What do you do here then. Honest question. I have held for 4 years through all of the shit storms this stock has given me. Invested north of 10k and ate it for this long. Just kidding I will ride it out no matter what. Glta
Yeah me too. I was in at between 1 - 9 cents. Brought my average down over the past year from 4 cents to .0097. It was hard buying down those points but I knew I was long and kept my hopes that until the doors were shut I still had a shit with this company. I was disappointed in Monroe and Larry for how they turned their backs on the shareholders. But looking back at it now, we really have no idea what they were trying to turn around. I didn’t believe they were just crooks so I held and held and held. 4 years now. I know you haven’t lost anything until you sell. Go ICLD??
It’s been years since I’ve been on here. Totally stoked my patience is paying off. I kept my shares, after I do t know how many reverse splits., just over a million now and they are long hold shares! I was waiting for the ship to sink. But, riding the wave now. How exciting and hello again to the guys I used to see here back in 2017. Kenny, hou, Mohammed etc. I am almost even. Can’t believe it.
yeah I have lost about 7K if I sold now, which isn't much compared to how much to pay for the education I have gained in the market. But, the main thing is I have not sold a thing - just kept investing - I believe the job of a CEO is to make the company profitable and with the hole he had to dig this company out of - a merger is a WIN. I still have not realized a loss on this stock, and honestly think I will see the 7,000 back next year by holding. If not, then that's a lesson learned and I didn't go bankrupt trying to get rich on a longshot.
Bottom line is I have read all of the passionate speeches from Mohammed, this person, that person, etc for 2 years and I chalked it up to the fact they invested way too much of their money on somebody's word.
Lesson learned guys -- DON'T do that in the future. Wishing death on the ceo and team really doesn't make you look smart.
GLTA
Seems like a good thing for the stock - mergers are not closing the doors, and if reverse split happens-- but the stock soars whats the difference? Not getting rich, but getting your money back because it will not be penny stock for long..IMO

That statement absolutely crystalized my last 1 year 9 months with this stock. I should have gotten out (hindsight) last year when it went back to .009 before the 100-1 rs. I had over a million shares (averaged down over a year). I am down 6k now which is relative - so a big number to me -- it makes me sick the lying about shareholder value - I beileived in the bs that the ceo put out. My mistake - I cant keep throw $250 at a time at this dog but feel I have to...it sucks -- never again
the problem with trying to put value on the companies worth is that every deal they make involves devaluing SH value through this never ending dilution -- if the stock is going triple digits again soon there is no buying opportunity - just bag holders which is precisely what so many of us here have become.. Next reverse split approval will prove all of that out. And if they are still settling bad debt on the SH backs along with this latest settlement then the .01 price can not be sustained. UnBeleivable
How is any of this good news??? This is terrible and what were they sued for??
No words to express the loss you suffered. God bless
I can only dream that is it.. I can hardly remember the last time I have believed in this company -- its been an awful year and I think I gave up on it a few weeks ago...
Thats what I tried to ask Mark M. He just got quiet when it came to dilution, and then got back to talking about growing business. Good luck!
I understand speculating -- I get confused when you mention botttom and the charts---- The reason being we have no real idea when the dilution will end -- Until that day comes I am not really sure what the chart setup being matters very little or at all. The CEO needs to say this toxic debt is over at x time or this truly is an endless pit of dispair just like xylan and others have said for a year.. A year ago we did not see dilution like they have allowed the past 8 months
Pell, how can there be a floor if dilution hasn't stopped -- They may have backed off today a bit, but what makes you think that it won't pick right back up whenever wanted -- which will of course just kill any short term gains -- Until its stated, which never officially has - then I won't continue to invest - just hold and watch like I have for a few months now.
yeah I am about the same position as you.. I have enough invested to really care, but the dilution has to stop first... and if we hit a penny again I'm concerned they will r/s it again...I hope not -- Hoping that they get done with he toxic debt soon.. all we need to see this thing go is a statement concerning when the t trades will stop. That is the only thing that matters IMO.
whats to read?? I mean really, none of this matters if the dilution doesn't come to some finality.. it's just gain a little lose more --. They have to take care of the debt period. Or bounces are temp and unless you throw a ton more money in t, you won't get back to even with your investment. I am done throwing money into it, because I am not certain another RS isn't in the future. Sorry to see the level of dilution consistent and the lack of concern form the people running the company. I will wait until r/s or the end of the year and cut my losses.
The trouble is -- if corrects and settles into a positive price per share - the dilution just erases and momentum the stock gains..Until the bad debt is settled every gain is just temporary.. I'm just praying it doesn't go back to a penny and then the next RS option is thrown out there. If only the dilution would stop.
I called him a month ago as well. He picked up and said he would be happy to chat with me. I didn't get a call back when he said on more then one occasion he would. Busy guy, but frustrated I called him out on a text and that got his attention and he phoned me right away. I explained my frustration with the dilution, and reverse splits destroying any value the people who invested had. He acknowledged the dilution, but was vague on when it would stop. He was passionate about talking about the turnaround and the product line that is beginning to take traction.
