly regular outbreaks of avian flu. Cvm could be a critical player in that treatment space.
