CVSI. Did you ever wonder how CWEB got to $7.00 for the IPO. Have you seen the premium used to get to that number.
Whatever SP CVSI HAS IS ORGANIC.
I am going to take a look into this. Get back to you later with this information.
The market can play with the company's MarketCap but can't take away what the company has organically accomplished or it's efficiency.
CWEB has to deliver as promised to it's shareholder due to the implied premium. CWEB has a serious problem with it's efficiency, regulatory compliance and competition from OTHER GROWERS entering the space. Good luck with that.
This kind of post makes me more curious about CWEB.
Similar strategies but different technologies.
1. Combination of 2 technologies. QD-Blockchain and CSM-Blockchain
CVSI. Don't forget that hemp farmers need guidance by mid-January to prepare for next season. They were promised a green light. The USDA came through already. They are waiting for the FDA.
I am lost here. Can you explain you take...
Who is Carl Buccellato.
TIA
Things we need to see:
1. A QDEX ant-counterfeit deal with a well respected company. To me it is more important the proof of concept that the money that will be made because that means the there will be more similar deals.
2. QDEX in India ASAP helps in that sense. Future licensees need references from where to draw decisions. If you can track your own QD production that would be a great proof of concept.
----------------------------------
It seems like the QDEX anti-counterfeit technology could serve the more serious pharma producers in India very well. It's a huge market and must have plenty counterfeiters. It also seems to be very easy to implement. By introducing the QD ink in the already existing capsule printers. Seems to be very straight forward. Once fine tuned, the company only needs to replicated and keep improving it. It could seriously take off.
I also like the fact that Steven says that the cost to implement this technology is nothing compare to the losses the companies are sustaining due to counterfeited products. The economics of the adoption (By a customer) of this technology is very well explained in the presentation.
RE: presentation min 37:30
It will all depend on the reasons for the RSS (reverse stock split) and the Co. financial condition at the time.
If the company becomes cash flow positive and management feels that it's sustainable, if revenue is expected to grow, then a RSS is warranted to prepare for NASDAQ. The SP needs to be above $2.00 as a minimum under certain operational and financial conditions to be able to join the Nasdaq.
If the company doesn't become cash flow positive soon, then the increase in A/S or RSS is unavoidable.
That's not true. CVSI is counting on interim rules and for supplements specially. Final FDA rules can take longer but he never gave that time frame.
There is enough work and proof out there (and the FDA has it) to regulate the hemps extracts as supplements.
The FDA has the historic Adverse Event Report (AER) data from 4 companies. Lots and lots of data. Zero dangerous situation.
"Gotta be better than the hand tended, masterfully bred CBD rich flowers grown by CWBHF. Plants specifically grown for their cannabinoid profile to create a true wellness product. "
Investors got sold what CWBHF wanted to sell you. You didn't pay attention to the fundamentals. It happens all the time.
Investors got sold "$120 to 170M in sales." by CWBHF management.
Investors got sold "We don't need financing, we will have plenty CASH FLOW next year" BOOM, dilution. by CWBHF.
None here can complain about CVSI, investors here have enough problems with your darling CWBHF.
Trades went bad and some traders are pissed because they don't know what's going to happen and don't have the stomach of a well informed investor to ride the up and downs.
Traders are trapped and can't figure out the next move and traders don't like to wait because that's NOT their style.
Pay attention. So good luck for the traders and they can sell CVSI any time they want. No one forced them to buy it in the first place.
And CGC just joined the party.
Canopy Growth (quietly) launches CBD consumer line in U.S.
Dec. 4, 2019 4:49 PM ET|About: Canopy Growth Corporation (CGC)|By: Douglas W. House, SA News Editor
With no fanfare, Canopy Growth (NYSE:CGC) has launched its hemp-derived CBD brand, First & Free, in the 31 U.S. states that allow such sales.
The line includes softgels, oil drops and topical creams.
The FDA issued a statement last month that it cannot conclude that cannabis compounds are safe in human or animal food products.
Canopy's First & Free website, still in the testing phase, displays a disclaimer saying: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
Company spokesperson Jordan Sinclair says early signs are "positive" with some orders successfully placed.

