Two things. I love repeating myself a thousand times. No money for advertising. Second, They sent samples to media outlets. Great job. How is it their fault if nothing is done with them? Im sure they are working VERY hard in spite of constant criticism.
Fda not understanding the technology for years. Having to continually resubmit studies costing millions of dollars and years to bring to market. Once cleared now in cvs. Facts not opinions. To deny these facts is lacking in business fundamentals. This is a company relying on the fda, which failed them. We're talking about a company trying to market a never before heard of technology. The unreasonable opinions and expectations based on that fact alone are mind boggling.
Its not all OPINION. Just good to know what is, especially when some OPINIONS are stated as facts.
Wow that was quick. Just another opinion.
Bagholders are those who invest thinking theyre going to get rich quick and lo and behold the price goes south. Thats hilarious.
Not in the least.
First time youre seeing an 18 cents prediction? Welcome to the board.
Who said billions? Was it someone from biel or was it a message board opinion? Just a ridiculous example to point to.
We dont concern ourselves with predictions and opinions. Weve seen too many of them turn out wrong, remember?
Ive experienced some attitude from Paul on occasion. Not my idea of how a pr person should act.
Not you nor any other outsider knows how much Kelly invested/loaned the company.
Where did you read the family hasnt made any money? If that WERE the case, your post doesnt prove it. They are note HOLDERS. If someone has empirical evidence that they are constantly profitting, i will stand corrected. Btw, it is a business and they probably should have some income.
And that proves what? Doesnt change a thing.
What do I think? I think theyll sit on them till the end of time unless the company doesnt have a need for funding. Its all in the family and Kelly has already shown that she doesnt want to destroy the family business. Thats my opinion. Theres usually more than one option. Not always doom and gloom.
That's 1 billion 408 million shares, maybe IBEX is just sitting on those shares. But more likely they are regularly selling them into the market. If they haven't sold them yet, they will at some point. Continuously proving my point with 'opinions' like that.
Heres my opinion. The share price rise was perpetrated by Joe Noel for which he was punished. It is clear that Kelly benefited from that time. As far as loans to the company for advertising, I honestly dont think that has been the main focus to this point. As andrew has stated to me, Kelly loaned the company money and hasnt called in the notes. They simply could not have survived on dilution alone. The sec fine although a stain, is pretty insignificant in the big picture. Had the sins been bigger ie. meant to defraud investors, either the fine would have been much larger, the Whelans would have been prohibited from running this company or they would have been shut down. To the disappointment of some, none of this happened. We know theyve spent over 30 million to get to this point. Studies, manufacturing, hiring consultants and submitting over and over to the fda(until they got their act together) resulted in little money left for advertising. This is a fact. Ive said it before. What theyve accomplished to this point is pretty amazing. And that dastardly guy, Andrew Whelan gets most of the credit. I know that hurts. There is talk about having sent products to hundreds of media outlets. If thats true, now that the product is available in the U. S. ,maybe they can garner exposure. This is all a process, sometimes painfully slow. Welcome to the land we play and gamble in.
Let the fda know that the box says knee pain on it. Let us know how you make out after they stop laughing.
WRONG, they wont have to say "for osteoarthritis" or "for plantar fascitis". All they have to say is foot or knee pain, as the box states. As if the fda would or could go after them for that. Also to change the subject from 12/17 of last year; "A HUGE WIN would have been Walgreens or CVS". Not so much anymore?
Keep waiting for that answer. Youll probably hear Kelly got rich. As far as i know she has loaned the company a lot of money and hasnt called in the loan. If someone has better info, post a link.
There are many "what ifs". Thats why pennies are so high risk. No one got their arm twisted to invest here. Ive also addressed the hyping as well. No one should base investment decisions on opinions and guesses of others. If they do, they have no leg to stand on if the risk doesnt work out. So much doom and gloom. Plenty of other choices out there. Good luck.
