How many companies have to wait for the fda to get it's act together? How many companies survive all these years relying on a combination of dilution and sales. All with limited advertising? Answer is not many. Manufacturing, studies and business expense allrequire money. Brilliant considering the immense obstacles. If you want more FACTS, just ask.
I have spoken to Andrew a few times. I asked questions without whining. Because of that he was cordial and answered all my questions. Calling investors whiners in a phone conversation is HIGHLY UNLIKELY.
They shouldn't make announcements when events happen. They should just do them ahead of earnings. Lol
When and where? Someone brought it up and you repeated it. Thats not dd. Facts only.
I did not state 25% anything. My comment has nothing to do with 25 anything. 25% sounds like a 'prediction' which means take it at face value only. It's naive to expect poor earnings after a rollout.
I read it. I didn't dispute any points you made except misstating my point about sales. On the comment about 75%, 25%. Two questions. 1. Who made that statement? 2. Did they say before or after U. S. rollout? I think we're on the same side. From my perspective, after 10 years, they are in the best position they've ever been. There are too many unrealistic expectations for this to become a household name less than a year after clearance. We can all see that they're not sitting on their hands. That's good enough for me(for now).
Reread my post. Nowhere did it say financials don't matter. Let me clarify. It would be naive to expect great earnings before a U. S. Rollout and advertising. I predict fair earnings until then. If they improve from previous numbers, that's a good trend.
"IF A customer buys one, most never return to pick up a second one". Where did you find that info? Post the link. If that is true, it's probably because the first one worked so well they didn't need a second one. Financials have little meaning until AFTER U. S. rollout and ad campaign. No one buys stacking the ask except market makers. A reverse split will come after share price improves according to the company. Absolutely nothing but old news there. If you need facts just ask.
Here's a fun comprehension test. Sales without advertising and pre-rollout are not a true indicator of anything. I will wait until after the product hits U. S. Stores. That just makes too much sense. Andy may have been over zealous in predicting fall rollout. Somehow that gets twisted into he lied. Anyone following knows there are perfectly good reasons for the delay. They have been explained. The company is surviving and because of fda clearance and pending clearance, they're in the best position they've been in since they came into existence. If you need facts, just ask.
Hilarious. No one in the company has EVER claimed this cures disease! Fda said"let's fool everyone and clear a scam gizmo". Apparently they have no regard for laws and rules so they randomly clear devices that only offer a "placebo effect". Nice try. They researched, reviewed all the data and decided all the other countries that cleared it were right. The technology is proven effective. That's a fact. No grey area. If you want more FACTS, just ask.
Real truth is snapshots of stock price changes in this particular stock clearly show manipulation. We have seen those "fake lifts" as well as fake lowering with transactions of 100, 200 and 1000 shares for years. At the other end of the spectrum 10 million share buys or sells don't move the price. Pink sheet stock are totally under mm spell. Snapshots have little or no value when trying to evaluate penny stocks. Big news will make this move as we have seen historically. Nothing else matters.
They release prs to keep people informed. A pr released by the company has never affected stock price. Long term investors know it. They are released all the time, not just around earnings. If you need more FACTS, just ask.
Steve how many times has the question of sales been answered? Too many. Limited funds means limited advertising. Very simple. If six months from today this company isn't in a better place then I'll be disappointed. Until then, no need to continuously cast aspersions. Last post today.
I'll answer your questions with FACTS. A scam is a company that takes your money, reverse splits into oblivion then closes the doors. They have used our money through dilution to pay bills. I have no problem with that. Have they made blunders? No doubt, but they're still grinding away to bring the product to the U.S. market. They have incurred 30 million in debt over the years to bring the product to market. The fda has hamstrung them until recently. After 10 years, another year is reasonable. Who has EVER claimed or even mentioned the word disease associated with actipatch? No one but you. The device is not approved for anything. It is CLEARED to treat foot and knee pain in the U.S. and all other indications in other countries. If you need any more FACTS, just ask.
Totally agree. Calling the company a scam. Saying bankruptcy any day. Cries of no fda clearance and no predicate device. Claiming an fda cleared device doesnt work. Total bs.
You're kidding right? To be able to understand and market the technology, you have to be in the medical field? WOW, now that's a stretch. I'll take someone with a history of success to move this company forward. The experts didnt understand the technology, yet fda finally understood so much so that they cleared as safe and effective. Many people run companies without a full understanding of how a product works. They have a skill set to succeed and that's all anyone should care about. Not that they should have a medical background.