SPECIAL REPORT: Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods's New Startup Quietly Unveils Their 100% Legal CBD Miracle Oil and Big Pharma is Furious
By Alice Palmer, Thursday, December 5, 2019
Greedy drug companies outraged that seniors now have a safe, non-prescription, pain remedy to treat arthritis, chronic pain, joint aches, inflammations & other ailments. For details, keep reading…
(Washington, D.C.) – After suffering for years from psoriatic arthritis, Phil Mickelson set out to find the safest, most potent form of legal medicinal cannabis oil for treating a wide range of diseases, mental disorders, and conditions like he suffers from, psoriatic arthritis. After treating his psoriatic arthritis with CBD, Phil Mickelson had a mission to make this miracle oil available to the masses.
The businessman and golf legend teamed up with longtime friend, Tiger Woods, who has been dealing with back pain for years and says CBD oil is the only thing that has improved his condition. Together, the power duo was determined to create something that would not only work effectively but would also be affordable for everyday American's.
The duo unveiled the new fruits of their labor during a live television interview. During the meeting, Phil Mickelson broke down the science behind it and revealed that you immediately feel the positive effects upon ingesting the great miracle oil.
Their product Botanic Releaf CBD sold out within ten minutes when first launched and it seems the world can’t get enough of the benefits and results.
Now available to all Americans, Their Botanic Releaf CBD, is the product of years of research spanning multiple continents and continuous, very personal investments by both Phill and Tiger and other investors. As the founders, Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods are so confident in the power of their CBD miracle oil that they have now opened it up to the public for all American's who are suffering and are willing to give it a chance. Phil Mickelson went on to say that their miracle oil is so good that even big pharma is trying to shut them out of business.
This proven pain relief miracle is drug-free. Scientific studies from around the world have shown it treats arthritis, chronic pain, joint aches, inflammation, anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, insomnia and a slew of other common ailments. The amazing thing is it does all of this naturally. That means no more prescriptions, no more doctors and no more addictive and deadly opioids.
This miracle pain relief formula will take a big chunk out of the pharmaceutical industry’s $446-billion profits. Profits they make at our expense. Which is why Big Pharma is fighting to ban it again.
"Botanic Releaf CBD is the product of thousands of hours of research and development. We wouldn't sell something we didn't believe in or something that we couldn't stand behind. We take it personally, and our family members do too, and the benefits are just out of this world. The big and sometimes corrupt pharmaceutical monopolies of this country don't want you to know about this because it will cut into their profits" said Tiger Woods.
"Botanic Releaf CBD is something I am very passionate about, if I thought this wasn't the best product out there I wouldn't use it by myself and I wouldn't put my name on it." Phil Mickelson added.

Thanks for the post and the information. I will take a look.
But my question was: How do I find each SKU COA information if I am a new customer buying online?
But thanks, I will take a look.
I have to thank you for that article. I like reading the origins (history) of a great company. How brilliant it's founder was to build a market (Food Fiber Hemp CBD) from the then wasted part of the plant (The top third) fro Europe. I have read it before but now it made a lot more sense. Plenty tells related to the current situation. Some things changed and others never will. Check out the politicians involved and the connections. The same that champion the FARM BILL.
You still didn't answer my question about CWBHF webpage and product contents. But it's OK, I am done for a while.
If that is what is was then, so be it. I don't see anything wrong with that picture or content of the barrels. It's being pelletized now. Grown in the Netherlands and extracted in Germany. Well known stable industrial hemp strains too. And the company has another name today.
I didn't know that CWBHF had the technology to bottle the tinctures straight from the flower without the raw material EVER becoming a tar, paste, thick dark oil. YOU WON.
I am buying some CWBHF shares tomorrow.......or whenever their Hybrid strains get approved by the USDA and THE FDA.
So after so much emphasis in your post to answer my questions on the hemp tar barrels, where is your answer about CWBHF transparency for the new customers?
Where can I find (EASILY like PROVIDED) the true contents of CWBHF products when I visit the webpage????
Please answer with he same emphasis. Just if you dare. You have demonstrated this board that you can handle any MJ/CBD topic. It should be VERY EASY for you. Enjoy the misleading and entrapping CWBHF webpage.
I can say the same. Where is the picture of the barrel full of tar with a more recent date like 2015. Clearly identifying CVSI's imported product, Obviously.