True, why would you give them ANY credit. They submitted for knee, got clearance. They submitted for foot, got clearance. I guess foot could be partial if it only worked on people with size 12 feet or smaller. And knee could be if it only worked on the kneecap and not surrounding tissue and muscle. Opinions that get called out usually have no facts to back them and dont get responses. So apparently getting fda clearance is due to a botched subbmission. LOL Lastly, big retailers and pharmacies wont touch foot and knee devices because they got "partial" clearance? You mean like cvs?
A biased opinion. Heres mine;little to no advertising YET. Just placed in cvs which will slowly lead to word of mouth. Increased sales will lead to an advertising budget. When 1 in 100 people have heard of actipatch, that will start to change the landscape. Weve already established that nothing will ever completely take the place of opioids but there is clearly a niche that biel can carve out. My opinion based on common sense.
Clearly a biased take. Unbiased, while of course pointing out crappy financials and share structure and stopping there is biased dd. NEVER talking about the potential like cvs and including the device in post op kits and other positive aspects OR the extreme of saying this is the greatest thing since sliced bread and get your shares now are biased dd/opinions/lies/deceptions/half-truths/attempts at manipulation. Im interested in those who say there is good and bad, not bringing up old news just to point out failures because there are successes as well. The rest is just worthless to me.
And that was my purpose of highlighting the WE part? Another lol.
Another false opinion. 99% of tiny companies looking to get devices fda cleared never come close to surviving as long as biel has. "WE can look forward to many more years of desperate little biel trying to survive". You got that right. Btw, you heard theyre in cvs? Monumental.
Thats a great idea. Give us some specific violations so we can report them. Better yet, give us some facts as you see them, then YOU report them.
Heres what Andy told me regarding the back study. They are resubmitting for women and waiting for the completion of a men study being conducted in Australia.
Not really. One is predicting a companys demise(for at least SIX YEARS!). The other is a desperate little company trying to survive. More OLD OLD news. The only commonality is 2012. But more great unbiased dd.
If youre going to quote me, use the WHOLE quote, not just a piece which totally changes the context. This is what biased opinions look like.
Your reality and mine are obviously different. Im not going to point to logical what is any more because your point of view is what should be.
So the patent expires in 2023. A non starter if there ever was one. If theyre not profitable within the next TWO years, they probably wont survive. NEXT.
I can spell manipulation.
With all the other stuff in the pipeline and given that you were all in with many positive things coming, it amazes me how one setback can turn a world upside down. This is what happens when unrealistic predictions dont come to pass.
And the bad coaches dont say that. They say exaggerate the losses and forget the wins. We need fresh news, not the stale old news that most already know.
Settlement was already known by all. Btw, great dd on that negative news.
Pennies arent for everyone. This is why UNBIASED dd is so important. Dont risk what you cant afford to lose. It only creates resentment.
Good to know. But as usual its just a false opinion. Penny stocks arent for everyone.
Here is just one example of how pemf speeds the healing of bones. Orthofix Bone Growth Therapy devices create a low-level pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF), which helps activate the body’s natural healing process.1-3
Published pre-clinical research shows that PEMF affects bone healing processes at the molecular, cellular and tissue levels.*7-9,15,16 At the cellular level, the PEMF signal activates bone growth signaling pathways, which enhances bone formation by
increasing both the population and maturity of the bone building cells.*7,15 At the tissue level this leads to stronger, higher density bone.*9,16
The PEMF signal is produced from a coil built into a fabric garment that is worn over the fracture or fusion site. The garment can be worn over clothing, casts, or braces.
PEMF and the Healing Process
The result of these molecular, cellular and tissue processes is improved healing rates of a nonunion fracture or fusion.
There is plenty of evidence all over the web showing that pemf speeds the healing of fractures. Nice try though.
I actually vaguely remember them talking about the potential to speed up the bone healing process. This was a few years ago so i cant provide any evidence.
This is very tiring but here goes with regards to the bone healing thing. I never said that actipatch AS CURRENTLY CONSTITUTED was effective on fractures. My initial comment was "pemf is proven to speed the healing of bones". Stating that "the actipatchs low power wont promote bone healing" is another guess/opinion because as you statement "nobody has tested low power pemf for bone healing." This alone makes the opinion useless. Im sure biel has all the data they need on that without help.
