liz..... what is FUD? and is it a synonym for 'the truth'? TIA
And which is sleazier?
Scamming MILLIONS from a collective group of people-while wearing the badge of 'helping humanity', or sharing your honest opinions, based upon the dismal facts, on a message board on the internet??????????
Answer that honestly, and kindly go take a flying one.....
" if DNAG obtains other financing besides DNAG shares!"
HOW? HIGHLY UNLIKELY. They need to come up with a better horse and pony show than their pharma quest. The market of idiotuneducatedinvestors seems to be drying up....... How can DNAG do anything, without selling shares to support basic operations?
Haha.... I see nobody still has anything relevant to say here.... only childish attacks on those who expose the ugly truth. What ever happened to the BioFrontera IPO?
dr_fru...
regarding ice's question about statinome being dead....
I think he was referring to the absence of anymore mention of it on the press release at the end when they describe what the company does......
Now it boasts of epoblah..... no more ova or stat promos...... Or at least that's what I believe he was referring to....
"old angry pre-splitters" Yeah, since the split was SOOOO long ago. Like, it's almost been a whole year!
"IF any care to take a look at a 3 year chart for DNAG"
ROFL.... Did you happen to notice the steady downward decline in that chart??? I hope you didn't have on those silly 'rose-colored' glasses again when you were looking..... What was the price this day, 3 years ago?
isn't that what the company is doing to investor's money? Afterall, they were the ones who claimed they would ask for approval from shareholders, through a proxy vote, for any issuances of shares. I do beleive that was a grave misrepresentation by the company, which had direct material effect upon their investments... But hey, that's just my opinion.
Wow. Nice little temper tantrum. What was it all about, if what Frog said was absolutely correct in the first place???? Or was it the simple fact that he brought it to public attention? Quite amusing how you went on that little rant claiming Frog is misleading, but you never point out where/how...... I would say you blew a fuse when Frog exposed something that was misleading to your benefit......
What happened with that afterhours trade yesterday, golf? Can you explain how it happened???
This stock doesn't trade afterhours. That could have been MM's adjusting their books. Either way, this stock doesn't traded afterhours.
Here you go, dr dewdew...
Rumor is rumor. No evidence exists to the public, otherwise it would be fact, not rumor. A rumor doesn't need evidence. It's a rumor. I'll say it more clearly for you
IT HAS BEEN RUMORED THAT STOCKPIMPDADDY AND M0NEYLOOSER1, ON THE RAGINGBULL MESSAGE BOARD ARE ACTUALLY DR.FRUDAKIS. GO READ AND JUDGE FOR YOURSELF.
As well as other aliases.
Sorry, no proof. It's not illegal for them to do it.
That is what I am trying to figure out. How does any of this add value to DNAG. What if BIOF hammers their shareholder equity with dilution in a similar way that DNAG did? What if the IPO is worth 90%+ in less than a year? Does DNAG have to immediately sell to make a profit? Is there a chance it will never IPO, even? Nothing here makes sense, unless the whole thing was designed by those on the inside to enhance and preserve their own value, and not the value of the shareholders.... Who stands to gain from this? CosmicLifeWorm would have you believe that this will/has enhanced shareholder value.... but where is it?
With just the right amount of smoke, and the mirrors pointed in the right directions, he is right! But i fail to see how this enhances shareholder value.
go enjoy some reading by StockPimpDaddy or MoneyLooser1 over on the RagingBull board. It has been rumored by many that they were the one and only good doctor Frudakis, himself. What ever happened to that performance-based pay? TDiamonds was right the whole time........ so was Hogsgeteaten..... and easymedicine......etc.....
What happened to all of your pumping, wrl? Remember all of your baseless attacks against innocent posters who asked reasonable questions regarding this investment, and you attacked them? Do you always act in such a weak-willed fashion, attacking with the pack, or .....? Wow, some of your own words here...... "Posted by: wrl

Dr. Fud and his cohorts are obviously trying to drive the price down. DNAG has great potential with their partnerships and pipeline of products. Of course, Fud says this is factured into the pps. Nothing positive, always negative."
Did you ever think, that when nothing positive is actually created by the company, that maybe the pessimistic and cautionary attitude that is demonstrated by certain posters, may actually be warranted?
I have a bridge for sale, in case anyone is interested......
Never. Smoke and mirrors. Smoke and mirrors. EOM
What ever happened with this? "In addition, to induce the shareholders of Biofrontera to consent to the
transaction, we entered into a put agreement with another Biofrontera
shareholder, Heidelberg Innovation. Pursuant to this agreement, if by December
31, 2005 Biofrontera does not complete its current offering of debt securities
for at least 10 million Euro, Heidelberg Innovation may require us to purchase
Heidelberg Innovation's ownership interest in Biofrontera of approximately 49%
for 1.6 million Euro (approximately $1.96 million)."
What value has DNAG gained from this BioFrontera deal? Does anyone know? DNAG could have been forced to buy ownership interest from Heidelberg Innovation, of BioF's shares. Can anyone shed some light as to what is going on here? TIA.
3 strikes? WTF are you talking about? I posted on post on that board in my life, today. If I wanted to use multi-aliases u dimwitted fool, I could do it, unabated. Ever hear of proxy servers? Sorry I don't stoop as low as you do. I just wanted to see if they were really that unaccepting over there. Now I know. And will do all I can to expose the fraud that goes on there. The SEC will be contacted.
Wow, kicked off the gestapo board after 1 post, which simply was DD on EPO.

