"A significant treatment effect in women means only that it met the endpoint of being statistically significant". Is that fact or opinion? Is there a link to that?
TOTALLY inaccurate statement about the fda. Ive presented clear, indesputable points about wasted funds for research and resubmissions due to fda lack of understanding of the technology. Dems the facts.
Not ONE positive? Thats hard to believe.
hmmmmm, funny i reread my post Where did i say they didnt say that?
Already been discussed and explained. Next.
Ah yes the argument that its a gizmo and snake oil and yet fda only clears devices proven safe and effective. ah yes. btw nhs doesnt say that at all.
I totally agree. Like only talking about the negatives and NEVER talking about the positives.
WRONG, but then again there are hundreds of pennies to choose from if this sucks so bad.
If you actually read the WHOLE report you would know that actipatch is not recommended for chronic pain that lasts longer than 3 months, HOWEVER if you also read the conclusions for foot and knee indication, you will find that actipatch is determined to be safe and effective. Great example of proper dd.
You got that right.
Does it? Not quite.Next
Hey doc, thanks for your valuable contributions here. You obviously know a good investnent choice here.
That was the "topper"? The topper for me was when fda cleared Actipatch was referred to as snake oil and a gizmo. That was my "topper".
Wrong!
700k based on what? Where is the overhyping? Do you mean investors who want this to succeed? You got that right.
Babies are small.
I am pretty sure theyre out promoting the products. Visiting va locations is a good idea. We're taking baby steps trying to get product recognition. Its a slow, painful process.
Very logical answer. They aint got no money to advertise. Why would they advertise BEFORE the product was available in more locations than the 200 cvs stores in the U. S.? Why would they NOT advertise if it meant more sales? They aint got no money and as of now, no partner. Sorry, thats the reality. Sending products to media outlets is great, but we cant force them to promote them. Theyre working, just not as fast as some would like.
Lets break down just a few false predictions and lies.
1. This gizmo doesnt work.
2. Bankruptcy right around the corner.
3. This will NEVER get fda clearance.
4. A reverse split any day.
Some excellent dd there.
Snake oil and a gizmo and bankruptcy. Similarities are astonishing.
Given that there are HUNDREDS of penny stocks out there, the interest here is fantastic.
Yeah weve all heard that one. Next.
Heres whats unrealistic. Thinking that, once actipatch gains even a small amount of recognition, that it wont make a small dent in opioid use. Nhs thinks so. Thats why its included in their post op kit. Unbiased FACTS work best.
Toohot, there are no guarantees this is ever going to be profitable. Weve had a million losing quarters in a row. We've had fda obstacles. We've had some questionable judgement issues, penalized by the sec, now in the rear view. We now have cvs, a new relationship with the va and a bunch of other things to give us hope. All that matters is that each of us has done their own dd and can make educated investment decisions. Claims of doom and gloom, over the top rosy predictions, outright lies and one sided views are just noise in my opinion. Good weekend to you.
That is some powerful dd. Good thing we dont invest based on opinions.
Its obvious they know nothing about business. They dont advertise because they dont want to sell anything. They just want to spin us around until they go bankrupt. geez
All the facts are a wonderful(and sometimes painful) thing, arent they?
No he hasnt because he KNOWS it doesnt work. lol
How many potential entrants were there? How many did they choose? Dont forget, theyre in cvs and working on the va relationship. Thats an investors perspective.
Just a not credible opinion.
Does that make everyone liable? Is that a serious question?
And you havent been here long enough to know, based on the history of a poster, who has integrity and who doesnt. Its not ALWAYS obvious but sometimes it is. Having said that, its up to each person, through their own dd, to determine truthfulness.
This is why putting all your pennies and pinning all your hopes on a hi risk penny stock is not the best idea.
Kind of like a rainy tsunami. I love snapshot highlighted snapshot trading events. Thats how day traders work, not longs.
Tsunamis of water go pretty high. Maybe it looked like rain.
And thats not the only thing that defines a tsunami as i clearly stated.
And AGAIN, I point to the fact that this is a high risk, no guarantees penny stock. People dont like that truth but it doesnt change it.
I love the tsunsmi interpretation. Its also powerful and encompassing in a short period of time. Im sure thats what is meant by the tsunami reference. Everything isnt always gloom and doom.
450k? Based on what?
Its amazing that most of us know this, isnt it?