You would have posted anything you could proof long time ago. But you CAN'T.
CWBHF: What's the content of the products????? There could be new (more savvy) customers interested in knowing to evaluate their investment.
Is that SILENCE I HEAR???
CWBHF. Contact the company if interested. Use your own time. I already did.
CWBHF. ....Theory HAS BEEN DEBUNKED. As always.
Here's a handful of simple questions for cv sciences:
-When(If) did they step using hexane?
-When do they plan on using flowers?
-What exactly is in the barrels?
-How does hemp become paste in the barrels before shipping to the U.S.?
CWBHF can't even show what's in the product before you buy it and you are comparing transparency towards the customers.
No hexane is being used to produce PlusCBD. We answered that question long time ago. The company was contacted with that inquiry and the answer was a NEGATIVE. EASILY found Certificate of Analysis (Something that CWBHF lacks) can confirm my statement.
You can look it up at the bottom of the webpage.
Worst case scenario questions:
If the whole CBD industry was to collapse next year (very unlikely), what would happen to all the small companies and the fly-by-night operations?
What happens to all the new hemp farmers? Hemp crop sales are already having a tough time.
Would retailers and natural stores owners be afraid of selling any unknown CBD products with all the confusion and the lawsuit risks?
Which brands would the retailers keep if they are forced to choose by current circumstances?
How would CVSI fare under such conditions? And compare to the rest?
How would the FDA comments affect old CBD customers? How about new ones?
How about the E-Commerce?
I think that CVSI should go ahead and put "Self-Affirmed-GRAS" on the labels now and challenge the FDA. I rather get in trouble with the FDA while confronting them than getting stabbed in the back by a customer who probably belongs to a bigger player's destructive agenda.
The problem with the FDA is that they are not willing to make the distinction between the articles:
ISOLATE and FSHE. They are stalling the badly needed regulatory guidance on purpose maybe looking for something in return, now that they have the whole industry by the balls.
It's all a power play.
Can you notice the effects of any of those products within minutes of inventing them???
Most of those products don't even have any of the advertised compound because people can't tell the difference. And when they do, the body is only capable of absorbing 10 to 15% of the regular dosage.
The FDA doesn't enforce the delivery of the content in most of those products either. Companies know that and they abuse the ignorance of the general public.
The CBD products price point are more expensive than those other supplements, so people will want to know exactly what they are taking. At least the smart ones.
This is only what you see and that's all. Your personal view on the topic. PERIOD.
Please show me ANYHTING DONE BY CWBHF.
I'll be waiting
I have always been invited by members of your board. And I used to be interested in CWBHF as a posible investment until I started reading the conference call transcripts.
Jefra you keep saying as if CWEB was some kind of start up that it has been in business for a little bit over a year since IPO.. while they have been farming hemp and working on research and optimal genetic plant since 2013.. longer then anyone in this sector.. they spent fair amount of money and time on research to get to the point where they are now. This is why their stock and company is valued were it is because all time and money that was spent for the last decade is priced in.
Sure there are companies that they are going to work on research and genetics to come up with similar high CBD strain as CWEB and I absolutely think they should.. it's fair game but everyone is years behind CWEB with their research to create strain that will create consistent plan and product..
While CVSI keeps holding on to fiber hemp and even didn't start doing research on CBD hemp instead they spent all their money for research on a gum.. big difference imo and there is nothing wrong with that. They just have different vision for the future of the company imo you prefer their business, please stick with them.
Also you keep saying that there is no data from CWEB. Their Charlotte’s Web strain was used in multiple studies in the hospitals in Colorado and California to help epileptic patients. I'm pretty sure they have all data.. again.. since 2013..
And yes, they have Nathan Gerhardt as their attorney who is in charge of regulatory compliance. He has pretty impressive resume especially when it comes to dietary supplements..
Also he did wrote a letter to USDA with his comments and suggestions on regulations after Farm Bill.. so no, cvsi is not the only one that tries to help out with regulations.. if you ask me, the info that cvsi presented to FDA about low strength of CBD is going to actually hurt whole industry if FDA follows cvsi suggestions..
That was a selfish move by cvsi that made me personally not willing to support them anymore even though I still hold lots of their shares.. some of them are deeply red.