I spent over 20 minutes on the phone with him, and at the end of the call I felt exactly what drew me in to begin with. A CEO with a plan to turnaround a company by cutting all the fat, and balancing the books - all while having a product or products which have potential with tier 2 /3 providers to be very successful. The guy is not a crook, I simply don't believe that. He took a bloated and bankrupt company and had to completely gut it, and start over. The ways to do that are very limited without filing bankruptcy, so it hurts.. Hopefully your vision can come to fruition during this improbable but necessary move. I am long and will see were this goes over the course of the next year. Rome wasn't built in a day... IMO
I am buying myself. The next quarter will show a profit as well IMO -
Yes, the company has leveraged its debt to aggressive lenders who seem to sell daily. That is what keeps beating the share price down. When it finally stops - this thing will breath and take off. But, not until then... IMO
Pell - I understand why you don't see any light with the daily dilution here. But the debt has to be settled one way or the other. I believe this year will be nothing other then positive as revealed with the first profits being reported last q. I am definitely seeing this as an opportunity. Why doesn't the rest of the crowd here see the end to dilution in sight. This is not from CEO taking any profits -- He has taken zero since his massive investment last year. Stay positive -- only bashers are left even the longs are now playing that roll . I still see the turnaround and long term investment -- Also nothing filed for reverse splits in future -- JMO
No it has ZERO reason to go down -- If the dilution has ended then this sucker is going to run -- Company made a profit with their CURRENT product line! This isn't a fluke - they will only improve their strategy in the market & increase sales quarter after quarter --
There is not an anchor on this company indefinitely.. Glad I'm in and patient! GO ICLD!!!
Nothing about the company now represents a fall backward. They have done a tremendous job eliminating the debt and honing their core assets/ while dumping the businesses that cost more to operate then generating revenue. If you are a long term invester - as long as you have not sold then you haven't lost -- I have bought all along, so my average isn't bad.. I'm fine with the bashers' bashing - It been a year and a half of it, so why stop now.
Lets see where the settles at the end of the year. I bet Munroe meets his promise of increasing shareholder value.
Bash away...
You know NOTHING about predicting the future of this stock. It's a Long thing -- your OPINION is just that......GO ICLD
I can't wait to see the back tracking happen -- All of the talk about crooks and scams.. We'll see in the long run how this company does -- Never made sense to me how every long on here turned south when we didn't have the information to make statements like were being made. Go ICLD!
It takes a lot of work to rebuild a company to profitability that was taken to the brink of destruction.. I think the last reverse split (even though we all knew about it), killed the longs perspective on all of the positive that had been done to balance the company's books. I wonder what all of the people who call the ceo names, and wish him to go to jail etc., could have done better. He hasn't quit on this company or the people who work there and doesn't show signs of doing so.... I am waiting patiently for this to pay off--- by hopefully end of the year.
Lets see what happens - dilution will end - this company would have folded already if it was going to..
I'm waiting patiently-- This horse aint dead yet.
I know you are a long, and have been on the ride with you myself for a year and a half now. The last reverse split was a true kick in the gut. I will make my final push once the Q is released. I may sell at that point (cut my extensive losses),or buy to average down, and do what you are with whatever bounce a failed stock gets - so I can break even hopefully. Best of luck to you, maybe there is a chance left yet.. We'll see.
How do you know about the numbers? Nothing has been published yet.
I don't think so. I personally think this company is still viable. We'll see how it goes, but nobody here knows regardless of what they say. Only the numbers will tell the story. And we haven't seen them yet
I called him and went to voicemail. I left a message with my number -- seriously doubt I will hear back, but I'll post if he does cmb.
Did they ever report the last financials?
its quiet because everyone has lost hope -- nothing to talk about other then pure guesses on what positive may come.. It's really gotten pathetic at this point. just holding until its all over - learned a huge lesson on business rules, ethics, law concerning accepting money from investors. Very eye opening what is legal to do / represent to investors. Much like a ponzi scheme.
No, I show .135 on several different sites as close including etrade
Amen.. holding for a year and a half and keep buying after historic lows and reduction after reduction is brutal. I am ready to call it on this one.. What a lesson I've learned - last gasp on breaking even and turning a very small profit is in next 3-4 months. If I can stand it that long.. exhausted with this investment.
Called IR this morning, and 10K to be filed March 31st.. I asked about the continued dilution that is going on, and she stated that is indeed still from their debt holders "irresponsibly cashing in their shares". Also she stated they have some blocks put up..? but ...She did not or could not indicate when this would stop. Also, she stated that the Q1 results would be out May 1st for some reason. Phone number to IR is: 501-988-1988
I find it interesting that so many people think they have it all figured out. The fact is if half of what is posted about the CEO was true, he would be in jail by now. I'm not buying that all of the work on balancing the books to get cash flow positive was a massive shell game for a fake dilution company. I have a little more confidence in the technology then to believe this is all a ruse. I'm looking forward to seeing the know it all posters on here proven wrong. GLT everyone who has invested -- It's not a loss until you sell at a loss.
Well that was a disappointing press release. Nothing very upbeat in that message at all..Just waiting this out -- feel as I might as well go down with the ship. If its as transparent as xylan paints it to be -- this is one expensive lesson I will have learned.
@Ofri -- this article is 4 years old -- what relevance is it supposed to have at the point. The company doesn't even resemble what the article reflects. Their core product line has completely change and they have sold off and streamlined their products and services. worthless info that misleads people on where and what this company is and is about.