So far the administrators here have been wonderfully excellent in their suppor for us to have a pleasant place for discussion free of FUD...
God Bless and take care,

I beleive Robert is the orchestrator of the fraudulent activity.
those are typos..... not horrible grammar. There is a difference. When someone is indirectly calling me an idiot, it brings me joy to know that 3rd grade grammar is beyond that person.
I bet the stock is moving up for two reasons. 1. Momo pump going on.
2. Whoever is selling the shares the company is constantly issuing, is holding off, allowing the price to rise a bit.
How does one "loose" money? I have heard of people being loose with money. But I have a hard time understanding your rudimentary grammar. I expect this shortcoming of yours is just an example of the many you have. Good day, sir!
You're, not your. I learned that around the 3rd grade. But besides that. If I do turn out to be wrong, I'm man enough to admit it. Are you?
Thanks to PreciousLife on the RB board for this. "Fri Mar 17, 2006 6:35 AM ET
LONDON, March 17 (Reuters) - Britain's cost-effectiveness medicines watchdog ruled on Friday that costly erythropoietin (EPO) drugs should not be used to treat anaemia caused by anti-cancer therapy, dealing a blow to drug firms and cancer campaigners.
Many cancer patients suffer anaemia as a result of their chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment.
"Erythropoietin is recommended for use in the management of anaemia only as part of ongoing or new clinical trials," the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) said in a statement on its Web site.
NICE's final appraisal determination follows a similar provisional recommendation last July, made after a lengthy assessment of EPO medicines made by Amgen Inc , Johnson & Johnson and Roche Holding AG .
NICE -- whose job is to decide which therapies should be paid for by the state-run National Health Service -- said EPO drugs cost between 2,500 pounds ($4,388) and 5,000 pounds ($8,777) per course of treatment.
Patient groups said the alternative was increased use of blood transfusions, which would place a big burden on the National Blood Service.
They estimate that two out of three cancer patients suffer from anaemia, a debilitating condition that can making daily tasks very difficult. "
Your opinion. I say it's the stupid thing to do, based upon the history of the company and it's stock price. History is on my side. It might be alright for the momo play that is going on right now. Could be good for a quick little play. But, I don't think with all of the constant dilution, that this stock could hold a much higher price. I could be wrong. I've seen shell companies hold higher market caps than this, ahem, stock. We'll see how good this pump and dump works out. But I am not into pump and dumps, or else I would take part.
But Nick, that golfingfool said this was another $25 Million in the bank for DNAG! LOL
Revenues have been "starting to increase" for years. But you go on ahead, and don't worry about those who have been dealt a 90% loss in the last year.
Investors, once upon a time, thought Ovanome and Statinome was the "BIG PICTURE". Shouldn't you have disclosed something before posting, so the GOV can't come after you?
Not many shares went through at .016. However, last July when DNAG did the devastating REVERSE SPLIT, the stock price was around .16. Why can't the investors who invested into DNAG stock at that time, see a profit on their investment without "averaging down".
Never throw good money after bad. That's what averaging down would be, imo.
Thank you sir, for continually showing your true colors. Your personal attacks are TOS violations and will be dealt with accordingly.
PUALNESS-
Why would someone EVER have to average down? Why can't the company perform on the original investments that were made into it by stockholders???????? Or did they ever intend to???
ROFL bigdrive! 9 short months ago DNAG was worth 14 cents more than they are currently! What a glorious rise to stockholder profits! LOL
Exactly! Only .14 more and we'll be where we were around the time of the devastating Reverse Split!
Thank you rideboldlyride. Now could you apologize like an adult, for being so rude to NICKOFTIME, who was correct the whole time and was chastized by you? Or are you really "done with him now", for really? TIA
NICK- I beleive you're 100% correct. Unless someone can post evidence(which hasn't been altered), which supports their claims.
Ummm- Ellipsis Bio and Ellipsis Neuro are 2 different companies. So I guess this deal has no bearing on DNAG at all!
"7. SALE OF ASSETS AND DEBT CONVERSION

"
Here is what you posted-NOTE THE HIGHLITED DIFFERENCES.
"I thought the same way you do at first, but it's in the amended 8K as someone posted a bit earlier. You can let it go now.

How does that put $25 Million "in the bank" for DNAG?
I know, because you've been guilty of posting lies many times here!
Michiko......
The one that fabricates stories. But that is just my opinion, based upon my idea of what a "basher", and a "pumper" is. I don't think either one has any effect upon a stock, unless they lie.
Although, if you look at the stock's history, anyone who decided to buy the stock based on what an "extreme pumper" has said, has probably watched their stock depreciate considerably. And anyone who didn't buy the stock based upon an "extreme basher", only missed out on potential depreciation of investment.
So I must say, based upon the factual history of the stock, the pumpers overwhelmingly have been more damaging to potential investors.
lol just called (Transfer Agent Phone# 801-571-8844) and Cindy said 306,066,009. On the ninth she said "306,066,309.2 outstanding @ 2:45 EST EOM"
Eh?