Family share selling scam? Has anyone been convicted of that? Just wondering how a small company with limited funds, being jerked around by the fda for years can survive? Did this get fda clearance? Have they gone bankrupt? Have they done a reverse split EVER? They've done exactly what they said years ago. They wouldn't wait for fda, while penetrating other markets. Limited advertising budget which keeps sales lower than we would like. And yet here they are, a tiny company with an fda cleared product(which means safe and effective), on the cusp of a major ROLLOUT. I like the odds.
Email response from paul about back pain study. They are still recruiting.
I sent an email to pk last night asking about trials. When i get a response i will post.
Not all does not magically mean every. Here's a simpler example. Because not all people are tall doesn't make everyone short. Respond to my other points, not the one easiest to misconstrue. True or not. The fda failure to recognize the technology for years set biel back.
Not all shareholders bought high and lost. So let's not make assumptions without knowledge. This pos is a small biotech company that got jerked around by fda for years. The whelans have used dilution to fund everything needed to keep this company alive. The longs know all the risks, top to bottom. We wait, knowing all the facts and the risks. We all know about share buy back and reverse split. We all know de novo was not the way to go. So sales aren't great in other countries? Limited funds prevent a substantial ad campaign. That's common sense. He also said a r/s would happen after the share price rose. Forgot to mention that? And yet, the company has survived all these years. If you need more unbiased facts, just ask.
And all the while the company has survived and in fact is progressing. That's just unbelievable.
All stocks fit that description. Buy low sell high. So therefore the dump is called a sell. When you dump something, you're getting rid of it. But then you buy in again. So it's not a dump after all is it? "Fluff"prs by the company have never been meant to increase the share price because they never have(except for the Joe Noel lies 10 yrs ago). We all recognize real news now and the biel crew knows it. So we'll continue to watch for those 'fluffy' prs which have absolutely no effect on the stock price. Keep us informed though.
When is all this bad stuff supposed to happen? This looks like the same thing said ten months ago. Has anything in this post come true yet? In fact nothing even remotely close to these great predictions has come true.
5s, 6s, 7s all getting wiped out today. Then we have tomorrow and the day after and the day after that. And back to the way it was. Nothing changes until news. Then it's, tiny fake lifts make this 8 then 9 then 10. Those lousy fake walls. If and when real news happens, the faking will end. We are invested for future gains, not concerned about daily mm games. The sec is watching closely. Any share impropriety real or perceived is a thing of the past. Dilution for mtg., rollout etc.
Fda clearance just happened THIS YEAR. So it hasn't been available for years in the U.S. where the opioid epidemic concern is. I believe fda when they say actipatch is safe and effective. No Fda clearance, company halted, bankruptcy. Looks like 0 for 3. Not a very good average.
You're kidding right? I'm not going to hold people's hands. Proper research is really a must. I'll explain just this once. Did the fda specifically SAY the product heals? No because it's not their job. They cleared a device that HEALS damaged(leaking) cells. Call it heals, fixes, repairs, whatever fits. They cleared it having that information that it's safe and effective toward healing. Will biel put it on the box? That's up to them, not you or me. If you need more FACTS, just ask.
Let's see, Dr. Oz was FREE ADVERTISING and seen by millions. They don't have funds for an advertising campaign. Products sold online create a limited cash flow unless there is a major event like Dr. Oz. Does that make sense? YOU told everyone de novo was the way to go and chastised biel for not going that route. Andy did say by end of summer. No one knows what's going on behind the scenes(except for that 10000 device order. Why did sec get handcuffed? If they had the evidence, biel would have been fined or shut down by now. Seems like someone gave them bad information. Need more FACTS, just ask.
Let's see, where to start. Why would a company advertise a product that isn't sold in stores? Are we still waiting for de novo with no predicate devices? As was indicated, actiband was predicate despite the denials. Guess the top notch lawyers had that right all along. We all know they are diluting to pay for trials, manufacturing and on A VERY LIMITED BASIS, advertizing. If you need more help with FACTS, don't be afraid to ask.
Your post makes no sense. Actipatch heals, which means a gradual pain reduction to the point of healing. How do we know this? The fda says so. As do thousands of testimonials. Opioids mask pain and sometimes eliminate it. As you should know, opioids harm humans. Actipatch does not. Not rocket science.
Everyone is on the blame Andy kick. Has he made mistakes? No doubt. He has also gotten the product sold in other countries. He has gotten completed trials. He has gotten 10000 devices ready for shipping. He has done all this with a limited budget. If the fda acted sooner, the product would be on shelves in the US by now. He's done better than most here could do imo. He wins, we win.
Kind of like some who said 510k wouldn't work so it need de novo AND there was no predicate device. Now there are two more with foot and knee clearance. Cuts both ways.