Excellent question. The answer is VERY EASY.
In this space the SCIENCE will prevail in the longer term and NOT the BRAND.
Back stories are great to get started but NOT to survive in the longer term.
Brands will have to be built around the SCIENCE done on the products. WHY?
Because CBD FSHE is not "A fashion thing". People need it. Customer will become smarter and will seek products that best serve their purpose. Not all FSHE are made the same way nor have the same combination of cannabinoids. So they will be clear a differentiation among brands because of their content and "intended use". Does this sound familiar????
NO SCIENCE = NO FUTURE
Do you still feel the same today about your statement???
Where is CWBHF regulatory compliance team???
Where is the FDA in all your products????
Where is the SCIENCE TO BACK any of your products (CWBHF) claims???
Where is the R&D spend to build the MOAT???
Where is the TRANSPARENCY when a new customer wants to check the content of any product before they buy it???
These are things that YOUR PRECIOUS MANAGEMENT will have to fix now.
WHERE IS THE VISION.............
Too many unanswered question to be a so called "LEADER"
FAILED.
1. It's a total mix up. People can't hear anything about CBD without thinking about FSHE.
2. When the FDA is in the same sentence as CBD then people have to think about the ISOLATE form.
3. A lawsuit is a lawsuit no matter how frivolous it is. And specially when there is no SCIENTIFIC WORK to back what's on the label. No one wants that kind of problem.
4. @ CWEB, there is no direct access to the content's of the product either before you buy it. That could weigh on the defense.
Complete Transparency, SCIENCE, SAFETY. R&D SPEND. These are things that a company needs to be ON TOP OF if they want to make it in this market. You never know where the next blow will come from.
CVSI is ONLY company taking care of business always thinking of the regulatory compliance. We have been doing it for the past 3 years at least.
Long CVSI
I corrected my post because I am not sure what's next. Thanks for your observation.
I know, I think the same and also believe that the issue got resolved. If there was an issue with an agreement, then maybe Hartigan sign a new and more specific agreement. That would take care of the problem.
QMC blockchain tech was design by another company for a different purpose.
On a positive note: This shows that Intiva consider's Hartigan knowledge and experience valuable.
Amtronics website domain could expire? Of the company which prospers for decades?!
What a nonsense!
Company which thrives for decades suddenly disappears from internet for several months!!!
Amtronics India most probably is another SCAM - does anybody know this company? Or only pretends to know :)

Marty: What happens if the FDA decides to classify the compound for what it is.
1. CBD......Isolate. Pure form >99% concentration
2. FSHE...Most natural HEMP extract.
3. DECARB FSHE......Decarboxilated FSHE.
4. FSHE Distillate.
5. BSHE. Broad Spectrum HE.
6. Natural Hemp Flower and other parts.
AND so on.
Isn't it all in the wording??? Could it be possible then?
Just asking.
This raises many questions.
1. How broad was the Intiva Health & Hartigan confidentiality agreement?
2. How similar are their technology? Intiva H & QMC.
3. Can Hartigan continue working with QMC in the mean time? He was served on Nov. 13 and he presented a webinar on Nov 19th.
4. The injunction hearing was canceled. Did they reach a new agreement on Nov 22 and finished this matter by Nov26 ?

Case 19-2774
The company's monthly burn rate is around $600K (around $7 million annually, the company has been incurring annual loss of around $7 million), there should be 14 million issued in November to cover operating expenses, but as of Nov 27, no shares were issued, It is a good sign, it could mean there is money received from Amtronics but it is up to Stephen to report it at his discretion.
Every CBD co in the world should be grateful for that piece on CW.
Just seems like lots of jealousy here.
The magnitude of the CW story is something many here refuse to acknowledge. It’s one of the reasons it holds its premium sp and has institutional backing. You can’t buy the heartwarming, true story of Charlotte
With any amount of money. The development is priceless.
Ironically, the brothers were just trying to help a little girl out of kindness. They perfected and refined the formula and saved her life. It snowballed into the company you see today.
Compare that to a company importing industrial hemp form Europe with a backstory of fraud and BOOM- you should be able to understand why the market gives a premium to CW.
But alas...I fear I’m expecting too much
$CVSI. You lost me here. What should I google???
